Before & after... enough said. My insurance company gave me a 3 week wait. Terry offered me a 2-day turn-around. Support your local off-strip business. Great work.

In 2019, I had a minor door ding and I took it in to Terry for repairs. He assured me he would have it looking good as new in a day or so. Immediately after seeing the car in the daylight, it was clear that sloppy work had been done. My door didn t have the same finish as the rest of the car, and was overall discolored. After speaking to Terry, I brought my car in and he repainted it. Even still, the problem was not solved. His response was that I had only paid a few hundred bucks and that I shouldn t expect it to look perfect. Recently the paint has been fading even more, and my door looks grey whereas the rest of my car is black. I asked Terry if I could just have the shop s insurance info and maybe get it solved that way, since I know that bringing my car back in will likely only result in more damage. His initial response was we don t have insurance. When I questioned that, he said we have insurance but I m not giving out that information, you can make a claim through the county and we can go to court over it. I wish I had never used this service, and I should have known from the start by the state of disarray the shop was in that I wasn t going to get quality work done. He asked why I didn t try to resolve it back then, and I did, but eventually gave up when I realized how unlikely it would be that he would have the means to resolve my issue. I wouldn t recommend bringing your car here unless you want it to look worse than how it entered the shop. Most shops stand by their work, this one does not.Service: Body & Trim

Such great service provided by Terry. He answers all your questions and is very responsible with his work and said times to meet you. He provided us with great service,definitely recommend. Terry is an honest man definitely satisfied with the service he provided. I added pictures of other the work he did for us.

Terry is amazing! My Tesla looks brand new again after a run away rolling cart hit it on a windy day! If you're looking for someone to repair your car, he's the guy!!

Had a fender bender with hood and bumper damaged. Bumper got jammed into the hood and would not open. Terry repaired the bumper and got the hood to open better then it ever did. Also repaired one headlight that was loose.. He is easy to talk with, prices are reasonable and does great work. You wont be disappointed. Many thanks TerryService: Body & Trim

Excellent, efficient service. We had searched for quite some time. I found a saved business card with Terry Ray's name on it, along with a note about his likeable nature. We were able to get a quote and an appointment with his overflow address within 30 minutes! a couple of days removed, we were scheduled. Day of service was even more impressive! The work, done in one business day, was flawless!!! Highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

When we removed the front dealership plate from our new car, we were bummed to find that the dealership had actually drilled holes into the bumper. Our neighbor showed us the amazing job Terry had done on her car after it was vandalized. His work is sheer perfection. He performed his magic on our bumper. You can't see any evidence of the holes. It honestly looks like a brand new bumper, only so much cheaper than paying for a new one! I am so thrilled to know that if anything should happen to our new car, we will have Terry of Body Medic to fix it!!!Service: Body & Trim

Pictures are always worth a thousand words.Terry did awesome job on the deep scratches ! Did it on a Saturday within 5 hours Simply Amazing so happy that the car looks like it just came off of the showroom floor.Will definitely recommend him to all of my friends and family.

He made me an appointment, we met and he repaired my vehicle in about 2 hours for a better price a bigger body shop quoted me. Very good experience.

I found Terry to be frank, straight-forward, timely and honest, he said on the phone I will be ready at 5pm on a Saturday and it was and it was WOW !!I have a Bentley GTC and when I ever go to a repair shop it is aways CHING CHING CHING, I see it in their eyes horrid !!with Body Medic it is NOT that way - Terry even told me about Auto Trader and Carmax to find a used truck even though he was selling his - you don't get honesty like that every day - I will recommend Body Medic to everyone who asks.
