We brought our car in after a fender bender at an all way stop. Even though the other party totally admitted 100% fault her insurance, Allstate found me 15% responsible, which was way wrong because she didn t stop at a four way stop. So her Allstate wanted to make me an appointment at Caliber, but I called my insurance Geico, who also recommended Caliber, which kind of surprised me honestly. But because my insurance is dealing with hers to get me 100% covered, we decided to just trust Geico to deal with Allstate and getting us an appointment with Caliber within a day or two.Caliber kept us updated three times a week, every Monday, Wed and Friday for as long as it took to fix our car. We got picked up at Caliber and taken to Enterprise rental car to pick up our rental car, and Caliber was true to their word about updates and pricing and what the insurance was going to cover and what we would have to pay, our deductible. We could call anytime that we had questions and they were awesome. God forbid I get in another accident, but I would definitely use Caliber again. They did an AMAZING job on our car!! Everyone was so nice and courteous. If I could give 10 stars I would without hesitation.

Very satisfied with the whole process. Thank you to Kristen and Travis for making my initial inspection, quote, and drop off handled with ease. I initially was told 20 days until completion and got my vehicle back in 9 days. Excellent work getting my vehicle back to new.Thank you to everyone involved in the process from the service advisors to the technician crew and anyone else that played a part in getting my vehicle back on the road.I ve added before and after photos as proof of the job well done. 5 stars!

Used Caliber Collision as a preferred shop during a dual collision and comprehensive insurance claim. Car came back looking practically new! Can t recommend this Caliber location enough.

Caliber collision, I see why my insurance company recommended you all! At first I was confused and just doing what I thought I had to do next. I was slightly confused because I have never been in this situation before. You all made me feel confident that I could over come this process. They even had enterprise come and pick me up for my rental vehicle. When I got my car back, wow. Now when I tell people I was in an accident, they look at my car and ask what body shop I used. I now understand why caliber collision has multiple locations across Vegas. You all are great, thank you for everything!

100% satisfied they keep you updated on your vehicle every week. My truck was done before the estimate date they gave me. My family and I are happy with the end result highly recommended.

Not sure of Titles but, Scott and Ivan are great. Super friendly and very professional! Ruby at the front desk is also friendly, professionaland helpful.The shop operates very well. I was kept up to date daily with text messages about my vehicle. Responses were always quick and friendly. Overall, I am pleased with their service. I didn t know of Caliber Collision before. They were on a list GEICO uses but now they are my shop! Repairs were completed over a week before the estimated date! And they even went the extra mile and buffed out paint that was on my passenger door from some unknown event. Thanks Guys! I will definitely use Caliber again in the future if needed!

I had a great experience with caliber. They put a new rear bumper on my car. They also were so nice that they detailed my car. My car has not been this clean since I bought it.

Chris and the whole staff are great. Very professional and reliable. I had an issue with the headlights after the initial repair, and was able to drop it off first thing in the morning and the issue was resolved by noon. Very quick turn around time.I'd highly recommended Caliber for any autobody repairs.

I had brought my car in after an act of vandalism and the team here made the process extremely easy and stress free. Daniel was extremely helpful, he kept in constant communication about the repairs being don and they had my car ready well before the estimated completion date. I would definitely recommend bringing your vehicle here for repairs, this team is amazing!

Came here after a fender bender. Insurance recommended me this place because of the high reviews. My car was in and out, took less than a week to get it fixed. Very satisfied with the results. Looks brand new and doesn t look as if it was in an accident. Great team! Francisco was very helpful. Kept me updated with the progress. Will definitely come back if I ever get in an accident again.

They were very informative. They kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. They were very polite. Dylan was awesome. He explained everything they did to me in detail the color matched my vehicle with the repairs a maid perfectly They even detailed the inside of my car as well as washed the outside I was very impressed!

Time and customer service .also this company does exactly what yu want they only act upon request from customer which is super good .the damage was priced at the fair market value of each part and fully took theyre time to break it down aswell. They didn t try to price gauge me or request it could be done with after market parts either. They did god on my 2019 recedes Benz

Was in an accident at the end of november. Brought my car to get fixed, and after getting my car back, there were scratches on my car. After calling and informing them of this. They haven't yet got back to me in over a month.

I had a great experience at Caliber on Boulder Highway. The communication during the whole process was greatly appreciated. The front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate for my needs.
