I have known and trusted Cesar and Moe (*and David) since 2006. These are the kindest, most trustworthy, and funny guys you'd ever hope to work with on your car. Ultra skilled, super professional. Simply the best.

So ..every now and again an unfortunate incident has a positive unexpected result.. My friend decided to show me how easy it might be to get my front power outlet working again by checking my fuseboxes...and of course rendered my car inoperable... Whenever I finally pulled myself together and started looking for a shop I would feel alright with working on my car.. I got a message from a guy who recommended carslv..Their facility is the nicest independent repair shop I have ever been in...almost so nice that I would've just assumed that I could not afford it or that the wait for an appointment would be too long...They had my car in fixed and ready to go in the same day...And the price was more reasonable than I expected.I will definitely be back in the future and not just when my car breaks ...but for those little things I want to do for my car ...like a suspension project or maybe some lighted aluminum doorsills..or a sport exhaust...or cold air intake

On Christmas Eve, I drove my family in our 2016 Land Rover LR4 (120,000+ miles on it) from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. As I was pulling up to our hotel, the vehicle began overheating, steaming, and gushing fluid onto Las Vegas Blvd. Luckily after shutting it off for a few minutes, I was able to get it to the hotel valet and kept it parked until after Christmas. I didn't know where to take it to get repaired, but after some online research, I found CARSNV. They specialized in European imports and had good reviews, so I took a chance. Luckily after adding some water to coolant reservoir, I was able to get it over to them before it overheated again. I met Moe who said they'd be happy to investigate but from his experience with Land Rover cooling systems, I was likely looking at extensive, very costly repairs, assuming they could even get the needed parts. Although they were extremely busy, they brought the vehicle into the garage right away and started diagnosing the issue. While the technicians were looking at the engine, Moe got me a cup of coffee and gave me a tour of the facility and garage (very impressive!). As predicted, the initial outlook wasn't good. The cooling system wasn't holding any pressure at all. Moe told me they would start calling around for parts and go from there. I decided to head back to the hotel and waited to hear. A few hours later, I got a call from the shop. Expecting to hear bad news, they told me the car was fixed. Luckily, Land Rover had the part they needed which seemed to be keeping the cooling system pressurized. I had just sat down for dinner with my family, so I went to pick the car up the next morning. The repair cost was very reasonable and only a fraction of the "worst case" estimate. I was delighted, but on the way back to the hotel to checkout and head back to LA that morning, I got a "cooling fluid low" warning again and brought the car back to the shop. They brought it in immediately and checked everything again. The replaced part was fine but a new leak had started to develop. As it turns out, when they got the part needed from Land Rover the previous day, they also got every other possible part needed for an entire cooling system overhaul, just in case. So they already had the part that might fix the new leak and quickly installed it. Long story short, the repair was successful and they got me on the road for my 6 hour journey home. There were no additional charges for the new repair and they even swapped out a worn tire with my full size spare to ensure a safe trip home. I must say the customer service, knowledge of the technicians, and friendliness and integrity of the entire team at CARSNV is outstanding! If I lived in Las Vegas, they would get all of my automotive repair business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you, Moe, Alex, and the entire team for helping me so quickly and getting my family home safely!. You guys are rockstars! Happy New Year!

As a woman who knows very little about cars and it's maintenance, CARS is the first auto repair shop that I COMPLETELY trust. No nonsense.... this is the problem...here are solutions...how would you like for us to fix the problem. No sales pressure...just HONEST solutions. Family owned... family run....and they make everyone feel like an extended family. I believe and trust them. What more can I say...oh yeah .. I have been with them since they started .. 2000....23 years.

We had an emergency oil situation in Vegas on our road trip from Seattle to Arizona. We found CARSNV randomly, having come across their great reviews. The guys took us in immediately and did an expedient filter/oil change and explained what we needed to have in mind for long trips with our Mini. Would definitely recommend them whether you're traveling through or are local

Excellent service, they diagnosed my issue with my 2006 mini cooper s, which was in fact less than expected and had my car fixed up and ready to go in a few days. Very communicative and friendly.

I m glad I was referred to this shop. I brought my car to them 10 mins after they opened and they immediately pulled the car in and diagnosed it. This is a trustworthy and honest shop.

Our Volkswagen Camper Van had issues on the way to Vegas and was towed to Volkswagen Repair Shop but they won t even look at it. We contact CARS and had us towed the camper to their facility. The mechanic Cezar work on the van right away and even work on it after hours. Needless to say, we were out of there the same day. Moe (owner) is very welcoming and nice. The two french bulldogs are adorable. This place is a gem. A good, honest, reliable auto repair shop is hard to find, too bad we are not from Vegas or we will have all our cars taken here. This place is highly recommended and need more than 5 stars.

This is the best place you can bring your car to - absolutely outstanding service! Cesar and his team are experts that can handle just about any car. Our European Fiat Ducato Campervan broke down near the Strip and most garages are unable and/or unwilling to even touch a car like that. Luckily, another mechanic recommended CARSNV to us and Cesar not only gave us hope that he could fix our car, he took care of our van immediately and found a solution in no time, even though the parts we needed are not even available in the US. In the end, they had our van repaired sooner than we thought. They are super friendly and professional and it almost feels like meeting old friends. This was easily our best car repair experience - thanks to Cesar, Moe and the whole CARSNV-family! A HUGE Thank You again for everything

I went to them for a second opinion and they properly diagnosed my car. After my car was misdiagnosed somewhere else and I was quoted tens of thousands for the repair they found the real issue and saved me lots of money. These guys know how to troubleshoot and that is a trait that is hard to find with most shops right now.

We took our Audi A6 3.0 Supercharged to a Firestone, and they couldn't figure out what to do with it. Found CarsNV and they quoted me a fair price and said that they could fix it with 100% confidence. And They DID. I will be a repeat customer.

CARS is by far the most honest and knowledgeable shop in LV. Don't waste your time at the other "Euro" shop in town. I would have saved a lot of money and time if I went here first. If you're a VW owner, David knows his stuff and will take care of you. He takes his time and makes sure the job is done right, and even fixes issues that other shops missed. I expected to make an appointment when I first called, but they told me to bring my car down, and it was on a rack in 30 minutes. CARS has my full business from now on.

Let me just preface the fact that this place is simply and amazingly great. Brought my S5 B9.5 here to get lowering springs and spacers installed and they did a phenomenal job. Super happy with the results!!Fast forward couple months later I had my aftermarket wheels installed at a different place for the sake of convenience but they didn t advise me on using the cone lug bolts despite being an aftermarket wheel place so I was running OEM bolts (should ve done my homework to be safe) and eventually one came lose. I was perplexed and worried so messaged the mechanic super late at night and he advised me to call in the morning off-hours during the weekend to see if anyone might be around to help me get sorted out. Thankfully Moe was available and was gracious enough to help me replace the missing lug bolt early first thing in the morning and made sure everything was tight as a temporary solution before the right stud conversion kit comes in a couple days. Service like this is unparalleled and I couldn t be more grateful. Life saver, in all the literal senses.And to top it off, it s always a good time swinging by this place to look at all the German and exotics being worked on. So thank you, and don t think I would wanna take my business elsewhere! Highly highly recommend them!!

Battery died on a cold winter day. CARS got me in and out of there at a reasonable rate within an hour.Great service from Manny, Eddie and Tobie. Would recommend to anyone looking at getting work done on there cars.Also have a great showroom of some cool euros with a nice accompanying waiting area.Service: Engine repair

These guys are the best. My A3 began making a high-pitched whining sound on our way into town, looked then up on Google and gave them a call. The owner knew exactly what the issue was over the phone and even stayed open late for us to come in. We got there well after closing, they double checked the diagnosis and had us fixed up and out of there in less than an hour. Will absolutely use them again!

CARS Auto all the way family owned and ran you can count on them. MOE, CEAZAR, DAVID are the best mechanics around. Moe sold me a Audi A 4 when I was broke and helped me out . He always warranties his cars and puts loyalty and pride before anything else . I will always be grateful for him and his brothers. I am Lucky to have a friend like MOE !!! Asked for an estimate before doing any work but they took the car and didn't call me until they, allegedly, inspected the engine and then charged me almost $300 just for a coil. After pretending to fix the real problem, namely, a blown plug with fumes coming into the cabin I was assured the problem was a simple fix. Not true. Avoid.

Amazing! The service at this facility is exceptional. They really know how to work on German cars. Our Audi had issues and this is the only place that has the proper knowledge and expertise to fix them besides the dealership. I wanted to give a personal shot out to Mo and Eddie. They were super nice and took good care of us and our car. They both get A+ on customer service. The reception area is super clean and welcoming. I would recommend this facility to any person who needs a professional service done on their vehicle especially if they have a European model.

Moe and Eddy are great. If you are looking for a mechanic that you can trust, this is the shop. CARSNV has worked on 2 of my cars. They first replaced the oxygen sensors in my Audi. Then they replaced the fly wheel and starter motor in my F150. They were honest and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. In fact, before changing out the starter motor in my truck, they recommended just changing the battery as sometimes a weak battery can affect the performance of the starter. It turned out the starter motor did need to be replaced, but I appreciated exploring alternative fixes before jumping to a larger repair. I will be bringing my cars here for future repairs as well. Some of the best customer service I have gotten anywhere in Vegas.Techs are knowledgeable.They helped diagnose and be my 2nd opinion they were able to save me from some needless repairs another shop erroneously recommended.

Tried to charge me $230 for an oil change did not communicate well and hung up on me 3 times. Most disrespecful men I've ever seen. And yes they got cussed out. I do not recommend this place is the worst dealership I've ever been to. More to it than this but too hard to explain. Just stay away. How they have such good ratings is beyond me. I'm thinking they are friends putting up these reviews because they're is no way. They are beyond rude and price gouge Luke $230 for an oil change in order to figure out the rest of the car? And I've noticed they do not respond to negative reviews just like they don't listen to what you have to say. I really feel they will go out of business karmaService: Vehicle Inspection

Took my 2010 Nissan cube for a service review. I had some issues with my check engine light on my dash.Appears I needed to get a new catalytic converter installed. Eddie amd Moe were helpful with providing info on solutions or options on deciding to do the service or not.Decided not to have the service at this time, but appreciated the feedback and information from this service review appointment.

I m new to the Vegas area, having just moved here I wanted to find a good, honest autoshop with a good owner (which I previously had one in LA). You guys know typical auto shops, they ll tend to say you need repairs and find ways to make money from you.So I comb through all the reviews in detail and settled on Cars NV. My Audi A7 can be expensive to fix and I had bad experiences from the dealer who tell you you need repairs that you don t need.There was a sound in my front left tire and I feared it could be a loose wheel bearing or so due to bumpy roads. I was expecting to spend $200-350 probably.This shop looked at it and said it was only a tire rod that needed to be tightened and they said it was a quick fix and didn t charge!The owner was a good honest person. He loves cars and he took his time to talk about a 1999 Porsche he s been working on. It was really cool, and you can tell he values the longer term relationship so I ll definitely be coming back and I m really glad I found a place that just wants to do the right thing!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Went to get my VW repaired- was done at a reasonable price. Had to return to have other work done and the staff was able to accommodate me on short notice. They provide a warranty in case something goes wrong. Would recommend CARSNV to others who need a trustworthy auto mechanic .

Mo, his mechanics and EVERYBODY (including the two SWEET shop dogs) were delightful and helpful and COMPETENT. I've been going to randoms for my '96 jetta since my former mechanics went out of business and I've had a hard time getting answers. These folks are straight ahead--everything was well explained, I felt very well taken care of and I even got a little New York State of Mind that I've been missing for 28 years!
