After being ripped off by the dealership(charges for work not completed), I was referred to Brake Master by a coworker. I dropped the car at 7:30 when they opened - no problem. I received a call around 8:30 letting me know the results of the brake inspection. When I returned after work the car was repaired and waiting for me. Gary was efficient and honest about the work and pricing. I would highly recommend trying this auto repair shop. I will be going back for all my car repairs.

A shout out to Joshua Linck and the rest of the crew at brake masters on Tropicana and Pecos. I had a wonderful experience as I always do very knowledgeable staff very friendly and they get things done in a timely manner. I would absolutely 1000% recommend this brake masters for any car work that you may have bring your car down ask for Joshua Linck, and you won t be disappointed I wasn t I have taken my vehicle there numerous times, and I will continue to take my vehicle there. I always have such a wonderful experience and my car is always done correctly the first time with no issues this break masters is off the chain.

Came to Break Masters 174 for a quote, Manager Khalid was awesome very helpful! They also offer financial option which is very helpful and easy to application only takes minutes. Straight to the point. Overall happy with my services done at break masters. Definitely check them out! Recommend. Taken all three cars I ve owned here and they always give me good customer service and car service. From my Hyundai to my BMW they get everything needed done. Fair pricing and good techs in the shop. Shoutout to Khalid and Gary up front for always getting me in when I get there.

Poor quality controlDid oil change- spilled oil all over top of engine. Did not reset computer for next interval and some how managed to break the mounts to my headlight. Pointed this all out tot the service writer gave me a cloth ( after I beg for it) to wipe down the oil and a coupon for my next oil change. Like I would even consider going this process twice. And don t let me forget that the mileage on maintenance paperwork is wrong last shop did this to my previous car and ruined its resale value because car fax said mileage inconsistencies. A $ 100. Oil change has now devalued my resale and so far looks like 250 for steam cleaning plus 600 for a headlight. So tired of people not caring about the quality of their work.Service: Oil change

About the middle of November I brought my car here with problems from service I received from another shop. I was experiencing screeching noises from my tires they recommended breaks and roaders, of course got those done then November 28th my car had to be towed here and my transfer case was blown due to Valvoline. The mechanic Josh has done an efficient job on all the services I have received from this shop, they go above and beyond for all of their customers! They help me every step of the way with this whole process and trying to get my car running again, I can not thank this shop enough!

Wow I was blown away with the integrity of service here.Being a woman trying to handle this type of stuff I felt so vulnerable.The Manager Khalid gave me such comfort in knowing they will take care of my brakes. Cost was very reasonable and affordable for me. Will bring all my business needs to this Brake Master .

I m so happy we found Brake Masters. My husband and I was going through Las Vegas on our way to Utah. Our vehicle was in need of attention. We called Khalid and he was able to get us in. They flushed the transmission and did an oil change. The service they provided was great! Customer service was excellent. Thank you Khalid and staff. Keep up the great work!Service: Transmission

I went in to have my brake fluid checked as well as my brakes. I was given a break down of what needed to be replaced and how much it would cost. The guys at this shop are really friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the service I was given, and would 100% recommend going here for regular scheduled maintenance and brake replacements.Update 12/15/2023I went in to get my front lower control arms replaced. They did an amazing job these guys always take really good care of me and are really nice. I still recommend bringing your car here.

UPDATE: since my last review, I have had a starter and motor replacement as usual Josh kept in great communication did amazing work and got things done as quickly as possible working around shipping schedules from outside sources I felt that the service I received was as good as expected, yet still deserved an update, the team here is honest about the work that they can do and has handled everything in my case quickly and efficiently!I have gotten multiple services at the Brake Masters on E. Tropicana and have had amazing customer service from every member of the staff that I have encountered. But I have to give a special recommendation, and a big Thank You to Josh who is always willing to take care of each of my vehicles with the utmost care!!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Auto A/C replacement, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

I've been going here for 2 years for brake work and oil changes. I'm very happy with the service and the guys here. Also they have been patient explaining what the issue is with brakes/pads/etc. Hard to find good customer service these days so this is a great service as well. I'm very loyal to places with good customer service.

Great Service !! The store manager Mr. Khalid Alij was very professional. He was very patient and explained everything to me thoroughly. The staff is outstanding, they do above and beyond work they go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. Great prices . The manager even gave me a free oil change ! Amazing . I appreciate this store for attending to all my vehicle needs at such a short notice , they still got everything done. I have been taking all 12 of my fleet cars here for 2 years. They change the staff around recently.I won't be bringing any cars back here. The new service writer Jacqueline was so rude to my wife. Overall bad experience. Not to mention when I picked up the car she gave me wrong information about my car, she was reading someone else's invoice.

Awesome work! Josh and his team went above and beyond to help me get my cars fixed. It s not only for brakes, it s basically a full service auto repair shop. They were very friendly, thorough and explained exactly what was needed and not needed. The dealership said the job would take 2 weeks to do and Josh pulled it off in less than 24 hours! Trustworthy establishment in my eyes. Bravo to Brake Masters #174

Got an oil change else where, they said the front rotors and pads need to be replaced. I went to brake masters for an inspection. The manager showed me rotors and measured them in front of me. First place was pulling my leg and they were fine. The inspection cost nothing. Zero dollars. These guys are honest and straight shooters. I'll be back when I need to change them. Honestly this is the worst place and the worst experience with the worst customer service ever nobody looked happy working there or even happy dealing with any customer, I made an appointment for 430 for them to say that there was no issue and it would only be a 30 minute wait, to when I get there it becomes a three hour wait for A simple oil change.I don t understand why I simply just wasn t told that they were busy today and rescheduled me another day instead of waiting for three hours!

Nestor was thorough and showed us what needed to be done on our brakes during our first visit he also pointed out the valve gasket needing work, which, we weren't aware of. I came to this branch place last July for an aircon problem, and I saved a lot. Since then, I had my brakes replaced and also bought their ROYAL FLUSH special. The young technicians were great as well as Khalid Alif, the manager who was all ears and very accomodating.
