First time going to Car One Auto Service on Craig Rd. last year 2023 to R & R the CV Boot. The manager Alex was very nice and was able to take my car the following day. I was very happy that my car was ready at the time Alex said it would be ready.Recently, I found out my car is leaking. Well, here I go to Car One Auto Service to visit my new friend Alex. Again, Job well done just like last year. I'm so happy now knowing that there's Car One Auto Service that I can go to with NO hesitations. Thank you Alex and your A Team. Job well done! Highly recommend!

So grateful I found a shop that does honest and fair work - a rarity in this day and age! Car One Auto Service goes above and beyond with their service, care and concern for not only your vehicle but you as a client/customer. JUST POSTING TO WARN OTHERS!!!!!Random overcharges ,stolen parts !!!!!I got my fan belt changed by them was quoted $140 then they realized it was 2 belts so raised it to $190 paid without arguing.My ac went out was quoted $748 took off my compressor and said they didn t realize the one they needed for my car was actually more expensive so raised the price by $108 so I had to pay something regardless it was already taken out so of course I complained about it and they didn t have much to say just said they were honest mechanics with good pricing to ask around.Now I got my car back and it s squealing from the fan belt they changed and they re claiming it s my alternator. (It wasn t making that noise before even with a damaged fan belt).On another note I checked my oil levels and I noticed my oil dipstick guide is missing and that isn t a part that just falls off it s screwed on.Wouldn t trust these guys if I were you they re doing some sketchy stuff , they didn t even let me know my car was done after the ac job since we argued.Only way I found out is because my wife took an Uber to them to pay the remaining balance for me and they told her there

Its very hard to find truly honest mechanics anywhere! These guys are the best. They're not trying to rip you off and the prices and fees are decent. Cant get any better than that!!! Go see Car One asap!

I had a fantastic experience with Car One Auto Service! My engine died just out of Vegas and I was desperate to continue my road trip. The guys at Car One found me a replacement engine for a fraction of the cost my dealership was offering me, and replaced it within days. I went to Car One Auto for a diagnostic after my car was leaking large amounts of coolant, my engine was overheating, and the oil pressure was causing it to shutoff. I called them and they immediately made time for me to come in for a diagnostic. Upon arrival, I was greeted and told the cost of service up front, within 10 mins I was to the problem was my water pump and it was a pretty big job, I was also given the total cost which was very fair considering the amount of labor and the fact that I needed the work done asap. Once my car was complete, I picked it up and the staff did a wonderful job and were very professional. After I left I noticed the sticker in the top left corner of my windshield was different. Not only did they complete the work I paid for, they also threw in a free oil change :-).This is how a business earns repeat customers and I highly recommend them for your auto needs.RoxanneService: Auto maintenance

This one hidden gem of a shop... The technicians are knowledgeable and honest. The repairs are professionally done and the staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend them for anything from oil changes and brakes to more complicated engine and transmission work.

I took my 2003 Buick lesabre limited to Julio, the owner/mechanic on 02/04/2021, to have the fuel pump changed. I had already bought the part from Amazon and only needed to have it replace the old one. He charged $225.00 for labor. Well suffice to say that I now have even more problems with my car. Suddenly my brand new catilyc converter is not working properly but it was BEFORE JULIO TOUCHED IT. He doesn't guarantee his work at all. Refused to even check it without my HAVING TO PAY HIM $40.00 FOR A DIAGNOSTIC! I already had one done by OnStar for free as well as Minke. He said only he could run a truly accurate diagnosis. He couldn't care any less that he is the reason my service engine soon, and gas cap not installed properly lights are suddenly now on. Or that my emissions system is suddenly unable to allow fumes to be evaporated from fuel tank causing my car now to stall and back fire, which can cause me to be injured or killed even my young son.He wants $$$ only and I now have to make sure HE didn't STEAL my catalytic converter I just bought. Don't support this business CARONE AUTO SERVICE, if you're a female and don't know about cars.
