Very pleased with these guys...awesome customer service...communication was on point from start to finish...Nicole updated me weekly letting me know the status of my repairs and parts...looks brand new again...satisfied customer here.

So I came and got my car looked at and he walked around it told me sorry it's a total loss . Be lucky to get 3400 $ so I waited couple days had a mechanic look underneath it since they didn't told me it look pretty good the insurance company offered me way more for my car and I get to keep it yeas as a salvage but that's ok my car only has 88 thousand miles so I went to pick a part got a bumper and Amazon got my lights and I'm good to go and I now can get it as A rebuilt title lucky my cousin boyfriend paints always get a second opinion

I took my truck here in April. The job they were supposed to do was a frame swap as my frame had cracked and it was supposed to be a 2 month job. They told me it would take 1 month to get the frame in and 1 month to actually do the work. 2 month mark comes around with very little communication, and no truck being done. I kept getting told "next week, next week." When the next week came around, kept hearing the same thing. Apparently the guys who were working on my truck and took it apart somehow weren't there anymore and no one knew how to put it back together. When Torey was relieved of his duties, he told me outside their shop he thinks what happened and why it took so long is he thinks the guys who disappeared half way through the job threw my parts away. I pick my truck up, the same day Torey texts me saying he no longer works for Chapman and that I have to contact Chapman with any problems. I get my truck back and there's stuff broken that I didn't break, from my running boards, to my tuning and my SOTF, to my train horns missing. I have dash cam video of my truck not shifting right (truck was in the shop for 3-4 months sitting and I never once had a transmission problem before I took it in) and I was told it was "exhaust extension." They "fixed" that problem only for a month later for my transmission to finally give up on me and leave me stranded on my way BACK to the Chapman collision repair center. Don hamRick and corporate basically said they would pay $2k of a $6500 replacement transmission that has 92k miles on it when my truck only has 73k miles and they're saying it blew up in 73k miles. I am still currently going through this as I'm writing this and nothing is being done. Do not use Chapman collision, they will mess things up on your vehicle that weren't messed up when taken.

5 Star Dan was my Body Shop Man. He expertly managed all phases. From initial estimate, ordering correct OEM parts, parts preparation. Paint and reassembly...he kept me informed. Dan's critical eye assured only the finest top results possible. He is a great communicator and his people skills are Exceptional. Kudos to Dan and the Body Shop and Front Office crews. I really enjoyed having Dan as my focal point. Hard to find a manager as well-rounded and professional as him. He even had my vehicle fully detailed, looking brand new, and personally delivered it to me. I won't hesitate to recommend Chapman Collision Center. Overall a 10-plus experience....as good as it gets!!

Have had to have my vehicle repaired twice. Used Chapman Collision both times. Cannot say enough about them, they are professional, excellent customer service, will go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience with them and the quality of their work is exceptional! Will never use any other collision center!!

Repair work was good. No complaints about that.But staff thefts are a problemI have a motion activated camera in my car, it records both inside the car and outside. Two different people looked through my car. One took all the quarters, he left dimes, nickels and pennies. I forgot about the change honestly but still, who wants to see that happen. Then a second person stopped while moving car inside, again, and can be seen looking through my center console and stretching to look through the back seat.The guys who actually did the body work and painting were great. They never did anything like that.I have a hard time giving a recommendation due to this issue. I shared the videos with management when I picked up my car. They apologized but still...not good

This place is garbage, they received my truck in the middle of September. Here it is 11/29/2023 and I finally got it, after 5 times of them changing the completion date. And all the manager had to say or offer for it was. Talk your insurance and that s just the nature of the business. So finally I recieved my truck all happy and thankful the process was done. Only to drive it less then 3 miles and the check engine light came on. Again place is useless and I would stay clear if you could. So much for it being an express shop for the insurance company.

This has been the worst experience with a business in my entire life. Chapman Collision Center let me down as well as GEICO insurance. In order to enhance complete understanding, my journey started with attempting to work with GEICO insurance online. I did everything that was requested and was never contacted by an agent. I went to the GEICO recommended auto body shop called Gerber Collision on Boulder Highway and the receptionist asked. Do you want an estimate or do you want an estimate while the work is being done. The definition of estimate is an approximate amount that it will cost to do the work. So how can you be compiling an estimate while you are doing the work? The next representative who came out to perform the estimate flippantly took pictures, told me an estimate would be compiled and submitted to GEICO and sent me on my way. She never submitted the pictures or compiled an estimate. I took better pictures, which I'm sure GEICO never saw even though the pictures were correctly added to the website.Out of desperation I called Service King Collision who I had dealt with in the past and had great success. It was the representative from Service King Collision who finally provided me with the correct phone number to call GEICO and told me that an adjuster would come out and look at my car and arranged to have an estimate done. Although an adjuster was never dispatched to my residence. I was able to talk to an adjuster who directed me to call Chapman Collision Center.Upon arriving at Chapman Collision Center, the representative who was assigned to my case, Andrea, made me wait 20 minutes before she came out to talk to me. Her attempt at an estimate was not much better than the representative from Gerber. Andrea never called me when she said she would, I always had to leave a message and she took a day to a day and a half to get back to me. On the day that I was supposed to pick up my car, I agreed to be there by 5:00pm as she requested. I was able to leave work by 3:00 p.m., p.m., received a call from Andrea on the way to Chapman Collision Center and Andrea assured me my car was complete. I arrived at Chapman Collision Center, paid my bill, and stood and waited. I figured it would be only a couple minutes. 10 minutes later Andrea never showed. I finally requested if she was going to appear after a person who arrived after me was helped. I was assured she would help me soon. Another family came in and someone helped them and I had not seen Andrea. Finally, the gentleman who helped the family, helped me. His name is Anthony. He confirmed my car, went to speak with Andrea, came out and told me that my car was still on the rack and a part was still not available. The entire process took about a half hour. The only question I had for him was why would she tell me it was done when it was not. Of course he did not have an answer. He wisely said I would not have to deal with her again and gave me his card. Needless to say, I do not have my car. Andrea lied to me more than once. In my mind, she ruined Christmas. I had plans because my son from Minnesota came to visit. I had to have a friend help me pick him up at the airport. I still had Christmas shopping to do and other Christmas activities that I was not able to do. Thanks to Andrea, GEICO insurance, Gerber Collision and Chapman Collision Center my holiday season is not. I do not recommend any of these "business establishments." They deserve less than half a star!

Don t go to this place for service. Worse service ever. Expect to bring it in, it will be fixed, but you ll receive different damage when you get it back. They might back your car into their own equipment, but won t admit it.

Vanessa is great at her job. She kept me informed trough out the whole process on the progress of my cars body work. The quality of work on my car was amazing. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that s needs quality work on their car.

Not my first choice although the car was repaired many imperfections and had to go back twice to get them corrected left swirled marks on paint sent out car with incorrect insulation of trims had marks on undamaged side and that had to be corrected I should ve just went to the Chevy dealer unlikely to return there.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my car returned to me with interior pieces not clipped in all the way. Shows that their inspection process and their workers obviously don t care how sloppy of a job they do . Paint had bubbles/bumps that needed to be buffed down and I had clear coat peeling that they refused to paint because it s just on the edge . When clear coat peels it needs to be repainted even if it s just on the edge . Also I was told my car would be ready on a Friday but instead their workers lost or broke clips to the headliner of my car that they had to order new ones to be delivered in Monday . So their workers can t keep track of pieces to my car or break them because they re clumsy and don t know how to put a car back together that I got my car later than they promised. Doesn t matter how small the peeling is it s going to spread like a cancer if it isn t repainted why would I not give 1 stars for work done on a 2022 vehicle.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
