As a single Asian female with limited knowledge of cars, I ve been to so many other mechanics who tried to oversell me or take advantage of my limited knowledge, but here they take time to explain and gave good advice make sure nothing else needs maintenance and if it does, he lets me know the cost and urgency level first. They re extremely professional, very highly knowledgeable and possesses a friendly attitude.Thanks you Richard and Tobias and the team.I highly recommend,

Great experience with Busy Boots. I do as much mechanic work myself as I can, and as such was apprehensive having other people work on my truck, but I had some smog issues that were beyond my ability. These guys did a great job and even after I needed to bring my truck back, they took care of it without any hassle and got me my smog cert. I am alert to most mechanics trying to squeeze more out of you, but my experience with busy boots these guys were honest and super easy to work with. I ll be coming back any time I need help with my truck. Keep it up guys.

My visit was awesome. Best shop I've encountered in Vegas! Thee most impressive waiting area I've ever got to wait in. The customer service was impeccable, Richard up front was very professional and patient. He took the time to provide me everything I needed to get van back to tip top shape and also a cheaper "must fix asap" quote. Busy boots gets it done!

Brought 2017 Ford Mustang in for replacement of one of the parking sensors. Brought in early and was done by early afternoon. Did a great job! Glad I found an auto shop with decent charges for all my Mustang's needs instead of having to take to Ford dealer.

Seriously, AWESOME! Great service, clear communication from the staff, with an above and beyond experience. The atmosphere of the shop is lovely! I ve never seen any auto place SO nice and inviting except maybe the Jaguar Dealership (and honestly, I prefer Busy Boots). Richard and his colleague helped me and they were the best best best!! Highly recommend!!!

Thank you Richard & Robert for taking the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my car. They were knowledgable, and I appreciate the follow-up. Lobby is very clean & nice! They have free coffee and treats while you wait ! They are also open 24 hrs so your car is fixed in a timely manner.I would recommend. Nice staff.

I had an awesome experience with Busy Boots Automotive. I went there with an issue of my car turning off randomly when I started it. Richard, who assisted me, was very helpful and understanding. He was able to fix the issue and get my car up and running. However, when I drove the car up the street, the same problem occurred again. I immediately took the car back to them and they happily checked my car again. Once I got it back it has driven smoothly ever since. I appreciate Busy Boots Automotive for their help with my car issue. Richard was top-notch! Additionally, they have a nice refreshment section too!

I brought my Honda in for repairs for the first time and they were honest and friendly. They showed me the problem and I also told them about hesitation I was having and they new right away what the problem was and mind you I took it to another place and they could care less of the problem I was having.Busy Boots was awesome from the minute you walk into there doors. I will recommend them to family and friends. Richard was awesome and spoke to me honestly and with respect. Where other shops would say oh that s a woman let s take advantage of her car repairs. I do know a lot about cars and know when I ve been given the run around.

I had my car repaired a few months back and wanted to share that I am very impressed with their level of professionalism and customer service. Richard personally reached out to make sure that my car was still in good working order. I never had an auto shop do that which speaks volumes about how much they care about your car and experience. I checked in early. The business had coffee and other drinks and snacks while I waited. I was brought the part that showed what was wrong. Parts replaced timely and car was fixed. Richard called later to check if I was having any issues with the repair. I appreciated the follow up call. I would recommend this shop and they treated me with respect and concern.

Before I moved to Las Vegas, I had a trusted mechanic who I went to for years and was worried Id never find another like him until I discovered Busy Boots Auto. My first visit here, they took me in right away to change out my battery. Brought my other car in for the same thing and after they had finished, they realized they over charged me for the work and made sure to correct that on my bill. It probably isnt much to most that read this review but that kind of honesty these days are extremely rare and is why I loved my previous mechanic so much. Now that I have discovered Busy Boots, I feel safe knowing that the guys working on my car is trust worthy and wont rip you off. Cheers Busy Boots!

A great experience. I was treated with the utmost respect from the start. I always appreciate this as I know nothing about car repairs. My car was repaired in a good time frame. The price was fair. I will always be a customer. I highly recommend Busy Boots.

Coming here was super convenient. Richard gave me a great quote for my car and got the parts in 2 days later which was amazing. my car was fixed so fast and everything was explained to me so i could understand. will not be going anywhere else!

Took my car in August and was taken care of right away. Zero complaints here. It was done super fast and the problem I took it in for was fixed. Tobias and the team were very helpful. I also felt like their diagnosis was honest and they did not to try to charge me for more than I really needed.I really appreciate Richard following up and making sure I was happy with the service I received and work completed. I will continue to take my car here for all my future repairs.

Took my car to the Quantum Mechanics branch on Durango and Cheyenne.They fixed my Chevy Volt's check light that prevented me from using EV charging at all. Answered any and all questions I had about what I was paying for to get its weird coolant pump fixed.I learned a lot of important stuff about how my strange but beloved first car works and kept it out of the dealer's clutches one more time. I'm coming to them first if anything wacky happens to it again.

THEY ARE LIARSBrought my car in to get an oil change. Had spoken about the recommendations they left on my previous invoice. They bring up my brake pads. It s metal on metal in the rear and roughly 15% left on the front . These guys had me scared. They quote me $930-1050 depending the route I go for quality. I decide to take my car to Mr. Brake as I have had plenty of people tell me it s great service and great price and they re honest. I just wanted a second opinion.They tell me my brakes are absolutely fine. I have 95% in the back and 60% in the front.These busy boot guys lied straight to my face while looking me in the eye. How can you trust a business like that? Only recommend their oil changes.

I damaged my front axel and needed it replaced. I was recommended to them by Discount Tire. Took my SUV in there for an estimate and also to ensure the part I needed would be replaced within a reasonable amount of time. I believe it was a day or two max and I had my vehicle back. I was happy with the work performed and if I need additional maintenance done to a vehicle, I would definitely go back!

I've had the best experience in my life with this Auto Repair business. First and foremost I'm new to the Las Vegas, Valley. Had a major car repair water pump issue. After doing my homework looking at reviews from other customers. Checking out Better Business Bureau ratings for Auto Shops in the Valley. This company one my confidence hands down. The customer service and honesty they provide. No longer exists with other places. They didn't have my vehicle ready as promised. However, they made up for it in Triple fold. They paid for my transportation to the Airport. Also, they installed a needed timing belt for free! Who does that in today's world. Only people that have already established an excellent reputation here in Vegas. This establishment is a triple win. Please, please don't make the mistake of trusting anyone else with your vehicle here in the valley. Thanks so much to Busy Boots

Went in for a check engine light. Evap code came up, needed to pass smog. The manager Eddie, recommended me to have $1200 worth of labor and parts put in. I had made it known that I worked on my vehicle before hand, and he wanted to have majority of what I did replaced. I declined and said I only wanted two parts put in for $500. Was told if I don't get it all done, I wouldn't be able to pass smog. I literally passed smog the next day. The shop, Busy Boots was trying to just rip me off. Trying to have me pay for work, that didn't need to get done. I'm never going back, and recommending people to stay away.

Richard and boys here have taken such good care of me. From my 2018 promaster and my 2021 Tacoma. The do all my services, and helped me navigate an issue with the promaster finding me the best deal on parts. I couldn t recommend these guys enough. See you guys soon, the Tacoma has gotten some good hard desert miles in her!

First of all let me say your not going to mind the wait here while getting your car serviced!They offer a comfortable waiting area with a TV so you won't get bored clean and stocked with drinks snacks even ice cream for their customers all for free.Their service is great, prices are reasonable and they explain the reasons for their recommendations even show you why it's needed. This will be my new service spot from here on out!! You won't be disappointed

I had the worst experience ever at this auto repair shop. They destroyed my car along with charging me $700+ just for them to not fix anything. My car is completely destroyed and mind you now I have to look for a new car thanks to them. I even asked for my money back and they didn t want to do so or cooperate in any way at all. I ve never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life and I cannot believe how this place is still running. I wish that they spend that money stolen from me for doctors visits and prescription drugs. Amen

I've had my brakes and master cylinder fixed, and I couldn't be any happier. My car is running fantastic. Had a great price, friendly workers, nice clean environment, very welcoming, and definitely would recommend to anyone in need of a mechanic shop!

Do not let the coffee and cookies in the waiting room fool you. For the amount of money they swindle out of their customers, they should be serving fine wine and caviar.This shop used to be fair and honest under the old management so when I had an engine issue, I had my vehicle towed there thinking I was going to be in good hands like I was in the past.Was told that my vehicle threw codes for a throttle body and timing correlation rendering a $4500 job and complete engine tear down including a timing CHAIN (not belt). I was told that going to cheap gas stations was the culprit.I did my own research and decided to try to fix it myself. There were in fact, ZERO codes to be seen. They lied. It was a simple 5 minute throttle body reset that fixed the problem. Zero new parts or tools required besides a Youtube video to fix it.If you want to put your head in the sand and give them a blank check to fill out at your mercy while you eat ice cream sandwiches in the lobby, fine but I would RUN from that place to save your dignity and money.

I was looking for an early and quick smog test before my DMV appointment for my registration and thankfully Richard from busy boots was able to help me out. Not only did richard offer great customer service but he was of great help getting me a smog quick enough and for informing me of what needs to be done on my vehicle sooner since I don t know much about cars hehe anyways thank you busy boots and Richard :))

I arrived and had immediate service. Went for oil change, air & cabin filters replaced, & serpentine belt replaced.All done within an hour. Waiting room set up for customer to enjoy coffee bar and homemade bakery treats all complimentary. Tobias was my customer service rep, very nice & informative. I was routed from the DMV (on a Saturday afternoon might I add) to get a smog check on my Jeep. Busy Boots was open and the service was excellent! They were quick, efficient, and helped me finish my registration process so easily. Thank you Richard for a great experience!!!
