They are amazing and the most affordable in town the lady who runs the front she supper down to earth. I had been feeling some type of way about having to be the again because a rude person had broke my windshield again. She was very understanding no judgements

Well, they didn't have my windshield in stock so ordered it from california, arrived next day. Was a very pleasant experience with these gentlemen here. Very professional. A very pleased with the workmanship and the price.They were more than 10% less than the competition, and the shop is impeccable. You can tell these guys are very experienced and know what they're doing.Management was a pleasure to work with.They were very busy too but still accommodated us and got us in and out in a couple of hours. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my windshield needs in the Las Vegas area in the future.Just repeated, great store. Great prices

I just got my window fix last 2 weeks ago and I found this shop, the people are nicer and kind they even cleaned my car after someone broke into it, the price is so worth it. I recommend this place 10/10 they didn t disappoint me. Thank you! You guys did the great job

Came in about a month ago due to someone trying to steal my car( in which they weren t successful) and broke my rear passenger window. I came here and they had my in and out within 30 mins and vaccumed the glass up for me since it happened the night before around 10pm and I didn t get around to it yet. Lady in the office was great and gave me a few tips on deterrents for my 2017 kid optima! Would highly recommend!

Got a small rock chip on my rental car windshield. Charleston quoted $45 a low price to trap me there, told me the repair would only prevent future cracking, the chip will still be very visible, no difference at all. Kept telling me to call my rental company and let them know, pushing me to replace the whole window.I called another auto glass store in Vegas, the guy fixed my windshield perfectly in half an hour, returned car without any issue.

Best place hands down, I was looking for a cheaper place other than satellite charging me almost 490$ for a small side window replacement, these guys gave me a cheaper price and I was in and out in an hour. I recommend them to EVERYONE! The woman at the desk is Angel sent, she is the sweetest and have great customer service. I ll go back again and again.

I had to replace the windshield to a Toyota Sienna. Called here, came in the same day, job was perfectly done in 2 hours. They are very fast, the lady from the front desk is very nice, friendly and professional. Also, best price in town! I definitely recommend their services and I will only come here from now on.Thank you!

I literally just got my car window broken into 12hrs ago. If I went through my car insurance it was going to be a $650 deductible up front so I called around. I m so grateful I found this place, the lady was so nice and told me to just bring my car right in. She estimated a 2hr job but they were done in a little over 1hr. Best part I only paid half of what the insurance was going to charge me. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for quick affordable service.

Went to Vegas for vacation. On our way there a rock hit our windshield the crack got so big quickly. Called Thursday night for a quote went in Friday morning windshield was fixed within 30 minutes! Staff was so friendly and recommend amazing food in the area. Would highly recommend this place

I have been coming here for years. This is the first place I go to whenever I have any auto glass issues. Three cars layers and I always receive great service and helpful advice. Not I do I feel that my car is in good hands I also feel welcome here

Got my left passenger window broken into, and I immediately panicked not knowing where to go to get it fixed, worried about the cost. I am glad I went to this location, the front desk lady was the sweetest and the job was done quickly, and it was so affordable. Very happy with the service I received! :)

Truck was broken into and had my window smashed out. Didn't have to make an appointment. Was in and out within an hour and it ended up costing me less than what I was originally quoted. Absolutly going to use them in the future

I usually don t do reviews, this would actually be my first time. I just really felt like they needed a review. I was looking online to see where I can get my windshield changed and I saw this one was close to my home and had good reviews, so I came in. I was given a price that seemed good and a wait time of 2-3 hours. I usually don t mind wait times but I had my daughter with me today and she s usually a handful. The girls in the front helped me keep her entertained with a candy and tv while we waited. She actually stayed entertained the 2 hours we were there and it meant a lot to me as I needed my windshield repaired the crack I got had grew so much within a week so I was afraid it was not gonna last much longer. The two hours seemed like nothing with how nice and helpful they were. I ll be coming back for any future repairs/changes. Thank you guys so much!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great Prices and Great Service! Front Windshield was hit with a huge piece of a flying car piece on the expressway. That windshield was completely destroyed. Called Charleston Auto Glass and they got me taken care of the same day! Lifetime warranty. horrible experience. Sent quote to them twice through their website. No response. Called them and got a quote. Gave them all the info so they said that they were going to order the windshield and it would be in on 12/6. Then every day since then, they have sent requests to me. First my VIN which I already had provided. Then they kept asking for pictures of my car which I provided. Every time I sent them what they requested, I never heard another word. Every single time I had to call them back due to no response. Well today, 12/5, they do not know what windshield I need. They wanted me to come to them so that they could look at my car. I do not live anywhere near them and work full time. Why did they tell me that the windshield would be in by 12/5 if they did not even know what windshield I use. Now it is more than a week later and I have to start at square one. This company is called auto glass but they have no knowledge of auto glass. Terrible experience terrible company.

I called in and spoke to Myra and she was extremely pleasant. I got 2 windows replaced.. They quoted me 3 hours and they finished way earlier. They are pleasant people. My passenger window wasn t operating correctly. They gave me a free estimate and determined the motor had to be replaced. I feel they charged a reasonable price, the work was done pretty quickly and the window works like new. As of now I m very pleased with my experience there.

Horrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would. Brought my dodge ram in for a windshield replacement and was told 2 to 2.5 hours. Took 3 hours anf my vehicle was returned to me with grease all over my dashboard and brand new interior pillars. Also, my interior pillars were loose. Owner and men who did the work claimed they were never inside my car. Horrible business.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Took our Honda Fit to get its front windshield replaced and this place did a great job!! It came out just like new again and the service was simply fantastic! The guys who run this place are very welcoming and provides us great customer service and price wise it wasn t too bad! Would come again for future repairs on car windows!
