Wow I'm stuck in this carwash absolutely no one ever here to help me this is bizarre and horrible DO NOT USE THE CARWASH sucks and does not work

DO.NOT.USE THE CARWASH HERE.My car got caught in carwash here. Used to be a great carwash before Terribles took over. Now awful.Blowing horn, and passengers in back of me went into store to get help. Staff refused to help, saying carwash works. Finally Angie the manager comes out. Useless and clueless. Should be fired.Do not use the carwash here--literally a terrible experience.

I just paid $16 for a car wash and my vehicle looks worse than it did before. The top roller did not make contact with my car at any point resulting in a mud strip down the middle of my car. The rear of my car essentially was left untouched other than getting it a little wet as all of the dirt was still there. My wheels were an absolute mess.The only saving grace for this entire trip were the empathetic employees in the store. They offered me a free rewash which I declined as nothing would change regardless of how many times I went through. I don't understand why the price remained the same but the service is an empty husk of what it was.

Previously the best car wash in town, but they got rid of the hand drying and people that worked here. All automated. In Vegas, without hand drying, your car will have water spots. So stupid. And $7.50 for a pack of gum is just insane. No prices listed on any items except drinks. This Terrible s previously Chevron has hit rock bottom.

The car wash use to be the best in the area. Now they no longer pre-scrub your wheels and rear of the vehicle, wipe down your vehicle after the wash and 80% of the vacuum hose's are torn apart making the suction useless.

Long time customer, have spent hundreds of dollars on car washes. Tried to redeem a free basic wash coupon I found in my glove compartment ( 11th wash free ) and was told the big boss said we are not to accept them . Poor customer service. The basic wash costs them just a few bucks, and now they have lost a customer for life

I was there getting gas on Sunday night and older suburban or Chevy tahhoe backed into me and hit my front end of my car. And then he took off, I followed him with Metro on the phone and they said to let him go. So I did otherwise it would be all bad for him. I'm still looking for him and he will have 2 felonies for this don't worry I'm coming and we got you on Cameras.

I was carrying groceries from Smiths market for the mile walk home. I made the mistake of forgetting to ask the bags to be doubled, and soon my cans off dog food were rolling on the sidewalk! I went into the store and bought a $1 bottle of water, and explained my situation that I need some bags. I offered to pay but Darla, gave me a handful at no charge. She is an Excellent employee, and quality representative of this business!

Used to love this place, went there every week until a cashier named JoAnn started to threaten my wife. She is still there. BEWARE: She will take your info if you buy wine or beer, look you up and try to blackmail you after some research. I hope ownership investigates her. She drove by our house took pictures to threaten us, she is a bad apple. I looked up one of her phone numbers and others complained, but she uses multiple numbers when threatening people....mostly women. You can't expect loyal, local customers to continue to come back if employees like this are continued to be employed....especially if she threatens the safety of women. That is her preference IMO. She sent threatening texts to my wife.

If you are pumping gas at this gas station DO NOT pay at the pump!!! Go inside instead. My card information was stolen from paying at the pump outside. $800 was stolen from my account. Never again will at pay at the pump..

Black man who work here his name is James,who working on 31,March 2016 at 12.00 is the rudest workerI saw he call the police on a transgender woman and he not take a monney from transgender , and kicked her out of the storethis is the sexual discrimination of transgender I hope he would be fired from his job soon.if you are a transgender be aware of this black guy worker his picture is on the post
