The vacuum at this station sucked in a know from my car and the manager refused to open the vacuum so I could retrieve my property she was afraid to damage the vacuum, worthless manager should be fired she wouldn't even come outside to see if there was a way to open the vacuum, another part of worthless society wants more money but is too dam lazy to help her customers. Karma is butch lady and you'll get yours someday.

Minus zero stars , it s 10 pm and the Latin chubby woman and the old lady refused to give me a free drink with my gas purchase stating they don t do that anymore . When I m all terribles give you a free drink w gas purchase . Rude and obnoxious no thanks I rather 7/11 across the street . I suggest the management to get more caring and knowledgeable staff that provide a way better customer service sine that s the only reason they are getting paid for , if they are going to have an attitude and be rude they should work in a different field .

Rude workers, early this morning my son was about to pay after one person paid but they let him wait at the counter for a very long time while there's three of them just doing anything. I wondered for awhile why I can see all of them from my car, so I went inside and ask, my son said he was told to wait for two minutes which absolutely was not the case...they don't even care, they were just looking at each other. I told my son because he's going to be late for work to buy at the next gas station at South Decatur and luckily Arco have much better customer service.

Store manager won't help you in case you needed a video surveilance for filing a law suit. She told the detective that the store's surveilance camera is blurry. So what's the point of putting it up if the camera is useless & customers can't get evidence of the incident. Never went back to this location anymore! Take your business somewhere else.

The old lady is EXTREMELY IMPATIENT and SO RUDE. (And this since years). I think it s time for her to be retire and to stay at home... Honestly this location deserve less than 0 stars.

I am giving stars because of the carwash. The guys are really working hard. QUESTION: why the air tire service doesnt have a pressure meter. How I am suppose to know how much air I put in the tires.What's the point of having such service. Stupid

Rude staff horrible service why terrible heist would have a chain were the management is poor . The old lady is sour and mean . Definitely not recommend to come here ever

never again seems my car was cleaner before I went inside
