My car was done early when I went to get it I was shocked at the fitment job they had done. Everything was off and not one gap even. The headlights they replaced didn t even work which means no one checked before giving me the car. My hood now shakes as I drive. Completely ruined my car. Going back and demanding the work be redone. Oh and the alignment they got now makes my steering wheel slight left to go straight. Ridiculous!

I was referred by a friend and it was the best decision I made. Customer service was 5-star from the moment you walk in and are greeted by reception to the time you leave with your car. In my opinion, white glove service. My car looked in better condition than when I dropped it off. Efficient working with the insurance company, keeping my in the loop at every step. Parts ordered and body work performed quickly and very well. You can t tell that I had anything done! I would definitely recommend, no hesitation.

I own a detailing business so I get asked all the time if I know a good body shop. I normally never recommend anyone because you just never know with most body shops. Well that s going to change as of today! Caliber Collision went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. Kim knew that I was a detailer and that I was going to be very picky and when I first saw my truck I was actually surprised at how good it came out! I was expecting to see at least one thing that needed more attention and I was 100% wrong. It was perfect! I can t recommend Caliber Collision enough!! Very happy customer!! :)

They were fantastic and efficient! My car looked brand new when I got it back and they cleaned the inside. It felt like the very first day I bought the car all over again. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs done to their vehicle.

[UPDATE I EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED A RESPONSE]THIS SHOPS BEHAVIOR IS CRIMINAL/ UNETHICALGood service but absolutely terrible worksmanship! They burned my seat and had paint drip all over the side they where suppose to repair. But when i called they fixed the interior and pretended to fix the exterior. They never fixed a dent on the affected side that i payed for either. They also took extra days causing me to pay extra for a rental. IF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY SENDS YOU HERE JUST SIMPLY REQUEST A DIFFERENT BODY SHOP!

After getting into a fender bender, I set up an appointment through insurance and dropped off my 4 Runner at Caliber Collision to get repaired. Kim helped us through this process the entire way. She took the reigns and acted as if it were her vehicle, making sure everything went perfectly smooth as possible. She went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied with the repairs, even when we pointed out a few things we weren t satisfied with, she fully agreed and understood, no questions asked and had them fixed. We couldn t be any happier. It s great to finally be able to say we ve found a great body shop that we can trust to get things repaired the right way. Kim really made the experience easy for us, and we very much appreciated that!! Thank you!!

Excellent repair work and customer service. My bumper completely came off while I was driving on the freeway. They were able to tell it had been hit before I bought it and the repair work wasn't thorough, spotting damage on the bumper guard and successfully getting that paid to be replaced through my insurance, as well, even though it was years before the current incident as the underlying cause. Staff took the time to explain the process and what world would be done and kept me updated throughout. Beautiful final job once I got my car back, as well! They did not disappoint but exceeded my expectations.Service: Body & Trim

I was really surprised how fast Caliber was able to repair my car. They kept me informed they let me know if there was any problems or delays but thankfully there wasn t. I got my car. It looks great. I recommend this place has recommended by Geico and Progressive State Farm and a few others that I can t think of. I hope everything goes well for your visit. Oh, and the convenience is that there is an enterprise rental next-door. Thanks again. I came back again six months later due to an unrelated situation. Thankfully, they took care of me again.!! My car was broken into and heavily damaged, but the service I recieved was very quick and low stress. They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and even had it finished 4 days before the estimated date of completion. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with, and it was a huge help during a very stressful time for me. I'll definitely return if I'm ever in need of repairs!

My experience with this shop was terrible. I waited 2 weeks for my vehicle not to be completely done. There was 2 major things that needed to be done on my vehicle and only one thing was completed which is crazy because everything was told to them, what needed to be fixed. I definitely would not recommend them unless you want to receive your vehicle unfinished.

MyCaliber Collision experience was great! I was very informed every step of the process right down to when it was drying from the paint job! Caliber Collision on Ricky Rd get's the job done so smooth and perfect! I never had an issue with Caliber, they made my car look better compared to when I bought it! It looks brand new! There staff is so supportive and very joyful. Enterprise Rental is right next door which is very convenient. There communication skills are the best! Amazing amazing job Caliber!! Thank you!

Caliber collision took care of my truck and returned it to stock form. Just as your thinking my truck was an insurance claim for vandalism. I was hesitant due to some of the reviews we all are also seeing. However, I have nothing bad to say. Caliber collision even polished and fixed damage on my truck that was not formally apart of my insurance claim as the pre existing damage would now stand out due to them re fixing and painting parts of my truck. Will definitely use again through Geico.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

As I wrote the prior review, the General Manager of the Caliber Collision center located at 5360 Ricky Road, LV NV 89130 contacted me and deeply apologized for the issues that I have had with the customer service and part delays for lack of ordering responsiveness -not supply issues-. Mr. Ben Roseberry -General Manager- of such store, personally updated and monitored the repairs on my parents Toyota minivan.Having worked and managed the Customer Service and Purchasing departments at the largest collision center in northern California, I am very familiar with the ordering, repair, and refinishing times of the damaged that my parents' vehicle had.I can let you know that the very frequent updates from Mr. Roseberry as well as the overall result of my parents vehicle repairs were excellent, where even the welding spots that were made on the sheetmetal that needed replacement or repair, were exactly as those the factory had made on other panels.I would highly, highly recommend this Caliber Collision Vehicle Repair Center and in particular Mr. Ben Roseberry, which has given us, from that first call, an excellent customer service experience that I can feel well, recommending this location and his expertise on this site.Kind regards,Gabriel C.*** ORIGINAL REVIEW ***This review is in reference to the Caliber Collision branch located at 5360 Ricky Rd | Las Vegas, NV 89130.I am extremely familiar with the work involved in a Collision Center as I managed the Customer Service and Purchasing departments at the largest collision center in CA during the 90's.On this Caliber branch, the adjustor Dan (DJ) Neal and Ben Roseberry (Gral Mgr), have had polite conversations with my elderly parents -who left their minivan there for repairs-, unfortunately, their updates and customer service left a huge amount to be desired. My parents kept on receiving emails sporadically stating that the vehicle would be ready on a given date (08162023); when I called this date to schedule a pick up time, the adjustor stated that they have not yet received the sliding door from Toyota and thus, would be another 3 - 4 weeks before the vehicle is completed!!When I asked why were not my parents notified, as their rental car is expiring this week, DJ Neal mentioned the reasoning that with the Pandemic, supplies are taking a very long time to be delivered and this has been happening for the last 4 years. Then, if this is happening since 2019, the Pandemic would not be the only culprit and it now sounded like an excuse to get out of the conversation.I requested again to have my parents updated regularly with the realistic completion date, to which -again- the adjustor agreed.This is not the type of customer service excellence that I expect from a Publicly Traded company of the size and financial strength of Caliber Collision. It is very unfortunate that two elderly individuals who have worked their lives in the U.S. and are not 82 years old, cannot get a respectful treatment from such a company.I would like Caliber Collision to assume its responsibility from this lack of information and current updates to my parents, and thus, at the very least, get a rental vehicle for them until the vehicle is completed as they ran out of rental coverage.It is a very sad situation that I hope will help all readers to seriously consider taking the vehicle to be repaired to this Caliber Collision facility, or any other, if such laxed customer service and disregard for the customers' planned lives is also prevalent.Sincerely,Gabriel C.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

This place in at Vicky road is great. Excellent customers service from the front office staffs.Maria made my reservation and my rental so smooth and Kimberly ubanks!!! My service advisor was on point about the job and kept me updating on the messaging system. My car was repaired well, and washed and clean inside out. I always taught of trading my Nissan rogue after the repair but when I got my car it was like Brandew car. This is my second repair work at the caliber collision, at the beginning I was worried that I didn t get an appointment at the summerlin office where I did my first repair done. But these guys didn t disappoint me. Thank you so much for giving my car back on time.

We recently had one of our vehicles at Caliber Collision on Ricky Road. They did an amazing job with the repairs. They kept in constant communication with me regarding updates and details as to when the vehicle would be ready. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I have to give a huge shout out to Benjamin since he was so amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we had top notch customer service!
