One of the best body shops around. I accidentally shut my hood with the oil cap trapped and called this shop, which was gracious enough to help me. They quickly got the oil cap out and with the utmost care to my car. Thank you so much for all your help. I highly recommend them for any of your car needs.

I took my car in due to damage on rear panel, I was greeted by Max who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They fixed the issue I had quickly and at a very fair cost. It s very hard finding a reliable, honest body shop and these guys are the real deal.

Wow! I would never expect such a cool thing happen to me going to this place. I have a 13 year old vehicle I'm about ready to sell and buy a new one. Yesterday, I hit a painting tarp on the freeway breaking the plasic wheel-well-liner half-way to where it was rubbing on my tire. I was able to secure it, but new it wouldn't hold. I just thought I would take it off and be done. But, I guess you can't do that. It was way more involved than I thought and you need them, they are there for a reason. I had no idea what that would cost. No way am I going through my insurance. I called Classic, nice knowledgeable lady Lauren said she would send a quote or I could stop in, they can quote it 5 to 15 min. I stopped in Lauren took my information said someone will be with me shortly (really nice place by the way, one review said it was old and dilapidated, I guess you need to ask yourself who is writing the review). I didn't wait long at all. Chris greeted me asked to look at my vehicle, I quickly explained my situation. I even suggested maybe cutting it off half way. Chris aked can I have your keys; he took my vehicle out back, it was back in less than 10 minutes, they secured the piece. I asked him what do I owe you, he said NO CHARGE! WHAT??Come-on that doesn't happen!! How cool is that? It had to be at least $200/300 and above to replace the part brand new. It says a lot about their business. That's probably why they are still there after 35 years. Thanks again Chris!!

Repeat customer because they have always taken such great care of our vehicles. They went above and beyond on our Tundra. The truck is absolutely in better shape than even before the damage. The fender flare replaced is a better and newer version than the originals, so they replaced all 4 to match the truck up. The headlights are even clean and clear as new. The attention to detail is unsurpassed. I don't feel like I have a repaired truck, but a restored to new.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The body work itself is solid, but the communication from Classic Auto Body left a lot to be desired.They had my car for 6 weeks for collision repair. They only had the receptionist do updates on the car every Tuesday and Thursday, but they don't give her enough information on the status to give a true understanding of how long it was going to take and what stage things were in, in my opinion. I asked a few pointed questions: parts were on back order, but there was no timeline for delivery; the car was in paint for over a week.They gave me a quote for the repair of $5,600 after they said they had fully disassembled the front end (damage zone). Several days later, my insurance company told me that the car was a possible total loss and that the repairs were going to cost over $10k, but they'd call me back after they sent an estimator out to the shop to inspect it. After all of that, the car was not totaled and they would start on the repairs. The parts came in and I wasn't notified of this for over a week.When the repairs were done and I picked it up, they had gotten clear coat all over my key fob and a keychain (which ruined it). They told me they were waiting on a fog light to come in, so I'd have to bring it back once that part came in. They never told me the fog light had come in - I had to call and ask for an update over a week later and it had come in a day or two after I had picked the car up. I took it back for the fog light fix and there were issues that were unresolved: the AC wasn't blowing cold, there was a sound of fluids running behind the dash when I started the car, and the windshield washer wasn't working. I filled the washer reservoir and that seemed to fix the issue.After these repairs were complete, I picked it up right at closing. They said they had fixed everything, but I found that the AC was still not cold and the windshield washer wasn't working again. When I called to tell them the AC wasn't working, and outlined the other issues, Max got defensive and said he had outsourced the AC fix to another shop and had an invoice for it, which doesn't matter to me, since it was still not working.I had to take my car to the shop he had outsourced it to for them to fix the sound of fluids behind the dash, the AC and now my car has a tick when driven over 50MPH (I THINK this may be a broken clip, but they couldn't replicate the issue).Aside from the ticking sound, everything else seems to be working for now. The repairs are guaranteed for as long as I own the car, but I hesitate to take my car back to them.

Max is AWESOME. The front office staff is friendly courteous and action oriented! They all went above and beyond what I was expecting and I m picky. Couldn t find one issue. This is the second time o have used them on cars. I have referred them to co-workers and they are thrilled to finally find honest auto body shop in town. I kinda wanted to keep them on the down low just so I can use them lol but they really deserve the 5 stars. If I could I d give them 6 stars. I ve gone to Classic Auto Body twice for repairs and both experiences were successful with the task at hand. I had my rear bumper, undercarriage and front fender replaced and it was a job well done, minus some interior parts not being fitted in correctly. Nonetheless, they got the job done. Their customer service on the other hand goes above and beyond - Amanda, who I believe is one of the receptionist - is amazing.She takes it a step further to ensure everything is being done and is reassuring with the entire process. The window of my Jeep stopped working and got stuck all the way down. I ve always heard good things about this shop so decided to take it in to get fixed. Max the manager was great, the job was very reasonably priced and was fixed super quick. I will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Super professional and GOOD, really GOOD! I took my new car to a carwash, which won't be named by name "FF" and the hand wash kid literally put more than 30 pretty deep scratches on my car with 11 miles on it. They couldn't fix, I hired a specific company that just deals with scratches, then I found Classic Auto and Max looked at my car, said "we got this" and it looks like it just came off the factory! Max text me pics, told me what they were doing and then followed up to make sure I was happy. Nobody does this these days! Highly recommend! PhilService: Painting

No liability about what they said !!!!I wanted to replace the Head lights and front windshields.They push me to call my insurance company myself but insurance company told me that they don't recommend this place because of job quality that no guarantees. However, I had been waited couple of hours to complete to get a file number from insurance company to register. finally I got a file number from the insurance company but they keep saying rent a car and leave my vehicle there then, they will take care. LOL... First time, they promise me to take care same day service because I am from out of state.They changed what they said because I got a file number from my insurance company that it is not easy to change the service company after that. Spent four hours there for nothing..... I went to other shop that's why you can't find my name.

Drive-thru carwash broke my driver s side mirror on my Tesla, so I went to my go-to body shop. Been there many times with my car, my mom s car, etc., and the same staff has been there for years. I called specifically to make sure my high roof van would fit in the shop. After the person checking with others, she confirmed it would fit. After filling out the quote request and waiting a week to hear anything back , they said the van would not fit. I called to an answer of a argumentative toned woman, who cut me off mid sentence twice, the only 2 times I spoke. (9/11, 1:12pm). Check the tapes if your record your calls. You guys can do better.

Yesterday,I had a tiny scape on my car, I first met with the painter, very kind,and a happy person, he directed me to see the mgr Max, the receptionist nice tooso Max looked at my car and he assisted me right away! Greet service, very caring, greeted with a smile I highly recommend Classic Auto Body awesome place , very clean office too !

Very friendly. Very helpful.Very professional.Work done is to the extreme top notch. I am very particular of any work and their work is excellent when finished all seams are perfect and cleanliness is what brings the shine to their work. Got rear-ended by a driver with no insurance. My insurance gave me 3 companies, the first 2 couldn't even get me in for an estimate for 3 weeks. Classic Auto Body got me in next day, dealt with my insurance and ordered my parts. Called me once parts arrived, they completed repairs and finished my car as promised with a nice wash/detail job as well! They did a great job communicating and being punctual. I m not at all happy with Classic Auto Body. The service advisor Max was not very communicative when it came to when my car will be ready. When I picked up my car it wasn t totally done. I had to ask for it to be finished. There is also a horrible smell after they replaced the back door. Items had been stolen from my car and when I asked my service person, Max about it, he became defensive and said I signed A waiver saying that they are not responsible for theft. He was not helpful and incredibly nonchalant. I would not ever use this company again. My car had been in an accident. This company had been recommended by my insurance company so you would think they would be more helpful especially since after being in an accident it s very stressful and overwhelming. Max did a great job with body work repairs on my car. The office staff is very friendly. While it was not the first time my car has has repairs here, it is the first time with me as a customer and the overall experience was great. Everything went smoothly from bringing in my car to receive the estimate, dropping my car off for repairs then picking up my car. to be honest the area of my car that needed repairs now looks brand new after picking it up. This review is on behalf of my elderly father, Deen. He doesn t have a Google or Yelp account to be able to leave you all a review. He asked me to do it instead.He got into a pretty bad car accident and the front end of his 2006 Toyota Pathfinder got really banged up. He has been so happy with with the work your company did! As much as anyone hates having to take their car to a collision body shop i can not prize the work and professionalism of Max and his crew here. This is the only place i will take my vehicle for bodyworks. I have taken several vehicles here through the years and Max has always been so transparent, trustworthy and insightful every single time. I have sent many people here because of how friendly Max and his team are. I brought my car in for Suspension and steering problem back in mid February and they did a great job in a timely manner. I dealt with Max and he was very informative and professional. I was having a creaking noise when I opened my drivers door and it became more prevalent the past few weeks. I stopped by Classic Auto Body to speak with Max about it and he immediately said lets go see what the problem is. He told me right away what it was the Door Check was cracked. So he said to go to the Dealership and get the part which would save me money and come back and he would have one of the mechanics put it on for me. They took my car in and it was done in 30 minutes and when I went to pay he said just tip the mechanic. I was very appreciative of his thoughtfulness and kindness. Dropped they car to get a weather strip on the roof replaced.They bill over an hour for that in labor, which seems way too high for weather stripping.They presented me the vehicle to inspect the work. They hadn't seated the strip correctly and it was loose. No one had bothered to inspect it any more than looking.They didn't present me the used weather stripping to inspect, but claimed they ordered new stripping to install.When I went to pay, they mentioned that they charge a 4% fee addition for credit card purchases. No disclosure before hand.Finally, after they reseated the strip correctly, I found a small square metal shard sitting on my passenger seat.Overall a bad experience, not sure what happened. They have some good reviews on here but I would avoid if you can.

From the moment I walked in, I felt like a valued customer. My car's back bumper and side panels were scratched, mostly from high curbs and numerous Covid curbside pickups from grocery stores and the carts against the bumper. I had two other estimates from other shops, and Classic Auto Body was more than fair. I was impressed by Max's professionalism and explanation of costs. Great customer service, very fast and efficient. They did a fantastic job fixing our front bumper after an accident. Was traveling from out of town and needed to have the car fixed within a few days. They were able to accommodate our timeline, and the car looked as good as new. You couldn't tell any prior damage was done. Would highly recommend Classic Auto Body. I took the vehicle in for estimate, Max was very professional and quick. They gave me a fair price. We scheduled the repair for later date. I took it in, and it was ready as promised. The repair to the fender looks perfect like it never happened. I am happy with the job and the service. Kelly from the office checks on you with follow up calls etc so you know whats happening along the way. Good job!
