Fraudulent work ethics. I called them on the number listed on their website. The person I spoke with gave me a quote for the windshield replacement. I informed him I ll be using my auto insurance and will be driving from 40 minutes away. I immediately started driving there, upon arriving to their shop, the technician told me they don t work with insurance it s only for the tint, i don t understand why insurance will cover tint, but none of my business. I told him I spoke to the person who answered my call and he said otherwise. I also pointed out their massive sign that reads auto glass repair- insurance. To this he had no answer, and then he got really upset. I took pictures of the sign and overall. Then the guy I spoke to earlier called me back and said they don t work with insurance, i told him he said they do and they also have a huge sign outside their shop that says they do. All in all, I have to travel tomorrow, I really needed this windshield repaired today, hadn t they lied to me about insurance, I d have got it fixed elsewhere. Not only I wasted 40min(one way) driving and then back, i now most likely have to rent a vehicle. I don t understand why businesses do false advertisement and then don t own up to their mistakes. Stop defrauding people and stop wasting their time. I am never going to recommend this business to anyone, ever. I am business owner too, that is NOT how you run a business.

What spectacular service!!! Fast, cheapest price, best service ever!!!! They were here in a jiffy, worked tirelessly through the rain to fix our broken window! Even jumpstarted the car, which is more than I can say for NLVPD!10/10 would recommend!Hopefully we will not need their services again, but if I ever do, I will know where to turn.

I went to California Auto Glass to get my passenger rear window fixed, and when it stopped working a few days later, I brought my car back and they found a loose screw and they fixed it. I got a great price, great service, and very friendly. Multiple services available.

I want to thank the gentleman at this location. I live in California and my daughter lives in Las Vegas. Her window was broken and they were able to assist me. They were even willing to go to the school and take care of it. Hands down best price. I got out there and they took care of me and my daughter. Thanks again

they were so quick with replacing my windshield , in and out within an hour with a perfect windshield all for an amazing price ! beautiful service , definitely coming back to get my windows tinted next! thank you guys!

The staff's attention was very good, but the manager gave me a price for a new and original glass and he had me install another one that is not the original and charged me for the original, they only adapted it with a plastic around the glass contour If you don't have the original, speak the truth.

Got my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder tinted from California Auto Glass 3 years ago and still looks beautiful! No bubbles, no lifting. Thanks guys!

Very nice and friendly. They were quick and clean.I watched as they worked on vehicles before mine. I had to wait a bite but that's to be expected for a walk in last minute customer. I deffinatly recommend this place.

In October of 2022 we had driven my car to Vegas for a few days my front window got splintered and made it really difficult to see out of it. It was a Sunday I believe and it was our last day in town and I found these guys and they said sure we're open just bring it on in. So we drove on in waited about 5 or 10 minutes and then we saw them get to work on replacing my entire front window for my 2010 black Ford fusion. They did a fantastic job and I plan on going back to get my windows tinted soon thank you guys for being such great professionals and the price was half of everybody else including the place my insurance company wanted me to take it to who was supposed to meet us there to do it never showed up after we waited an hour..

Big wate of timeThey tell you the windshield is in stock and when you drive all the way and wait 30 mins..they tell you they don't have it..and they don't return the trims that they got off back

Had our truck broken into while staying at a hotel. They had our window and for a good price, they saved our vacation. Had us on our way really fast, highly recommend them.

I had a bad experience owner didn't wanted to warranty a leaking rear windshield they installed in my truck we wanted to charge me re installing it,i don't recommend it.

They were able to replace my cracked windshield the same day for a third of the price of the dealer there is more than 1 location so that was helpful. Total time spent at the facility was 2 hours.

People if their word. Replaced my power window motor and out the door 125$I am not Hispanic so I hope I want screwed.Don't think I was 125$ not bad Chrysler dealership wanted 800 now that's getting screwed.They are working in 114 heat. . Hard workers they are. They have my respect.Service: Auto power window repair

I took my truck over there to replace windshield. They did replace my windshield, but they damage my dash. they put a lot of scratches all over the dish and they didn t take responsibility for it.

Went there today. Windsheid on my Jeep was shattered. I had to bring my 3 kids w/ me, and these guys got us in and out!!!! They had cold waters and good customer service. Shout out to Gustavo / Mauri/ and Erick.

This place is amazing I called they had my window from my 2004 Nissan Sentra they quoted me 130 bucks amazing price they do such a great job they took less than an hour it's right next to the rancho swap meet on Washington there's a metal gate just pull in quality work I will definitely refer this place to anybody with a cracked windshield or broken windshield

They did a great job on my car. I needed my window motor replaced and then got a quote to do the tint while I was dropping it off and ended up with a window that rolled all the way up finally and tint all the way around and am not riding around in a hot fish bowl anymore. Price was great and also got it done within the times they told me as well. Dudes were super cool too and polite and easy to work with. For anything window wise I would take it to them cuz they kill it with the quality work that they do and not to mention were cheaper than the other places I checked before. Don't even need an appointment either. Just walk right in. I have already taken them a second car to do just last week! Thanks guys

Do not go here. Bad service. Technician left adhesive all on over my vehicle. He chipped the paint around my windshield when removing windshield. Did not add a new weatherstrip after removing the old one. Does not have the proper tools that other advanced shops use. Rear view mirror compass doesn t work properly anymore. The price was okay but not worth the bad service. I would have rather paid more somewhere else to insure proper install with no damage to my vehicle. It sucks when business establishments don t have the desire to provide superior customer service anymore. They either hate their job or simply don t care about the type of service being provided to the customer.Service: Auto windshield replacement

They we're very accommodating especially since I showed up last minute. Very reasonable price and they actually showed me what they we're doing before they did it. My master switch went out for my Jeeps power windows. Will be going back to get windows tinted.

This is one of the fastest, most inexpensive auto glass shops I've had the privilege to work with. They were on it as soon as i got it parked where they wanted it. $160 I paid. Average price from the places I called, $376, you do the math! Less than half always works for me. Clean, proffessional job!
