One employee stood at his computer and refused to acknowledge that I was standing there. Someone else had to comeover and help me.There is no parking. It is full of broken cars from the auto shops.

Worst service here, every old people working here looks very busy, Nothing polite at all cero customer service. Will not recommend this store unless you have a lot of time to waste waiting for some help. Sorry CARQUEST this store needs new fresh workers...parking is horrible!!!

I had originally bought my battery in wyoming they didn't even put my name on receipt or anything Ms Connie fixed my receipt granted my warranty and even changes my battery for me. Thank you car quest

Awesome customer service. Had a last minute small car problem with 4Runner before a big road trip. Connie was very helpful on getting the order processed prior to my arrival to the store later that day. She went above and beyond I think to made sure the throttle body for my 4Runner came in the next day. Thanks again.

Drove around the Northside of Vegas looking for 5/16 rubber fuel hose. Every one of the competitors close to me said in stock. WRONG!!!Called LAURA here at Carquest.450 feet in stock.Walked in. Plenty of counter help. Fully stocked and completely faced shelves and Peg Hooks. Store is SPOTLESS!! This is a REAL Auto parts store. Highly recommend and a BIG THANK YOU!!

If you're looking for parts quick, go here. You may have AutoZone around the corner but it takes forever just to get help. If you're in a rush or need a part delivered close-by I would always go here! Much simpler!

This was the only place that had the bolts I needed. I ordered them online but when I arrived I discovered they were the wrong size. They helped me fund the right bolts. They were very helpful.

Great place that has a large selection of parts for your car I went there for my Cadillac CTS and they really help me out plus the people there are friendly.

Car quest are to find these days unfortunately. One thing I love for one reason or another is the knowledge of their employees. As a business owner I can't stand it when the individual behind the counter doesn't know a thing about the parts they're handing out!! I believe if you work here you should have some understanding of a vehicle. At car quest they definitely do.

Definitely had what I needed and I am happy for their service but to be blunt I felt it was very back alley. It seemed very low brow and the parking was difficult to figure out. I recommend a more professional establishment.

I was there this morning and one of the woman in service was mad she was very disrispecfull whit other workers she was yearling on them and when I ask for my part she try to sell me another she was in bad mood I walk out .

Rodney and the staff were over the top helpful. They helped me find the parts I needed for repair of my Mustang A/C. They provided a lot of options, from a complete kit to a bare bones part. This is a warehouse packed with parts, no waiting for shipping, they just have the parts.Better than the chain companies that only have a "storefront", these people know parts.

This place is all about Mandy! She knows everything! She is friendly and fun to deal with. The rest of the staff is so nice and well mannered. Everyone knows everything about vehicles. My new favorite place to go for parts.

Very poor customer service. Talked loud enough about our mask that we heard. Oh look it is 1 of those kind. Had a n95 respirator. Well that is not what you do to your customers. And to let you know bandanas don't protect you against Covid 19 and that is what the employees were wearing.

Laura has the worst customer service ever. A control arm installed for 2 min just to find out k frame is bent and have to do an insurance claim and I cant return the control arm. So no I'm not out 500 for deductable I'm out 580 for trying to fix it myself. Great way to screw your customers carquest. I see why your a hole in the wall company. Ill take my future business to autozone where they ask no questions on returns and dont find excuses not to help their customers. To bad I do a lot of mechanic work for friends and could have brought you lot more business.

If I could give him zero Stars I would I just went in there and bought a radiator for almost $200 and they sold me the wrong one. So I ended up having to go to AutoZone where I got the right radiator and it was cheaper . then I come back to Charleston Auto Parts the very next morning to get my money back on the one that they sold me that was the wrong part and they told me they can't give me my money back because I paid cash and they didn't have it in their drawer. And I have to come back at the end of the day to get my money back. Which is still pending. lesson to be learned here if you do decide to shop at Charleston Auto Parts don't pay cash. I don't recommend doing either

PRO'S: Knowledgeable staff, wide inventory, and reasonable prices.CONS: One of the worst parking lots in Vegas. Always clogged with vehicles being serviced by the surrounding mechanic shops, and nowhere near enough spaces.

Mark at the Decatur location just made Carquest a new customer for life. Long-story-short, while replacing the struts on my father's car, I found that one of them was missing a piece, prohibiting us from completing the job. The online retailer that we purchased the struts from was closed, so I called Autozone, O'reilly's, and NAPA with no luck. Someone suggested Carquest (a store I honestly hadn't even heard of), and they had the piece we needed shipped to their store within a couple hours. The nearest Carquest is a bit of a drive but after this experience I will be supporting them as much as I can. Thanks again, Mark.

I call looking for a part and off the top of your head your going to know weather or not it s in stock? Sad parts stores do this if you don t want to help me on my personal car do you really think I ll use you for my customers in my shop??

Very bad service and carquest is cheap quality too.Their deal came with installation , but just because it was hot outside none of them want to do it , I even called the head quarters, they said : sorry I cannot force my employees.

More parts options than a chain auto parts store. Better quality in some cases. They are a little old school and a little slower, but having someone with knowledge and experience is worth it.
