Nick and Nick were fabulous to work with. They kept me informed of everything along the way. Their supplier even sent them the wrong mirror for my car and they got it replaced in record time. They also did an extremely good job with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They even are taking care of the tint on my passenger window that they accidentally scratched. If I ever have to use a repair shop again, I will definitely use them.

I originally called another shop (Caliber) that Statefarm recommended, but they said their next available appt wasn t until the following week so I called Classic and they said they would be able to take it that same day. They fixed my steering wheel column and smashed window after an attempted theft. It took 8 days total from drop off to pick up for repair. If I would ve went with the 1st shop it would ve taken much longer. I met the owner, Nick, when I picked my car up and he was great. I drove away and noticed my steering wheel was off center so I returned right away and it was corrected in minutes, easy fix and they took accountability immediately.

I couldn t recommend this shop enough. This was my first time needing any body repair on a car after somebody backed into me, and I was very weary about where to take it because of the negative experiences you hear from other shops. After trying to get scheduled at a few other places and being turned away or given appointments that were days or even weeks away, I came across Classic Collision and they were able to squeeze me in for a quote the very same day before closing.At first I was a bit skeptical because their estimate was almost $1,000 less than any of the others I had received, but I was tired of looking for other options and I saw how many great reviews they had so I decided to trust them and I m so glad I did! When I came back to drop my car off, they immediately ordered the necessary parts. The parts came the next morning, which is also when I realized I had left something in my car that I needed for work. I came back that afternoon to retrieve said item, but I couldn t as the car was already being repainted with the new parts that came THAT morning! They even brought me back so that I could see it. I was disappointed I couldn t get inside but I was more impressed with how quick they were.In total it was about 48 hours from the time I dropped it off to when it was finished and ready to be picked up. Granted, it was relatively minor damage compared to other cars so I imagine not every case will be so quick, but it still reflects how quickly they move there. They could have dragged it out longer being that it was a less important/serious job than some others they were working on. Not only did the repairs look perfect but they also went the extra mile by giving it a full detail inside and out. They even repaired an unsightly scratch on the door caused by the newly-dented panels rubbing together, which I hadn t even mentioned but they still took care of it anyway. All of this, and they still stuck to the exact amount that they originally quoted.As I initially stated, I could not recommend Classic Collision enough. Of course I hope that I won t require their services again, but I know where to come if I do.

Nick Manukyan was so awesome. My truck looks better than it did when I bought it. I hope nobody needs to go here, but if you do please know that Nick and his staff work very hard to keep things easy to understand. Even in the stressful time of getting hit by a drink driver Nick made the process easy and enjoyable. Thank you Nick.

I definitely would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. These guys are very good at dragging their feet and wasting your time shamelessly. They are unprofessional and a bunch of liars. If you call them for the status of your vehicle, they wouldn t call you back even though they said they would. They are not trustworthy. Avoid this shady business at all costs.

Not the greatest repair that was done. My front bumper (the repair in question) is sticking out where it should be sealed. Looks like it was glued and might fall off eventually. Customer Service was great.

Pros: they repaired my 2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and 2018 Honda Civic damage and scratches to like new status. I paid for the Sonata repair out of pocket since my insurance company reimbursed me with the whole amount.Cons: I asked them to file the supplemental claim for my Civic since my initial amount I got from the insurance company wasn t enough. They didn t file the supplemental claim even though it was really easy to do and I had to submit all the documents myself. I have a rental car company and needed them to follow through or keep me in the loop and they didn t do that either causing me to go to Universal Motorcars for a different vehicle (2018 Jeep Wrangler) where they filed the supplemental insurance on time and properly without any issues.Conclusion: I would have rated LV Collision 5 stars if they 1.) would have filed the supplemental insurance online/over the phone like I asked and 2.) didn t give me a hard time about it since I was just trying to make sure they got paid and then I got reimbursed properly. They lost my business and referrals on future car damages.

Left my car there for a week, paid $1,000 out of pocket and when I picked up my car my bumper was a different color of white and my head light wasn t put on right & my car still vibrates, makes noise & now my head light collects humidity inside. When I went back to the shop the front desk lady kept arguing that it was the same white. Smh. Then I was told to let it sit for 2 weeks to see if the color changed or began to blend in . It never did. Then they told me they d need about another 2 weeks to try and fix it. But I didn t have another car to get back and forth from especially since I had just given birth and needed my car.Now because I waited more then the desired time they can t fix it. Now I need to go pay someone else to fix there mistakes.

I was in an accident where I ended up using Las Vegas Collision Center recently (just picked my car up this past Saturday) and they did such beautiful work. You would not know I was hit. They not only repaired the damages, but since they had to repaint it anyhow there was two spots on my trunk from my daughter sitting on it and sliding off (no matter how many times she was told not to sit on my car) they fixed that paint too! These guys even gave me a little canister of the leftover paint if I get a little chip. I got my car back fully detailed inside (and I'm a groomer that takes my dogs with me to work and my children are messy too so it was furry at drop off). These guys not only met expectations, but went above and beyond. And Ashley in the office is the sweetest lady and works so hard with the insurance companies (since I was hit it was actually the liability of the other companies and she was an angel). Thank you for the great experience.

My vehicle got in an accident late at night and I requested the towing company to bring my car to this location based on reviews. Lucky for me, they were contracted and did reports for the claimants insurance company, Progressive. They were speedy in their work which was completed in 2 days.Unfortunately my vehicle was determined a total loss due to the age of my car. I really wanted to keep my car and lucky for me, this collision center works on salvage titles (which btw is very hard to find, bigger companies like Gerber won't touch a salvage vehicle). The process did take a long time to get the parts due to the age of the car, but I have finally got the car back and it's as good as new! Probably even better than before the accident. Las Vegas Collision Center did an excellent job throughout the whole process. They were very professional and courteous. I mostly interacted with Felix over the phone and I was always pleased. Imagine this, you're having a rough day, charlie brown cloud above you just raining down on your day when you walk outside to see one of your bigger investments dented and scratched. Your rough day turns into a bad day, and the last thing you want to hear is the auto body shop employee scoff and tell you to go to a detail shop because they are too busy to fix a scuff. Took it to a detail shop and said the scratches were too deep to fix there. Wish I could have used them as I heard good things. Maybe it was an off day but c'mon, man, there's no need to be rude.

I was in a bit of a bind when my car got banged up in a collision and I needed to get it repaired fast. I took my Mercedes to Las Vegas collision center and they did an amazing job! They had my car looking like new again in no time. They were also really great about working with my insurance company. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs collision repair work done.

Our experience with Las Vegas Collision Center was great. Nick kept us informed of the process and that if certain parts needed to be ordered how long it could take. Someone had done a side swipe of our vehicle. The dent wasn't deep just unsightly along with some abrasion on the bottom molding. We took our vehicle in on a Monday and had it back by Friday evening. Everyone that works there are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with this business, much more so than I would have expected from a body shop! The staff are personable and friendly, the service is above and beyond my standards, and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, despite how busy they get.After getting in a nasty wreck, my insurance gave me the option of several places to send my vehicle for a full repair. I followed the best reviews which led me to choose Las Vegas Collision Center, Inc. I couldn't have made a better selection. My particular situation was unusual due to the unique nature of my car and certain parts on it, along with issues with the manufacturer (FCA). When my insurance rental ran out of days, I thought I was going to despair and be unable to attend important legal and medical appointments, but the shop offered me a courtesy rental until the repairs were complete, all my fears and concerns were alleviated. I was able to continue my daily grind without extreme stress and interference because this shop picked up the slack that a manufacturer should never have dropped. Not many places around that offer that kind of a blessing, and I am thoroughly grateful to have had my car sent here and not somewhere else!A big thank you to Nick, Lulu, and their team of mechanics for staying on top of a huge logistical nightmare of finding the right parts from the right vendors and getting the job well done on time. Another abundance of gratitude for the courtesy rental extension and assistance. It's a hard world out there, and I have been left in the dust many times but not with this business. I've experienced better care and treatment here at the Las Vegas Collision Center than I have at most resorts, hotels, and spas I've stayed at. If I had my own shop to run I would consider hiring them all, but I would feel bad for taking them away from servicing the rest of you!I hope to never get in a wreck again, but if I do (knock on wood) and am fortunate enough to survive another in Las Vegas, I know where I'd send my car immediately!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding, Battery

I had a great experience at Las Vegas Collision Center. The staff was friendly and helpful and the repairs were done quickly and efficiently. My car looks good as new now and I'm very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of body damage repairs.

My car door needed to be fixed after it was hit. Went here and was taken care of immediately. The staff was super friendly and explained the whole procedure to me.They worked with my insurance company and got a fast approval.When it was time to pick up my vehicle, I didn't know what to expect. I was surprised The!The door and front fender damage looked amazing. They cleaned my car and removed some of the marks on the back door so it all looked new.It was obvious they took special car of my car.Thank you to the whole staff at Las Vegas Collision Center. Your guys rock!

My car got scratched up pretty bad. Some deep gashes. Felix, who works in the office, got me an appointment within 2 days. They got the work done within the insurance coverage period of my rental car and worked, effortlessly, with my insurance company. Nick returned the car to me in a better condition than before my car got scratched up. Great work guys!

My son took our 2011 BMW 328i for body damage on the passenger side from pulling into our garage. The shop had the car for 3 weeks.I spoke with the shop on Monday 8/16/21 after two and a half weeks to find out why it was taking so long. They said they had a Covid outbreak and they only had one painter working. The car would be ready by Thursday 8/19/21.They did not contact us prior to my call to let us know they were having issues and delays.Very unprofessional...We finally picked up the car and found cuts in the leather on the door handle trim. There is also damage to the driver's side mirror that wasn't there when we brought it in.Note: The mirrors automatically retract when the car is parked and turned off. So the damage had to occur when someone from the shop was driving it.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Las Vegas collision is auto body repair shop that I chose to use for my minor body repairs I needed! They where so easy going and helpful when it came to me not wanting to go without my car for a long period of time! They went over the estimated time and then we came up with a solution of ordering parts ahead of time in order to assure my wait time would be less!! As expected and hoped my car was done and fixed like brand new before I knew it! They did a great job on the repairs and Tonny who helped me out with my car even sent me home with a bottle of paint that matches my exact color on my car in case anyone where to ever dink or scratch my car in the future! I would totally recommend this place if you re looking for a easy and well accommodating place! :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I am so happy to be able to leave an amazing review ! I have had some bad encounters with repair shops in town. That was not the case with Las Vegas Collision Center. My car insurance State Farm had a list of repair shops they covered. I researched them all and this place had the best rating and it was for a good reason. Finally a place you can trust to do your repairs, do them well and do them timely. I highly recommend them for any of your auto repair needs! Staff is friendly and helpful as well.

I originally went here because it was endorsed by my insurance company, and I was just coming to get an estimate on my car damage. But when I got there, I really liked the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the building, and how organized they were. I got an honest estimate and I decided that I wanted to have the work done at this location, rather than bring it home to Pahrump where I live. They set me up with an appointment the coming week, they we're helpful with me getting my rental car, and they finish the work on time. The only thing I did not like was that they washed my car when it had a cracked windshield so that cracked it further. And the car wash that they use left a bumpy sparkly texture all over my whole car which I'm not digging. But they detailed it beautifully inside and out. And they fixed all the damage for a fair price

Felix and Nick were very friendly and my repair from my accident barely took any time if we re talking hours, it literally took a day or so. They kept me updated with my repairs, started as soon as I dropped off my vehicle. My husband recommended this place and I was hesitant at first cause they re busy and didn t get an appointment til a month later, but totally worth it. Do yourself a favor & trust the reviews and come here. It s better to be taken care of properly than getting rushed with a terrible job somewhere else. There s a reason why they have a lot of customers here.Service: Body & Trim

Las Vegas Collision Center did an excellent job repairing my car. They did it in a very timely manner but with great workmanship! They are ALL very friendly also! From the gal who works in the office, the guy who gave me an estimate down to the guy who worked on my car.If you want an honest , hard-working and friendly company to deal with and handle your vehicle...then they are the company for you!

Las Vegas Collision Center is amazing. You get a sense they know what they're doing from the moment you arrive. They have several buildings all in one lot and you get the sense they have expanded and taken over one after the next. They are taking over because they are amazing!Someone backed into my car in a parking lot and caved in the door pretty bad. I looked on Yelp and found this business and all the positive reviews. I brought my car here and 2 other places and while Las Vegas Collision was the highest slightly by $10, ($800 compared to $780 and $790), they had by far the best establishment and reviews. More importantly, I was able to take advantage if their coupon here on Yelp and get that bill down to $690 and bring to by far the lowest. On top of that, I checked in on Yelp when I got there for drop off and pickup and was given a $25 gas card each time, effectively bringing the bill down to $640!Mike and Patric and the front desk receptionist were all great to deal with. They took me out to my car and circled not only the main issue but all the little dents and chips from over the years. They fixed the caved in door and buffed and touched up all the little stuff. My car feels brand new again.Finally, I had such a positive experience, I dropped off my new car which had some issues when I picked up the car they just repaired. They said they would have it done in about a week and had it done in less than 3 days. Incredible service. Can't recommend highly enough. Wish I could leave 2 reviews, one for each car.

Had some insurance work done here a few weeks ago. They did a great job and my truck looks great. They were timely and courteous. I'd also like to say that Patrick kept me in the loop every step of the way by calling with frequent updates. I definitely recommend them for any of your auto body needs.

I want to give a shout out to Nick at Las Vegas Collision Center. Professional and friendly from the moment I walked into the shop. I chose this shop because it was on State Farms' preferred list and was highly rated. They did not disappoint. Their work on my vehicle was phenomenal, done sooner than I expected, AND completely cleaned inside and out. I will definitely return should I need auto body services again.

So far the best car repair shop I have been in Las Vegas. Strongly recommended!! They seem to have efficient routines in place(got my car done day earlier then promised date). In every step I felt very professionally taken care of. Friendly and very knowledgeable team working there!! Car looked like new after picking it up. They definitely overdelivered car repair job + customer service wise and compared to any other shop in vegas I have been its the best.
