The service department is always nice here. I've never had any problems and they have never been pushy at all. I've had Mazda's all my life(929,626,2 tributes, CX-5)and they are extremely reliable cars. As long as you take care and get them serviced. They will last over 200,000 miles, mine have.

Do NOT come here. Deception and dishonesty is their bread and butter.1. They intentionally ran my credit multiple times (8 emails about it) just for it to drop 30 points and be told my credit was not as good as I thought it was, and why they could not offer me a better deal.2. Drafted the financial terms of the offer a few times. Led me to believe they had lowered the price, but INCREASED the interest rate and length of the loan, thinking I wouldn't notice.3. Was given a backhanded compliment about my negotiation skills, bragging to me that other people had been sold cars at a much higher price because they didn't negotiate.4. Not once at any point, did the any of 3 salesman I've met here discuss the car's mpg, cylinders, horsepower, safety features, the buttons on the steering wheel, nothing. Assuming that I as a woman did not have the intellectual capacity to contemplate such matters? They only ever encouraged me to test drive to see if I "liked the look and feel of the car", as if all to a woman's life is looks and feels?5. If you are a woman, and you are working with a male salesman, they start acting weird like they're trying to indoctrinate you, flirt with you, say things like "we've spent all day on this" and show visible upset to pressure you. A respectable, grown man would never conduct himself this way with another respectable, grown man.I am beyond grateful I made every mistake possible here at CardinaleWay Mazda and now know not to repeat them as I continue my car buying journey.

Nick is doing great! They do everything possible to ensure my Mazda 6 is running smoothly!! The service plan covers everything I need done so I come in every 6 months or so and they make her like new.

Took me a year to get things ready for the CX-50, but so happy I did. Came in yesterday to ask a few questions and make an appointment for today. I wasn't pressured into anything then and everything went how I wanted today. Got my CX-50 on terms I expected and very satisfied.

Best Mazda dealership in town.They are super friendly and honest. Always helpful to get the deal done.Decker and other agents are very knowledgeable and go really out to help you find the car you want.Jovanny and Francisco, the financial team, go beyond to help you and explain the contract for you until you understand it.You can always ask questions.They helped me drive me to my wirk place on the same street while my car was in service.They offer coffee, tea, hot chocolate , water, soft drinks, fruits, and snacks while waiting. They have a charging station for your phone.Nick, in service, is very helpful, working on getting your car serviced and your needs metCardinaleWay Mazda, I am your fan.Great cars.. and their service is excellent.Nick and everyone else I met in the service department shows professionalism and excellence.Thank You Mazda Team

Don't trust them! My Mazda died on me and I had it towed to CardinaleWay. Their service department suggested $7,500 of repairs, some of which sounded very fishy to me. They said the issue that caused the breakdown was corroded battery terminals, so they cleaned those and said the battery was fine. I took it to another mechanic on the advice of a friend and it died again that morning, but only needed $1,500 of work - including a completely dead battery even though CardinaleWay said the battery was good.Even accounting for inflated dealership prices, CardinaleWay just recommended stuff that wasn't needed. They said the coolant was "not detected," but it was completely full. They said I needed four new tires, but they had 7/32" of tread left. They wanted to replace the front lower control arms, but the other mechanic said they were fine.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I've been taking my car here since they opened. Staff is awesome. Very knowledgeable. Car runs better every time I get it back. Mechanics do a great job. Waiting room is comfy if you need to wait. Well air conditioned. Need to give a shout out to Nick and Matt. They have both helped me out and are great service writers.

Purchased my Mazda 6 in 2016 and have had no issues with the vehicle since! The one time I had any issue, the service center at the dealership fixed the issue quickly and at no cost. Highly recommend Mazda!

I love coming to this place. They always have snacks and do a good job with my baby. They also send me a video while they're inspecting it, I feel like they take care of my baby very well. I've gone to other mazda service places that have been a nightmare.

First time coming here, the automated system for making appointments was super easy to use. Great service, very accommodating and helpful. All of my questions were answered and service staff were very friendly. They have lots of snacks, coffee, water and soda while you wait. And wifi is available. This is my go to location, I ve been coming here for years. My 2010 mazda 6 has 200k miles and its Running STRONG. The staff are very friendly here, my car gets done in a timely manner. Ver professional, matts and Demitrius and Super Cool. Definitely a 5 star Business

I'm so thrilled with the excellent customer service from the sales dept at Mazda. I researched cars for 3 months and when I walked in here, I knew this was the one. The only part I'm not happy about is that I have to wait 2.5 weeks for my car to arrive which is pretty standard these days. Thank you to Mazda. I cant wait for my car.
