The shop does great work. They are professional, quick and fair. Britain is amazing! Always feel like he is doing everything possible for the health of my vehicle. Wish he could handle all of my cars!

Car was brought in for 7500 mile service. When we brought vehicle in we had the message stating wiper fluid low and was expecting them to fill it up as this is included in the service. Later that day the error message popped up again so this morning we checked and it was Bone dry. No fluid had been added.Even more disturbing is that when we opened the hood we found what I could best describe as a plug type screw designed to hold something in place. It was white and all the other plugs were black which makes me wonder if the plug was removed elsewhere and never replaced.I am only rating this visit and not all the issues we ve had with Cadillac of Las Vegas. If I were to rate the overall experience with the dealership I would give it a 1 star rating. Our service advisor has done his best to keep us updated on car repairs but not once has anyone from management reached out to ask us about our experience or to offer assistance. Our car is barely 8 months old and it has been in service for over 70 days - most of the issues have still not been repaired.

Service was spot on and timely. My service rep, Brian, informed me upfront of needed maintenance and we discussed which are the most critical. I was given the option to choose and not pressured to go with all options immediately. Thanks Brian for your assistance and customer service.

Arrived on time for my 9:40 appt for oil change. Samantha said my car would be due for 45,000 maintenance before my next oils change so we decided on the transmission fluid exchange as well. I waited in the waiting room for hours. At 1:15 my car was done but not the oil change. At 2:05 it was time to pay and the cashier was gone.Samantha gave me a discount and my car runs fine but wow! Who is running that place?

A dealerships service dept is supposed to fix your car, keep you informed, get it done right the first time and get your car back to you. There are a few car dealers in Vegas that just dont get that concept ( believe me I know first hand). Brian and the service dept at Cadillac of Las Vegas "GET IT". The term CUSTOMER SERVICE actually means something to them. Got a Cadillac? Needs service? Brian and the guys will get it DONE.

My Service Technician, Britten was top notch. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what they would be doing and how long it would take and I was kept informed of the progress by text. When it was discovered that it was time for the oil to be changed he called me to let me know, advise me of the cost and ask if I wanted it done. I was again called to advise me it was ready for pickup. Many dealerships wash your car after service but this is the first one to ever vacuum the interior as well. I couldn't be happier! Thank you! My Service experience was excellent, from start to finish, including everything from the customer service perspective to the successful servicing of my Cadillac. Contributing greatly to this great experience is my Service consultant. He has been part of my superior Cadillac experience, spanning several Cadillac cars now. His consistent professional attitude, knowledge, flexibility and willingness to work with everything from my vehicle-related questions to concerns was a contributing factor in deciding to stay with Cadillac on my most recently leased vehicle.

I rate my service advisor par excellence. Customer service was beyond reproach. Head and shoulders above previous advisors that I have had before. Answered all my questions and concerns in a caring manner. Service on my vehicle was completed on time. I am very satisfied on how organized the dealership is in their maintenance division.

I ve usually had decent luck at this location in the past. The last two visits have been poor.This visit today. Made appointment well in advance. Sat for over 20 minutes waiting to get checked in. Service consultant was very polite and kind once I got to front of line. Gave me estimate of two hours or less for oil change and tire rotation.Saw several people in and out working in service area so felt like they were staffed by the amount of coffee cups were filled and conversation catching up on the weekend. The lounge had one granola bar in a basket and some bottles of water. Bathroom had a large pool of urine on the floor next to the toilet.Then at 3 hours and 20 minutes, went back to ask the consultant on status because my toddler was in need of his nap. He looked at his screen and said oh yeah, it s done . Then he went to get it and said the car wash was busy so didn t get it washed.I don t know why I should get service done at my dealer for almost $200 when this is the result. Today I think was the last time. I have to look elsewhere.

Anytime my car needs service , Samantha has went above and beyond to help in anyway she can. Awesome personality and is there to truly help with whatever you need or have questions on.Cadillac of Las Vegas is a great spot to go!

Honestly I'm not pleased at all. The car spent 3 weeks at your facility supposedly because your techs were working hard trying to figure out what was happening with it. Finally you gave a report of what was going on with the car after thoroughly inspecting it and said it was ready for me to pick up. I paid almost 1800 dollars and the first thing I see when I get in the car is the check engine light still on. You took it back in and came back with the explanation that it was something with reserve fuel pipes. I can try to understand that cause it wasn't something you were looking for but try to understand that after paying 1800 dollars to remove a check engine light you don't want that light to be the first thing you see when you get in your car. Then somebody called me saying that the parts you said you were replacing on my car had just arrived and that I should make an appointment to have them replaced, that's kind of weird. I worked hard for that money, nobody gave it to me, I busted my butt for it and I'm basically at the same point cause the check engine light is back on. So I honestly have to say thanks for nothing

I live in Henderson and went to Findlay Cadillac where I had an appointment with Ronnie, when I arrived he dumped me onto another salesman. Very unhappy with the way I was treated there, so I left feeling like I didn t feel that I should spend my money there. So, I called Cadillac of Las Vegas where I was greeted by Raul Sanchez. Wow! He was so nice and friendly, polite and so professional. I told him that this will be the easiest sale for him! I purchased my XT5 and have never been happier with how smooth and easy my experience was with Raul! He waited until I finished signing documents and showed me all the latest features of the new car. Made sure I was all set before I left. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you Cadillac of Las Vegas! Shelby was quite amazing as well. Made doc signing smooth and pleasant.

My service rep Doug was great. He was professional and polite, gave me the estimate I asked for and had the service completed for under the estimated amount. I was happy that they even washed my car with out my asking. I will return there for my next service need.

The customer service was outstanding...Samantha, our service person is friendly and knowledgeable. We went in for an oil change and knew we'd have to wait a bit due to the great quality of service. Not only did we get our oil changed and tires rotated, we also got our caddy washed and cleaned to perfection. Thank you to all the people in the Cadillac service department for making an ordinary oil change a pleasant experience.

Cadillac of Las Vegas Service is wonderful. Went to Findlay Cadillac previously and was treated horribly. Will never take my car back to Findlay Cadillac! Cadillac of Las Vegas employs service managers who are professional, responsive and easy to work with. I drive across town to bring my car to Cadillac of Las Vegas and am always pleased with the service I receive. Highly recommend them!

My brand-new LYRIQ Sport 1 immediately had an issue wherein the left-side exterior door handle would not deploy. Servic Advisor Ryan promptly obtained parts as needed and promised. Repair was done in just a couple hours and the handle functions perfectly.

Dropped my Cadillac CT4 on Saturday after hours and by Monday morning Cadillac called me. They wanted to let me know , it was the battery that needed to be replaced. Within a few hours, my car was ready to be picked up . They had their courtesy driver Burt who is such a nice guy come and pick me up and take me in to pick up my car .Doug was great and very informative as well!

My oil change took 3 hours to complete. While waiting in their waiting area, they have a fancy coffee machine, but then they only offer powdered cream. I m sure that the BMW and Lexus dealerships have real cream for their coffee.

They are so honest, communicative of things that are needed and what can be put on back burner but others that should be dealt with sooner than later. This dealer has been the best dealership I've dealt with in the last 8 yrs (2 diff vehicles) than I've had with all the other dealerships I've experienced in the past.

I give them 0 stars ! I took my car in for an oil change and an oil change only I ended up with a $1100 bill . I feel they took advantage of me because I m a women . I plan on contacting the BBB and an attorney. I will never return to any dealership.
