I had my 2015 Pathfinder repaired thru Caliber Collision Feb 1 2024. The panel they replaced didn't line up correctly with the hood. Adam told me that they used an aftermarket part and they will buy the OEM part. Right replaced headlight wasn't aligned properly as well. I had to leave the SUV again, missing time and work.They fixed the issue the second time I dropped off my vehicle. Fast forward a month later. I took my vehicle to my mechanic for an oil change. My oil filter is located behind the front passenger wheel. When Caliber took off my wheel and put it back. The mechanic used a power tool to thread the lug nuts causing 3 out of the 5 to be cross thread. My mechanic couldn't take it off and had to break the wheel stud because they are crossed threads.I called Adam from North 5th Caliber who helped me last time and said that he was 1 photo of my SUV with the wheel on and swear that the wheel was never taken off. Mind you my SUV was there for more than 1 week and he has 1 single photo. I asked him nicely to check the surveillance camera which Adam told me existed and he said that it will take hours to go through and they won't take a look at it.My wheels were rotated during my last maintenance and the only wheel I had problem with was the one Caliber fixed (front panel and bumper). I missed work again and had to pay $400 to replace all 3 wheel studs due to an incompetent mechanic at Caliber Collision at North 5th N Las Vegas. I will be filing a lawsuit.

I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. They were able to fix the damage on my car quickly and efficiently, and it looks as good as new! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process, and they kept me informed every step of the way. Would recommend this place

Sam and his team were wonderful. They helped assuage us after my mom s car was rear ended on the freeway. They clearly explained the work, the repairs, and the estimate. They even helped coordinate a rental with our insurance company. Best experience ever! Highly recommend!

Just dropped by today and was blown away by the warm and friendly atmosphere! From the moment I stepped in, the staff greeted me with genuine enthusiasm. Had a great chat with Manager Sam, who emphasized the importance of their top-notch service for every guest. Thrilled to have such an outstanding customer experience at this neighborhood collision center. Highly recommend!

If we could give them 10 stars, we would. My husband accidentally dropped $300 in the first of the week while he was loading a vehicle and we thought it was gone for good. This morning Adam Schmidt, the service advisor, called us and they had found it! Not too often do you get cash back that you lost but these guys have such integrity! If you want honest and moral individuals to work on your vehicle, this location is the place to go. Thank You so much Adam and the whole staff at this Caliber Location. Top notch people!!

came in for service great job but over all great experience with Ivanya or Ivy Garcia. She made the process less stressful and is very good at explaining things to where we could understand. Definitely going back to see her if I have anything in future. Thank you Ivanya!

Caliber collision provided excellent, friendly, and prompt service, Paulina and her coworkers also crash wrapped my car in advance prior to my repairs because they value the customers safety. Would highly recommend this auto shop for any car repairs and services.

I would like to say I have the best experience with Caliber Auto Shop on North 5th. Starting with Adam S, he greeted me with kindness and he took the time to listen and understanding my needs as to have my vehicle done and ready to drive. Adam Spoke with front desk and spoke with his auto parts and mechanics to make sure I would get my vehicle done. The reason was to have my vehicle done by March 9, 2024 was because of family and had to drive to Texas to be with mother who was just got diagnosed with Cancer stage 4 , My mother is my everything. Adam S, kept me with updates by Voicemail and Caliber texts messages.. The day I got the call from Adam my vehicle was done and ready to go on the following Thursday was the best day ever. I want to share this experience with everyone it was the best , not only my 2019 Nissan Frontier was complete received and a free car wash . Thank You . Thank You , Adam and to the whole staff making this possible.. I am home now with my mama. From Maria Jaramillo

The customer service was exceptional and my car looks brand new! They finished my car in less than a week. When returned, they made sure it looked presentable and clean. Definitely recommend if you need your car fixed.

My experience at this body shop was amazing, they had my car out faster than the estimated time they told me, which was great so I saved money on my rental! The experience we encountered was amazing. Carlos was our go to guy for my daughter's car, and he kept us informed of the progress and the car was done before the allotted time frame. It looks absolutely amazing!! Would recommend them without question!!

My Hyundai Elantra looks brand new, after seeing it at the junk yard for a while because of the darn insurance, but luckily I brought it here because I had my car back in no time. As soon as they got it they called me and kept me updated, and called me when it was ready, I m quite impressed and will return if I need to

These guys are AWESOME!!!!! Dan the manager kept me informed during the entire repair process. The fit and finish is actually better than when I purchased the car. These guys are now my "go to" collision shop. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Carlos is the man! Carlos was able to quickly fix my car and resolve a month s worth headache in a short 5 minutes! It sucks when there is damage to your car due to the fault of someone else. Especially, when that person has an insurance company no one wants to work with. Carlos was able to assess the damage and quickly see the real problem and resolved the issue. I m able to even cancel the claim and pay no mind to it any longer. Thank you so much for your expertise and knowledge! I ll definitely keep this place in mind, but hopefully there won t be any more damage to my car in the future.

10/10 customer service and quality work. I was rear ended at the end of September and dropped my car off at Caliber to have the body repaired. Every step of the way, Caliber was fantastic. Vanessa was our POC and she called and texted to keep me up to date with what was going on with the car. I really appreciated her constant communication. The manager, Sam went above and beyond to help my family and I and to make sure we had the best experience possible during a very stressful time.I would 100% recommend Caliber Collision to anyone looking to have work done on their vehicle.Services: Body & Trim, Battery

This experience started great stayed good and then the time to pick up My car came. Car was not washed and covered in dust when it was pulled around, asked why was told it was washed on Friday when it was done, while I was out of town. The tape was not taken off of the inside of gas flap cover. There was tape residue on my window. There is bondo dried on my steering wheel. Paint marker on my tail light.. They did not have the updated notes from my insurance that was sent two weeks ago, stating they the needed to charge the other insurance policy and not mine, I had to end up paying my deductible and getting reimbursed. Drop off was great pick up was not.

First off, I want to mention that Vanessa was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She kept me informed and involved the whole time my truck was getting repaired. My vehicle was completed on time and up to my high standards. Caliber went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. My truck was returned to me better than it was prior to the accident. I have already recommended Caliber to two people since I picked my truck up only an hour ago. You all have created a new, loyal customer. I hope I do not have to come back soon, but if I do, I ll be relieved knowing Caliber Collision is taking care of me and my vehicle. I made an appointment to visit this location, took a day off work, and drove over there. Somehow, they didn't have the "assignment" from my insurance company, so they couldn't help me. I was assured by Earl Edwards that he would contact Allstate and get the assignment sent over. He never followed up with Allstate, and when I contacted him a month later, he said he was still working on it. I never heard from this repair shop again. I would not recommend dealing with this business.
