Went in for brake inspection and oil change. They found and showed me that the oil cooler was leaking. They worked diligently with my maintenance warranty to get it fixed. Very pleased with the results. Andrew was honest, straight forward, professional and very pleasant. He is the master of multi-tasking and customer service. Definitely recommend based on my experience!

I made an easy on line appointment for my wife's car. I wanted to have the brakes checked and an oil change. Turns out the brakes were in horrible condition, and ready to fail. Rob explained everything to me in great detail, and offered to take me in to the shop area to show me what he was talking about. I had new front rotors, and pads, and new rear drum and shoes installed. Throughout the entire process, Rob kept me informed of what was going on, and how much longer my repair was going to take. The gentleman who was doing the repair on my wife's car, also came in the lobby, and informed me that he was just waiting for a particular part to be delivered, and assured me that as soon as it arrives, he going to jump right back on the repair. I can't recommend this Brake Masters location enough!! Great job on the repair, excellent customer service, and very knowledgeable. I would like to thank Rob, and all of the techs, for a job well done. I wholeheartedly can and will recommend this location to anyone needing their vehicle worked on.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! RAMON WILL LIE TO YOU AND CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICE AND NOT DO THE SERVICE. THEY COMPLETELY MESSED UP MY TRUCK!!!!Edit: brake masters sent me one email and is now refusing to respond to me at all. Wow what a great company to do this, we had a blowout tire due to lack of services that I paid for and could have died and I am being completely ignored by the company, I feel bad for anyone who goes here.

I called this place after doing a brake inspection with Firestone and receiving a high quote for repairs. Not only were they able to give me a lower pricing on the repairs, but the issue that Firestone found wasn t an issue at all (which makes sense, considering my car didn t have any of the issues Firestone said it should have). The guys here were great in explaining in detail what needs to be fixed and what each part of the car does and why there could or could not have been an issue. Great pricing and great customer service!

I was very pleased with my experience here. I came in with my problem they did not rush the job when it came to fixing it. The crew and management is very respectful and honest. Overall I m satisfied and will go back for my routine maintenance. Thank you

If your mechanically inclined avoid this location!!!! I requested brakes to get changed on my car and somehow got an unneeded oil change added to my quote. I never asked for the oil change and not due. I dropped the car off at 11am and was not ready after 5:30pm. Bleeder valve was stuck in front cailper so after THEY damaged it they quoted for a whole new caliper. I price checked the part from Autozone and was half the price on of my quoted price! With install price was additional $120 LABOR FOR 30 MIN WORK. I LEFT THE STORE #192 THE NEXT DAY. PAERWORK says they did a test drive. I TEST DROVE FOR 10 MILES TO FIND A SMOKING WHEEL WELL in the REAR. They had no issues in the rear during repairs. I didn't notice till a red light the smoke. Brake Master STORE #241 repaired the problem since was closer to me. #192 Adjusted the brakes to tight and it kept pressure on the brakes. The rear brake (Drums) had to pry loose just to fix the adjustment. Also had brake fluid internal to wear spring and shoes are adding to possible issue later. So corrosive fluid on brakes excessive wear on the shoes. GO TO BRAKE MASTERS STORE #241 They were able to do things properly and fix the issues!!!

I ve been going to brakes masters for YEARS, it was honestly the only place I trusted. Sometime this year they got new management, when I came in was shocked and nervous to see that however I stayed cause my car needed it. At first I was happy becuase it seemed like they fixed the issue, it ended up being multiple visit for the same thing before they sent me to another location because my car was a problem child to have the master mechanic work on it. That wasn t even the most upsetting thing because thankfully it now working beautifully, thanks to the other location. The manager running that site names Jesus I believe, is his VERY unprofessional I ve never in my life had been treated SO poorly by someone. Not sure if it s because I m a single women or because he hates his job or because the lack of communication with his team that has started the issue he had with me, where s the customer service? Corrected what you guys didn t do right instead of blaming the customer and trying to make me feel dumb?? I had already planned on not going back because of how he treated me-and the ongoing issues! Not ALL brake masters are this way, cause the other place treated me very well! Be weary going here y all! One thing I will say is the gentleman named Jose that works there I believe is the assistant was the saving grace and kind to me. So thanks for that.

Recently acquired a 2001 Suzuki Vitara JLX 3-door 4x4. Original owner kept it clean, but didn't really maintain so well mechanically other than engine oil and trans fluid changes. Needed all new rear brakes, shocks, engine belts and a few other items. BrakeMasters provided the most affordable estimates for this work, and they performed it superbly. This latest visit, I wanted O2 sensors changed, which they did as professionally as always. Kept me updated on status of repairs throughout.

I went in for a free brake inspection because my brakes are squeaking. After a check it was determined the brake pads are ok and the squeaking is because of the rotors. I have plenty of pad left so I did not replace the rotors. No charge and they did not try to sell me something I did not need. I will go back if needed.

Great and honest mechanics. Are straight to the point and will work with what you can afford and or recommend what is needed and what they suggest can wait. They're not pushy or anything at all. Highly recommend

The guys were great! They figured out the car's issue and fixed it. I was thankful that they could get me in on a Saturday, and it didn't even take very long. This is definitely my new car repair shop!

Took our car down there for air conditioner issues. Blowing cold, one side warm on the other and they said we needed a new compressor. They quoted us a price and the next day they said they could get that compressor so they quoted us another price which was more. Then they called up the following day and told us that they screwed up. It was not the compressor it was a valve. I said let s not put the compressor in and they said we put it in and we would have to charge you labor for removing it and installing the old compressor. So the total bill was $1130. for a valve. If you do the research a compressor is not bad if it s blowing hot air half warm air inside the car.

I don't normally write reviews but this place is thee BEST place to bring your car for brakes. They have honest men working here and so willing to help people out. The prices are lower than any other place I have checked. That get you in and out fast and make sure the job is perfect! They are amazing guys at this place and I can't say enough about them. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! It was my first time here and I was completely taken care of! I appreciate the help of Ramon(manager) and his team. Took their time on my car and worked overtime to make sure my car was in top notch. I would highly recommend going here. Brought my car here once and had a great experience!!! We recently took the same vehicle to them the other day and had again another great experience! They went over and beyond to help my family and I and we couldn't be more grateful for them! Customer service is 100+!!! Thank you for not treating us like another number but treating us like family! I came in for and oil change. The guys were super nice. While the oil change was getting done they did an inspection and found the air filter needed replacing. They didn't have it in store but got it very quickly during the same visit. Replaced it and finished the oil change within about 2hrs! I have used Brake Masters twice. Both times, I felt confident in their service, their honesty and pricing. The same gentlemen assisted me both times. I was so impressed with his service and willingness to go the extra mile. They stayed over late to ensure our car was fixed same day. I often feel mechanics try to upsell unnecessarily. This is not the case at this shop. I had complete comfort in their honesty and pricing. What a nice change!

They made sure that I would not have braking issues after I left. They showed me pictures of all the issues with my truck's braking system. I opt to replace it all except the master cylinder and lines. They took good care and looked out for my safety... thank you, Brake Masters #192

They changed my ABS module and pump for a great price. I have been meaning to do this review, but have been busy. They are busy too, but they made time for me so I owe them this. Jeff was amazing and so was his counter management buddy. I love their humor and honesty. I would highly recommend them. I do Turo so I go to many mechanics and I had a 100% positive experience with them. Service: Auto brake repair

I took my truck to the New Blue Diamond Brake Masters next to my work. They replaced a few things and lower the lift on my truck without realizing it. They had filed a report with Corporate, and let me know it takes awhile! I went back about 4 times and always got the run around from the management team , call here , visit this place . It was very frustrating. Meanwhile, I always take my cars to Brake Masters especially on Craig NW because of they great service. We were servicing my wife s car and I let them know about what was going on with my truck. He looked it up and told me to bring it in will take care of it . He did exactly that. I am very happy how the management team treated me at Brake Masters (Craig Rd in NW) very professional and problem solvers. I will continue to take my vehicles to them because of their honesty and service. It s very much appreciated it. I hope the other Brake Master management teams can learn from them.
