Hugh (AWESOME guy) was so informative about assisting me in finding the right dirt bike for my wants/needs. I went in not knowing what exactly I wanted and left knowing that I got the right bike for me (KLX300). Jeff (sales manager) was very friendly and gave me multiple discounts, even an additional $250 after we had settled on a price. The guys at Carter Powersports are top notch. No pressure. Asked great questions to help direct me onto the correct platform. I bought a helmet as well and the rep ( I think his name was Everett, but not 100%) was great as well, showing me different styles and color configurations. I financed a little bit and Theron, the finance guy made it quick and painless.Overall, the best experience I have ever had when making a major purchase. I couldn t be happier.

Came in a couple months ago, to start my journey on riding street bikes. Hugh greeted us, offered a tour and gave us some recommendations on beginner bikes.The staff made me feel comfortable and less embarrassed, being a brand new rider. Hugh was informative and friendly, with a welcoming personality.We decided on the Ninja 500 and Hugh walked us through the whole process with ease. He kept us informed while we waited for the bike to come in, and it felt like he shared the same excitement we did.The entire Carter staff has been so supportive and kind. you can feel their dedication to motorsports. I felt like I could trust their opinions and expertise. their buying process was very easy going and not stressful at all.I have to give the warmest thanks to Hugh, his authenticity, his obvious passion to the sport, knowledge, and genuine concern for my safety was almost the sole reason we decided to purchase with Carter. Carter is extremely fortunate to have a such a wonderful staff member. We will continue our business with Carter, and Hugh, in our future endeavors! (Hugh I m coming for a cruiser next!)

We had a great experience here buying a Kawasaki 110R for my son. Even though the kids were with us, Hugh was kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. He was knowledgeable on the bike and helped us pick out gear. Signing paperwork to pick up was easy and exciting! Hugh spent extra time showing my son how to work the bike and care for it, we really appreciated that. If we purchase another bike, we will be back.

Took my bike in to replace two new tires and do a brake flush. Everyone there was very helpful. Javier was awesome. Completed the job when they said they would. Good job guys keep up the good work.

Worked with Noah to buy our daughter a Honda CRF50F and he was awesome! First visit was really just to kick tires and see if the bike was a good fit for our girl, but there was absolutely no pressure to buy. Second visit was purchase day, and it went smooth and quick; in and out in about an hour. If you re looking for a great place to buy an off-road vehicle, I would highly recommend Carter Powersports and Noah.

Had an absolutely great experience. They didn't have a ninja 650 like I had planned to purchase, but they had a great, similar, cheaper, and better optioned, suzuki gsx-r 650 and I ended up pulling the trigger and getting my first super sport.Hugh and Everett went above and beyond to help me load my truck with my new suzuki and make sure I had the right accessories (straps and cover, mostly). They even helped teach me some tricks on how to properly tie down a bike onto the back of my truck.Is it cheap? No, it's reasonable. But you absolutely get what you pay for. They are very organized and helpful and knowledgeable which is why I highly recommend them. Just over an hour and I had my new bike paid for, loaded up, all the way, and documents figured out.

Awesome place with friendly people in every department. Helped me find a good jacket for someone my size (I'm a large guy) and got a full service on my bike. Bill was pricey but that's to be expected when you don't do the work yourself. Service department was all super cool people and don't make you feel unwelcome like some other shops may do.I'm not a big fan of going out and interacting with people, but everyone here made what I thought was going to be a dreadful experience into a pretty great one, and I will always come back here for anything I need.

Had the worst experience at ride now on rancho trying to buy a used Yamaha r3. Decided the next day to call Carter powersports and ask if they would sell me a used motorcycle with no dealer mark up and Theron guaranteed me over the phone they won t do that. They treated me like a professional and with respect and had me in an out within 2 hours on my 2016 Yamaha R3 with only 47miles on the odometer. For $3999. Best financial decision and I thank theses gentleman for helping me not get scammed at ride now on rancho. I left them a review if you would like to read what happened.

Noah was an excellent sales rep, very knowledgeable about the machine I purchased, no pushy sales tactics, direct to the point got me in and out quick with enough time to still go riding that afternoon. A+ would recommend to a friend. I ll be back next time I m in the market for another off-road toy.

I had a great experience with the team at Carter Powersports and would highly recommend them when shopping for an off road vehicle. Noah in the sales department was an absolute gem. He only had solid answers with what questions / concerns I had and was never pushy to make a sale. Him and his finance team worked well together to ensure my transaction went smooth with no hidden charges, etc. Overall, these guys crush it and would highly encourage anybody who interested in buying a UTV/ dirt bike to drop by and give them a shot.

Drake was an amazing person and helped me throughout my entire process in purchasing a new toy. I called him two days ago in regards to what I was looking for and the next day I came into Carter and he was very helpful, informative, professional, and made the process very easy and smoothly. Everyone there that we dealt with was very nice and on top of their game even down to the finance department. This is the second time I have purchased here and will continue to shop here in the future. Thank you all for everything and all that you do. We really appreciate it.

Carter Powersports was awesome! It s one of the last family owned businesses in the valley and they were great. My sales guy Noah was super helpful and made the process of buying my motorcycle smooth and hassle free. I bought it on a rainy day and he even set me up with free delivery. When you ready to pick up a bike ask for Noah and make sure to visit Everette for your helmet and gloves! These guys were great!

Great pleasure to make business with. A local business and indeed it feels like they treat me more like part of the family rather than just a client. They go out of their way to help me, like when they came out to rescue me from a parking lot where I was stranded with a broken lock. I'm glad to have bought my bike here rather than the other big chain in town.

I HAVE NOT SEEN GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE CARTER POWERSPORTS PROVIDED IN A LONG TIME!As I walked in, I was immediately greeted by salesman Drake Martin. He was great at offering choices based on my desires. Offered us water while we waited for the financing department to handle my account. Continuously checked on us and then extended his hand with a congratulations on owning a new motorcycle.Even the Finance Manager Theron Rasmussen was great. Great sense of humor and beyon polite.I am telling you now, Carter Powersports has earned a lifelong customer with me.

I just bought a Norden 901 Expedition from Drake. He and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional at all times. It was easy to get a hold of them for questions and updates. The buying experience was positive and I appreciated their help getting insurance set up on the bike. I would recommend this dealer.

Went inside to check out their inventory and had a question about a bike and got completely ignored by staff. So I went another day and they did the same thing and never acknowledged me what s so ever. I won t be surprised if the salesperson would ever be any help on customers concerns. Great dealer, trash salesperson.

Customer service was more than outstanding, Everett Pia was very knowledgeable and helped me with everything I needed with new riding gear. Hugh Johnson worked fast and did it all. He kept in touch letting me know what was happening every step of the way I barely lifted a finger.

One of the best buying experiences I ve ever had. Drake Martin knew his stuff, took the time to talk me through questions when I had them and made the rest of the buying experience smooth and easy. Also the finance/warranty process wasn t them trying to sell you a bunch of add ons you don t need. Just a solid service package. This is the place to go in Vegas if you are looking for a moto .

A friend and fellow customer recommended Carter Powersports for a dual sport purchase I wanted to make. The process was easy and the team that helped me were all knowledgeable. There was zero pressure; all just wanted to get me into the right bike - special shout out to Drake, Jim and Theron for making it happen. Also, wanted to mention their Parts and Accessories staff, specifically Everett, who helped me post-purchase with a ton of new gear! Couldn't recommend Carter Motorsports enough.
