Excellent establishment, know what they are talking and doing. Took my Canyon there when it was hit by a Tesla. It took a month to get her back, but it was due to unexpected supply and shipping problems on the other end (it happens, so I didn't sweat it). When I got her back she was like brand new, and Lucas said to come back if there are any problems. Lucas and his crew kick @$$ and would definitely come back to them. Geico referred me to this shop to fix my vehicle after an accident. From initial drop off to pickup, the service was superb! Tom and Luke were incredibly helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The entire process took about a week and a half, which was expected. I picked up my vehicle yesterday and it looks brand new! I would 10/10 recommend this shop! Wow I am blown away. Lucas, Tommy, and their team did an AMAZING job on my 2021 Tucson. I was in an accident and the entire front of my car was a mess. I just picked it up and my car looks just like the day I took it off the dealer lot. 20/10 as far as making it look brand new and for their amazing customer service. If I ever need body work done again, I will only come here. Thank you!

This place is incredible!I stumbled in to ask for help with my Prius. My catalytic converter got stolen while I was in Vegas for a weekend, and Luke and the team made the repair happen in less than 24 hours as I was on an extreme time crunch. He ordered all the necessary parts right away (I got very lucky that one was available close by), contacted my insurance, got my car fixed up and sent me on my way so quickly. They will even wash your car for you.Would highly recommend you go to this place I literally asked them to do the impossible and they made it happen for me. Can t thank them enough

I worked with Luke who helped get my Honda civic back on track after I clumsily struck a pole in a parking garage. I d initially chosen this location due to prior positive experiences with Classic Collision in another state and due to the great reviews about the show. I ended up being being happy I chose this location and their reputation certainly held up. Luke s communication and expertise was excellent, and my vehicle ended up coming out just as good as it did as before my goof up. Can t thank the team enough for their great work, and although I hope I don t have to need body work anytime soon, if I do, I ll certainly be coming back here. Honest work, great communication, accurate estimate, timely delivery. Thanks again Luke!

Fixing the car, my sisters actually, they seemed pretty good and service was excellent explaining to her what they will do and approximately how long it will take, great job and start,I know that they will do an excellent job

I am beyond impressed with Express Collision! I will first address their repair work which was excellent.After being hit while sitting at a red light the damage to my car was pretty bad. However you wouldn't know it now. The paint job is perfect, my hatchback is working smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with how my car looks.The real reason I am impressed with them is how I was treated. When I dropped my car off, I loved how they payed me complete attention to what I was saying. As i described what I had noticed about the damage done they look notes and asked questions. I really appreciate they took time to go over the car with me.As far as communication, you couldn't ask for more. I received several calls to inform me about the work being done and parts that had been ordered.Just a fantastic job all around and I could not recommend them enough. You might be able to find someone that is cheaper, but you won't find someone that's better I promise you that.

Been here twice..both times I have received great service and updates on the progress of my vehicle.Both times considering the damage..my vehicle showed no signs of collision and was done in less the estimated time. I am very pleased with the work and with Eugene for his excellent communication and stellar service.

I went on vacation to Las Vegas. While I was there, someone stole my catalytic converter. Took it here and it was done within a couple days. Washed, cleaned and vacuumed my car. Definitely enjoyed their service. Thank you!

Great shop! Did the body mounts for my Crown Vic, when nobody else wanted to. Reasonable rate, and bent over backwards to make sure things got sorted. Great communication too. Definitely someone I'd come back to again.

I usually do not trust taking care of any car business. I was happy with there honesty and always keeping me up on the status of work on my car. I will recommend those guys to all who need collision repair. Thanks for restoreing my faith in men who repair women car's

After our car accident, I was very skeptical about picking a body shop. I researched everything about Express Collision to make sure they were properly licensed, I read all of their reviews, and I spoke to Jim twice before choosing his shop to do our repairs. I specifically did not want to do business with a "preferred" shop that was in bed with our insurance company for fear that my needs and concerns would be a conflict of interest with a body shop who answers to the insurance company. I'm so glad I chose Express Collision!Jim was a real advocate for fixing our truck the right way! Our insurance wanted to use unacceptable parts and Jim backed me up in my discussions with our insurance and even told them that he worked for us, not them.Jim was very patient during this process, as I know I'm probably pickier than most folks. We ultimately received the correct parts for our repair and are very happy with the level of service from Express Collision. Not only did our 1-ton diesel truck turn out looking great, Jim even handled all the mechanical repairs like a pro!Definitely recommending to all my friends and family when they do need a body shop.

Well, I personally couldn't get enough of these guys, so after they made my wife's wrecked Chevy Sonic look like it just rolled off the assembly line, I went back with my old '95 GMC van to have my door adjusted. It only took them a few minutes and the door is nice and tight again. Great service and very cool people!

After hitting a semi-truck tire at 75mph in my 2016 Corvette Stingray, these folks are true artists in the repair of my front grill and replaced driver's side qtr panel. Perfect paint match and absolutely professional staff and true craftsmanship for all Corvette owners! If you have Repairs I highly recommend this shop for all Corvette families!!!! 5 STARS

After putting a large crease in my left front fender Express repaired the damage so well you can't tell it ever happened and within the time frame they estimated. Everyone is very friendly and helpful too. Highly recommended.05-28-19: Unfortunately I had another fender bender. Fortunately Express Collision Center repaired the damage so well it looks like it never happened. And thanks to their new computer progammable infrared paint dryer (the only one in town) the repair took only 2.5 days onstead of the normal 7. They also have military discount. I almost forgot to mention they also have a frame straightener, something else many other shops don't have. If you want your car repaired right, go to these people!

They did a great job giving me individual attention and an honest explanation of the things that were happening behind the scenes with the insurance and the process. They helped support me with insurance questions and guidance to get the most fair assessments from insurance. Would recommend to family and friends.

Driving around in Vegas is like driving around in a pinball machine. It's only a matter of time before someone with the mentality of a ball bearing is going to bounce off you.Aside from the potential medical issues that can arise from that, you will have to deal with getting your car put back together. Personal injury attorneys may or may not get involved with getting your car fixed, but it's likely you will have to deal with the adjuster for the other driver's insurance company. Your own company will likely hit you with the deductible that you never really think about when you get insurance. But regardless of which side you deal with, their goal is to pay you off with the least amount they possibly can, and the method they prefer to come to that decision is based on their scrutiny of PICTURES!No... they don't send someone out to look at your car any more. They want you to snap a few shots with your phone and email or text them. Then they hope that you will accept the peanuts they want to toss you.This was incredibly stressful for us when I got hit in my wife's brand new Chevy Sonic. We chose Express Collision Center to get our initial estimate, and needless to say, there was a WIDE distance between that estimate and what the insurance company offered us. This is where I made two mistakes... trying to get the attorney involved, which is not usually in their field... and underestimating Kurt and the guys at Express.Kurt assured us that the thousands of dollars difference between the estimate and the offer in a small issue. Believe him when he says that he deals with this stuff all the time. Once he gets everything apart and lays out the work that needs done, he will get it covered. He's as much a lawyer as a bodyman in that respect, and not a single corner was cut.As for the work, the smile on my wife's face says it all. I was skeptical at first, thinking there would be differences in color shades or some other giveaway... but it came out absolutely perfect. Seeing her car busted up literally broke my wife's heart... but now she couldn't be happier, and that makes me happy.I'll be going back very soon with my classic GMC van that needs a little work and maybe some new paint to make me even happier!

Our 88 C4 35th Anniversary Corvette was T-boned by a drunk driver. Damage was from front to rear wheel on passenger side. We did not know of a local body shop in Reno that we trusted to make repairs so searched on line and found Express Collision Center in Las Vegas. After reading the reviews and talking with Jim & Kurt on the phone, we had the car transported to them for repairs.We couldn t be happier. Their attention to detail, knowledge and ability to find original equipment parts was outstanding., even down to finding the 35th Anniversary logo for the new hood. Also they kept us in the loop with regular updates on the repairsIf you have a Vette that needs repair or restoration, this shop should be #1 on your list.

Rear end collision, came out looking like it did when brand new. Got me in for an estimate quickly, told me what would happen and didn't jerk me around. When the job was finished, the final bill was what I expected, no tricks. Great bunch of guys, no BS. They get done what they say with fair, honest pricing! I would definitely go back!
