Not actually a customer, but someone who claimed he worked for you massaged out some damage on my bumper at Wow Car Wash on Flamingo and Buffalo. He actually did a decent job fixing my bumper, but ran off with some of my money after agreeing to buy materials and paint and now isn't responding to my texts. His name is Chris and he drives a white Dodge Van. If he actually works for you, I thought it would be nice to let you know he's stealing business from the shop and being unethical.

They do great work at bumper medic. I had my bumper fixed there. IT was hard to tell there was ever any damage. The price to repair was fair

Great Job, Great Results, Flawless Color Match,Same day service ! Great Staff !I used location near Decatur/Trop. Las VegasFront Bumper had impact damage from a trailer hitch.Back Bumper had scatches from garage door."Both" are Like new ! The treatment suggestsDo Not wash for 3 days.No Detail or Buff for 3 mo. To allow for treatment to cure This was for a Porsche.Would Highly recommend !

IMO during my encounter the business was suffering from a severe lack of help, & yet they wouldn't (or didn't appear to anyway), dial back the # of customers taken in. Car was brought in to fix a a scratch & came out with the scratch gone but a # of new bumper medic induced paint flaws, which were far worse than the original scratched area. I made an appointment weeks in advance yet car wasn't ready when it should've been the day the work was being done... could tell it probably wasn't really ready by the verbal scrambling that was going on over the phone that afternoon.Understand 'stuff happens' & Eddie did offer to make it right, but we had already burned a day on this & moreover, had lost our trust at that point. Hearing he had been working on a # of cars by himself that day didn't exactly give confidence in any subsequent work authorization. Bottom line is I can't get past the fact the car was given back to us in the condition it was. No ill will, just disappointment. YMMV, but recommend people do their own diligence & decide for themselves at that point.Service: Painting

We went to bumper medic to get a quote on my mom s car. We were so excited about the extremely reasonable price, so we booked an appointment to have it repaired. Due to an unforeseen event, we showed up to the appointment with my dad s car which needed repairs too. No problem! They said. They worked quickly and low cost and the results were wonderful. Bre went ABOVE AND BEYOND in making us feel special and cared for. Thank you Bumper Medic, especially Bre and the ownership. We are now lifelong customers.Service: Body & Trim

From stock to custom, painting is what they're good at... Wait wait wait. Not just good but great. I'd recommend this place to anyone with a car, that they want to look brand new. My friends and family use Bumper Medic and you should too.

Went in for a quick estimate got a fantastic price on the repair I needed scheduled an appointment for next week. Then I came in for my repair at 8am got my car checked in then had a friend pick me up. I got some errands done and came back the same day to pick up my car and was so happy with the finished product :] I would definitely refer Bumper Medic to any friend or family member. Thank You Bumper Medic for fixing my car !!!!

I had my Lexus bumper fixed here. The bumper came off. Went to the shop and supervisor came out . She was not a mechanic. I asked to see a mechanic. Her response was she is the manager. She stated it s not under warranty. She makes the final decision. Bad customer service. They did a good paint job. Bumper service is the worst. Don t bring your vehicle here.

They were busy when I got there but still looked at my car right away. They put my car in the shop while I waited and finished in 20 minutes. They fixed the bumper for NO CHARGE. Courteous staff too. Made my day

Always does a great job. Reasonably priced. This is our 2nd time coming here. Car was hit while in a grocery parking lot. Beautiful repair.

First of all I never went in there because the girl was so rude over the phone. I asked to get an estimate and she said they can't do one over the phone. Fare enough, so I asked if I could make an appointment and she said no. Then I asked if I could bring it in tomorrow at 8AM for the estimate and she that wouldn't be smart because you'll have to wait so I asked if I could leave the car there because of my work schedule. She said, "Well it only takes 5 minutes" like I'm an idiot. There's very little damage on the car and they advertise same day service so I asked if (once I get the estimate) can I schedule it on a day when you're not busy so I can get same day service? No, we need to keep the car for 3 days. So they can't give me an estimate over the phone but somehow they know they're going to have the car for 3 days???By the way, I went to their website to see if I could send an email to let them know that Christina was king of rude and very unhelpful and there was no email option but a full comprehensive website feature where you could explain your damage in detail or call for a free estimate over the phone. Christina, you just lost one customer for your very sub-par customer service skills and maybe others who read this.

I can't recommend this company, anymore.My cars rear bumper was peeling and went in for warranty repair.I was told they would not do the warranty work, because in their opinion, it was a caused by pressure cracking.They wanted to charge me $200 to repaint my bumper.

Showed up for a simple bumper repair and was turned away. And i am talking really easy patch. Went down the street got quoted right away. Very sad experience.
