My experience here was excellent getting a brand new set of Michelin Defenders as well as getting a replacement tire on a road hazard claim. Spoke with various staff members who were all courteous and professional. The negative reviews seem to come from people with pressing emergencies, but I made an appointment each time I went.

Thank you to Andrew at Costco tire in summerlin! Came in with a screw that was stuck in my tire and the air was rapidly releasing. I had food in my car and originally was told the wait would be 4 to 5 hours. Andrew Told me he could do it in roughly about an hour which ended up being like 30 minutes. Thank you so much Andrew! You saved my day and all the food I had in my car and while working in 107 degree weather!

Fortunately, my tire got a nail near the costco, but unfortunately a staff in the center refused to fix it. I was asked to visit next day or go to a 24 hour tire center in 8 miles by driving a car with a rapidly deflating tire. I don't understand why they advertise that flat repairs are included in the installation fee.

Just purchased four Michelin tires for my Tesla y.Dealing with Riccardo & Mark on the best Michelin tires for my vehicle could not get any better great guy's and the guys at the tire center are all awesome .Great customer service.

Have gotten notifications my tires have arrived. Called several times over 2 days with no response. Wil probably send back the tires.

Called at 8 PM and was 5 minutes away - needed one tire replaced STAT and they refused the business!!! Wow, so much for my newly purchased Costco membership being useful - not in this situation!!!It was a small spare tire on a compact sized vehicle - tire that took ME 20 mins to change with bare bones equipment by myself...and the Jack was small and cumbersome to crank...But somehow I managed to change out the busted tire for the spare in trunk all by myself in roughly 20 mins with NO equipment - but they can't get it done in same time or less despite having all necessary tools and equipment needed to expedite the process?There was no business in the shop either, so disappointed and will not be renewing membership nor buying tires here EVER with these results

Been here at least twice, tires and a battery. Their one price with few to zero options at a fair price makes this the place to go. Highly recommend.

Went to Costco and inquired about getting new tires in a new set of wheels that I had purchased. Spoke with two separate people including the manager. I asked if I purchased new TPMS would they install those with the new wheels. Nope had to buy new.Just came in to get everything installed and was told they would not mount the wheels. Basically they called me a liar three times. I asked why would I purchase your TPMS if it was $150 more than Amazon if I did not want it all installed?They agreed to install the tires on my wheels but would not mount them. So frustrating.

Just so your aware if you show up 40 minutes before closing with a dangerously low flat tire that won t take in anymore air, they will gladly turn you away. I get that it takes longer than 40 minutes to change a tire, but it was scary driving home. It was one tire, no cars where in the garage when I pulled in tonight (Sunday November 29) and the workers were eating chips in the garage while I walked back to my car with a flat tire. I then had to drive 14 miles home on the highway with that flat!! It sucks but I guess thats what Costco tire station does to their executive members

My car has aftermarket wheels, and before I took my car to this shop to have my tires replaced with new ones I had spacers installed professionally by swat motorsport on the rear, and front wheels with the addition of hub centric rings on the front wheels to minimize the vibration of the car on high speeds. What the costco's supposedly technician did was absolutely ridiculous. He took out my spacers from the rear wheels and added them to the front wheels which is very unsafe. He also took out the hub centric rings and put them on the passenger seat and when I asked the technician named Ron who worked on my car what those rings were he told me that I don't really need those that's why he took them out and also recommended that I go and buy a pair of one piece spacer for the front since now I had two layers of spacers on each front wheel and no spacers on the back wheels. He told me the car is safe to drive for my roadtrip to San Jose without those rings, and I had no idea what all these spacers and hub centric rings were at the time and didn't know he took out my spacers from the rear and added them to the front, so I trusted him being a professional Costco tier technician and drove all the way from Las Vegas to San Jose for almost 9 hours with a car that was vibrating severely, but thank goodness I made it to San Jose safely. I took my car to another costco tier center in san jose and told them what happened and asked them to install those hub centric rings back on the car which they accepted to do so. They weren't able to get the job done either after wasting hours trying to explain to me what they too were clueless about. I then took my car to a tire shop where they fixed this for free and were shocked by how illogical the Costco technicians were.

great price on tires, Costco guarantee. Staff is petty, resistant to accommodating requests, stand-offish, and does not say thank you after helping you. worst part of Costco.

they never answer the phone. dropped car off for tire replacement but never know when its done. Called 18+ times but no answer.

We brought our brand new truck to there to get new rims replaced. Came to pick it up and they SCRATCHED THE PAINT. Took them over a month to get the video to their insurance company and they denied the claim, shocker. Again, this was a brand new truck and they scratched it, so disappointed, never using this center again.

I had some low air pressure in my tires and a guy who works in the tire department named Richard was very friendly, fast, and helpfulI really appreciated the great service!
