Classic automotive has been my car shop for more than 5 yrs. It is family (dog included, lol) owned & operated, trustworthy and they do excellent work! I say that confidently since I am a tough customer and am often skeptical of mechanics.To the reviewer who was scared of Berlin the german shepherd: he is a sweet puppy with a big bark. Dogs are sensitive and respond to the energy around them Thank you Jason, Walt & Zach for always keeping my car on the road and running. I brought my truck to them last Friday. I was told that they did really good work and that they were really good on older cars and since I have a 1995 Ford F250 it s been very hard to find anyone that can work on these trucks. With the great reviews and recommendations, I assumed going to this automotive Shop would be a good idea. I informed them that I was having problems starting my car, and one of the employees said that I would have to leave my car over the weekend, As long as it got fixed, I had no problem doing so. Monday came around. I called and got no answer.. Tuesday Came around I called and got no answer. All the way up until Thursday My grandfather made a call for me and they stated that it needed a new fuel pump and that it would be Installed today as it was already purchased. The end of the day no phone called, so Friday I go up there myself to see what the issue was especially since no one called me to inform me if my car was done or not. I spoke to the guy that was working on it , He informed me that the truck would surely be done Friday. With high hopes and expectations, I assumed it would be done as promised, even though I was a bit skeptical because they had already told me the day before it would be done . The end of the day comes and still no call , and to make situations worse. They were not open on Saturday or Sunday. Now here we are almost a week and a half My truck has been sitting at the shop and nothing has been done so I end up going up there today, (Monday) nothing done and the excuse the owner himself gave me was that they had multiple cars that needed to be fixed and that they had to do extra work that they didn t charge me for as if that was my problem . As a business owner, I am very aware of how important it is to keep your word, and follow up with communicating to your clients or people that you do business with. The owner could not assure me that he would get it done that day so he made me take my truck without it being fixed and still charged me $125 diagnostic fee. Went into the office and politely said hello to the young lady in the office , she paid me no regard, nor did the guy who was supposed to be working on my car very unprofessional no Integrity, and they are chewing more than they can swallow costing people money, time and disappointment. I do not recommend classic automotive, my name is Michael Gipson And I am the CEO of overflow Poolz. Communication is universal , and they failed to even do that.

I don t recommend went in to get a price for my car with my kid , they were very rude . They had a big dog just sitting in the office my child was scared to even enter with a barking dog in his face . I don t recommend and animal control needs to be called not a safe environment for a dog ! They would t even come outside to help me ! I am disappointed they deserve no stars !

Jason has a top notch mechanics shop. I recently purchased 4 vehicles at the Barrett-Jackson show in Las Vegas. I took my 1994 white Ford Bronco to Team Ford (where i have been going to for over 23 years) They said they no longer will service or repair Ford vehicles, 10 years or older. To my surprise and disgust, I left and will never return to Team Ford. My friends helped me search to find a private mechanics shop that could do all the work at fair prices. I found that at Classic Automotive LLC! Jason's mechanics did a full inspection of my Bronco - then Jason called me to go over what his mechanics found. then he gave me an affordable quote to fix everything. Jason and his employees did a GREAT JOB! I just picked up yesterday, August 24, my Ford Bronco. It runs so much better than when I bought it to Classic Automotive LLC. The charges were very reasonable and there were no negative surprises. Next I am bringing in my 2002 Ford Expedition, 1999 Ford F-250, 1988 Chevrolet Corvette and 1986 Pontiac Trans Am. I am telling all my friends that have classic cars. There are lots of them! As a business owner of Nevada Safes, I can see and appreciate what Jason has built with his first class business operation. I've been taking my car to Classic Automotive for years now. In this day and age, it's difficult to find a mechanic who is honest and doesn't rake you over the coals with fake repairs or price gouging the parts. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I brought my 1972 Eldorado in to fix the relay on my convertible top. Jason was great and the repair was done and the price was great also. I will bring my car back here again. Great service.

If you have problems with your classic car, you don t to look around and get confused. You need to go to this amazing shop. I brought my 65 mustang fastback here to replace a new carburetor and a tuneup. The owner Jason was very skillful and knowledgeable with my classic mustang. Prices were fair. Workmanship performance was top notch. I m super happy with this shop. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend anyone here.Service: Auto engine tuning

Had a transmission leak and valve cover leak in my 55 Chevy and a missing header bolt with exhaust leakEverything was fixed correctly and the persistence problems were fixed Would recommend them to everyone prices were fair for the amount of work done

Went here for a basic diagnostic on my 95' Toyota 4runner. They're nice and professional. Took about an hour and half so not too long. They gave me a detailed list on things that needed work and needed to be changed.Only two things that kept me from giving a 5 star review.1 - I had an issue with my speedometer. On this model it is a mechanical cable driven speedometer. I was told that it had been "unplugged and tangled up" and that I needed a new cable to even test to see if it still worked. When I checked it myself the cable seemed fine and was connected on both ends. When I inquired about this they said they only checked the end of the cable connected to the transmission and that maybe one of the technicians untangled and plugged it back in.2 - I did an oil change a few days before bringing my car in. I made sure to check for any leaks below the vehicle from either the engine or transmission and found none. After my visit I was told that there was a valve cover leak and engine cooler leak. Two leaks that were not there before taking the car in. I know this because my driveway was relatively clean before.Overall not a bad experience but just skeptical on the quality and honesty of this establishment. Taking my car somewhere else for a second opinion. Will update my review accordingly.

I've had a few different cars and have been going to Jason (the Owner) for about 4 years now. Amazing work, honest, reasonable on the pricing and reliable. It doesn't take forever either. Thee absolute best!!

Honest and locally owned. My alternator went out on my Acura. Took it in to get it looked and he was able to repair it the same day. Was not expecting that. Excellent service and I could tell it would be done right. Quality and care are spot on. I will absolutely be coming back for all my car needs.

Very satisfied with the quality of service done on my 1970 Opel GT. It took some effort to find a shop to service a classic car, and a German-made classic car at that! It wasn t a matter of taking what I can get and settling for mediocre service because there aren t any other options. Classic Automotive does good work and Jason takes time to make phone calls and research unfamiliar cars to do it right.

I always knew my car was in the best handsvin Vegas. Thry went over and beyond on what was needed. After years of mechanics I finally feel safe and enjoy endlessly driving my car. They are so professional. They will be the only shop who will work on my 280Z!

I heard a loud clunking sound coming from my car when backing out of a parking space at Costco couple of days ago. I was nervous about even driving home. This place was recommended in our vendor list here in Sun City Summerlin. I took my car there and Jason looked my car over very carefully underneath and said it was okay. He did tell me what he found, but said it wasn't anything that he felt I needed to do at this time. They did not charge me anything for his time spent on my car which surprised me.It's been many years since I have run into a mechanic so honest and not trying to sell me some type of service or repair.They gained one more grateful steady customer yesterday.I will be going there to have future oil changes and whatever else type of service my car needs and I highly recommend Classic Automotive

These people are the best technicians - they have a broad knowledge of the automotive industry and thoroughly address the maintenance needs of your cars. Their repair jobs are excellent with close attention paid to detail. Also, from a customer service standpoint, they are unsurpassed. It took us 18 years to find the right mechanics - ones who are honest and trustworthy. We will be their customers for life!

I've been to a lot of mechanics in Las Vegas. I've felt horribly ripped off every time. I didn't feel ripped off after leaving Classic Automotive. Get your car fixed here. They're good, honest people.

The A/C on my vehicle was not blowing cold enough anymore. So I called and they were able to get me in first thing the next morning. They fully inspected the system, checked for leaks & charged the system. The guys were very hospitable and know what they are talking about when it comes to all cars. If you need a mechanic in the Las Vegas area, then look no further!

I've been going to this auto shop for a couple year's. Jason the owner is wonderful & Very Professional. He Always Does The Best Job & Does it Right The First Time!!! I Would Recommend His Services To Everyone. It's so hard these day's to find an Honest Mechanic!!!

We brought my daughter's Nissan into Classic Auto for a brake job. She mentioned she might have a starter problem on the car as well. They spent quite a bit of time troubleshooting the starter and finally found the issue. The did a great quality job on the starter, brakes and oil change.They also cleaned the front light lens that were clouded now are clear at no charge, great customer service. All on the same day, even short a technician. I refer anyone I know to Classic Auto

Trust worthy, honest mechanics. Mike, dawane and Jason are�amazing at whay they do, being on a road trip around the usa in a VW camper they jump straight into the work that day despite its challenges to get us on the road.They where informative throughout the work. Helped us find accommodation for the night as well as tips for the rest off our trip.True, honest mechanics, you wont find anywhere else. Accompanied with a lovely receptionist. It was a pleasure to be around such kind people with the trade knowledge.Thank you

Wonderful Experience at Classic Automotive!! Couldn't believe how warm, knowledgeable, and ethical these guys were!! Where they do this at?! Lol. Jason, Cliff, and Duane or phenomenal. Not, to mention that sweet dear lady at the front desk, her name's Laura I believe she's a doll, the warmth she exuded was unmatchable

Terrible! The place is at the back of a small shopping center all the way Back next toA body shop that brought 75-80 carsWith them. It's almost impossible to get in and out with any room YOU WOULD NOT WANT YOUR CAR EVEN NEAR THESEPIECE'S OF JUNK. Nextra it took 4 days to have a Rack & Pinion Stearing AssemblyCharged $300+ for the part should have been about $160-200 MAX THEY GIVE YOU FREE CORE RETURN & A small coolentLeak $1185+ for everything. But I left AnyI noticed that the Antenna was broken off(When they washed it someone turned on the radio the Antenna went up & broke ofcourse they forgot to mention it I callThme they were closed. Next day I noticedWires hanging down So I had the carTowed back. They did buy a new antenna& put it on and fixed the wire problemThat's why I gave them 2 stars The OnlyClassic is the Woman answering the phone

It's rare to find an honest mechanic that knows there stuff, stands by there work and keeps you in the loop, Classic automotive did exactly that! I would totally reommend to anyone that has broken down in vegas!!!
