Bought my sports car from Kyle! Excellent customer service and knew a lot about the car. It was a very smooth/fast process. My purchase was super fast compared to new car dealerships and way cheaper. I will recommend my friends and family to buy from Boktor Motors!

After months of months of a reaching for a car, I can across Boktor - one of the best customers service I got was from Fabrice he was amazing very helping helped me met my standards I wanted and need for my vehicle to fit perfectly with me. He went above and beyond because I got one of my dream cars because of him he made it happen. I m so happy with my purchase! I will be back when I neeed another. What a great experience to buy an automobile from this business! Fabrice was a terrific salesman. He was kind and knowledgeable and was not pushy. He answered all our questions and guided us to a very nice 2015 Subaru Forester that we have enjoyed since we purchased the vehicle. They really went the extra mile to make the automobile perfect for our needs. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a nice car to check out this business.

Mina was friendly, excellent and helpful. His positive attitude started off my vehicle search. Next was Dave and he assisted with the look around the vehicle and test drive. Positive attitude. Sales Manager Renato was very helpful and kind. He worked with me on finance and was resourceful on working out payment and what was needed. Finally was Kenia and she was friendly and finalized my payment and paperwork. She helped with making sure I got what I needed out of my old vehicle and into my new Truck.I'm excited and a proud owner of a Ford F-150.

Fabrice was our sales rep he was great, he helped us purchase a 2018 BMW. He was very patient and kind made sure we got a great deal & that we were 100% satisfied. We love our new car. If you visit the Las Vegas ask for Fabrice he will take care of you!

Staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. The repairs done to my vehicle were extensive but the managed to source an engine and install it in a matter of a few days. Car is running better than ever. The price for the repair was reasonable for what had to be done.

One of the most interesting things about this places is the availability to hire employees that probably have the worse work ethic ever. This is Las Vegas be sure to understand comstumer service it s everything., my credit on the 700s, approve by Capital one, 2 days after purchase the cars transmission failed in the freeway. Bad cars with lots of issues.

Fabrice was great to work with. We drove up from our of town and he was very helpful. He kept up updated on the availability of the car before we made the drive.However, 1 week week after the purchase of our car, it needed over $2K of repairs. Clearly, the car was not "inspected" as they state. Definitely won't buy from them again.

Kelly at Boktor Motors was great. She provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. After seeing a truck that was posted as good, turn out to sound horrible. The a/c didn't work as it was posted. It needs new front disc's and brakes, and the back rotors and pads. All the man said was it passed there inspections. So that says alot! I do not recommend this place

UPDATE....They finally emailed back requesting invoice repair documentation.I emailed them back per their request. Now, waiting on them again. ANOTHER DAY AND NO CALL BACK! MAYBE IT'S TIME TO CONTACT BBB! Both my husband and I have contacted the owner and Fabrice multiple times regarding their 30 day warranty that the owner has mentioned they have on their vehicles. However, they haven't called us back yet. We would expect professionalism and a timely response regarding this issue.I purchased a 2017 Fiat 124 Spider on 1/13/24 from Fabrice. After having it for 7 days (drove less than 500 miles), the water pump stopped working. Now, I get to pay an additional $2k for the repair. Please be careful buying from them. I'm sure others have faced the exact same situation. BUYER'S BEWARE!!!!

UPDATE: Almost 3 days after this review my title came in through express one day mail. Funny how that works :)I bought a car from them on Jan 21st. The car looked great but turned out it had a few issues. They tried to charge me $500 for maintenance of the car which i negotiated but when I went home, I needed to replace wipers, fill with oil, change the tires, etc that all cost me that same price. I was also buying the car out of state and bought it in full and they told me that the Nevada dmv handles the title and would send to me in 6 weeks. It is now the end of March and I havent received the title. I tried to contact Boktor multiple times to see if they can let me know whats going on but they brushed me off multiple times and said they would call me back because someone handles the titles and they cant answer my questions. No one called me back. Its hard to get a hold of the dmv because they are back logged and I live in out of state but I finally got ahold of them and they tell me an application was never filled out to send me a title. Please do not buy from this dealership they are extremely unprofessional and really hard to get a hold of. The only plus was that the car was underpriced and I got it for what I wanted! :)
