I tend to avoid the dealership unless necessary, but received outstanding service this time and plan to consult them more regularly over my neighboring luxury shop. Dave Leslie took fabulous care of me. Beyond generous - I got the impression that he stuck his neck out for me and I cannot appreciate it enough. Because of him, I didn't get the typical 'screwed-by-the-dealership' feeling I am accustomed to.

Service is always great. I am a new BMW owner and extremely impressed how accommodating everyone is. Carlos, the Assistant Service Manager replies to my texts in a timely manner and keeps me informed of my cars progress. I have gotten a loaner car each time I bring my car in. Would highly recommend purchasing a BMW not only for the quality of the car but the exceptional service provided.

He took the best care of my service needs and went over and beyond to ensure my vehicle received the proper care and I was well informed throughout the process. I highly recommend getting your BMW serviced at this location! I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change and brake fluid flush and received the best customer service. I actually needed more maintenance services than anticipated, including replacing my engine mounts. My service advisor, Frank, got all of the identified services taken care of and even took the extra step of routing the engine mount repair through my extended warranty. I was also given a loaner car for the weekend given the extended timeline to get my vehicle s services completed.I honestly don t plan to take my vehicle anywhere else. This was definitely 5-star service! Thanks so much, Frank and team!

Joe, my service advisor, was great! There was an issue with a recalled high pressure fuel pump that was installed incorrectly at another BMW dealer. I was amazed at the honesty and candid cause of the problem. The car was put on a flat bed and taken to the other dealer. All info was relayed to the dealer and also got me a loaner while waiting for the repairs.

I went to had my front and rear brake pads and rotors replaced plus right front axle repaired and Vernon was nothing but amazing. He really went above and beyond for me..for being an excellent Service Advisor. I couldn t asked for a better treatment and service from beginning till they finished my X2! And he even honored the old price quote that he gave me and i really did save money! That s why i keep coming back to get my car service at BMW in Sahara because of their outstanding dedication and professionalism. Vernon, thank you so much for ur unquestionable devotion and honesty to your job and for always giving your guests the best customer service possible. I was beyond satisfied and will recommend you to others without reservation. 10/10 :)

JORDAN TRUJILLO is the BEST!!!!! My wife and I have had both our 2019 X3 and 2017 530i vehicles serviced 5-6 times over the last year and as a matter of fact, my 530i is in your shop now from a tire blow and damaged rim. On a couple of occasions like this time and the Friday, right before Christmas 2023, I had damage and was barely able to get my car to your dealership and both of these times, Jordan pulled through and was able to get me a loaner. He is always prompt in updating us on our vehicles and is ALWAYS so happy and courteous. I wish I had people with his personality and attitude working for me. He's definitely a A++++ BMW Advisor. Please give him a BIG pat on the back from us both. Thank you.

Always great service and Tyler my main man always has answers and tries his hardest to get me the best price on any repair my bmw needs. Everyone there is friendly and helpful the atmosphere makes me never want to drive anything but a BMW. Keep up the great work it s exceptional.

I had appointment at 7:30. Dropped off the car and was told to have a seat and wait to be called. I didn t expect to wait 25 minutes to speak to Vernon. That was the only negative. In my experience with other dealerships, once I drop off a car, I immediately get seated and talk with the service guy. On a positive note, my car was ready sooner than expected. Lyft was provided to drive me home. Vernon was very thorough and explained everything. This is my first BMW and so far I m happy with the car.

330i needed LOF/general maintenance. A few parts needed replacement from leaks, dash speaker, and unknown damage to the grill - frustrating. Dave and the mechanical crew were very responsive, transparent, and helpful getting issues addressed promptly. The update videos are always a nice touch as well.

I've been to this dealership a number of times and my advisor Michael K. has always been very helpful and personable. He takes the time to explain what will be done and the approximate cost of the services that will be provided. He's never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, and I never feel rushed. If the cost is going to exceed what he quoted, he lets me know before proceeding. He is a "handshake, look in eye" type of person, which is very rare these days. I trust his counsel and will continue to go to him and BMW of Las Vegas. They've set the bar extremely high on maintenance, performance, exceptional customer service.

Joe Monaco is such a pleasure to work with. He found me the best deal/discount possible to replace tires and brakes on my X7 last month. The lobby area is clean and comfortable to get work done while you wait. My service tech also worked through his lunch to get me out of there sooner. No complaints from me!

BMW at Sahara, Las Vegas is very attentive when my X2 SUV needed to check all 4 tires due to low pressure but found out 1 tire had a torn due to nail puncture. Immediately took my vehicle and repaired it. Pls let employee who helped me Thank you so much

I brought my BMW X3 for service. My Service Advisor Mark, was excellent. He took my car in and found other issues that needed to be addressed. From the time he took my car in to the time I received my car back, Mark kept in touch each and every day until the service was completed, I never had to worry about anything. Mark even had my rental waiting for me ready to go when I arrived at the dealership. The BMW dealership really is a 5 star service department. They take care of me as if I was one of their own. I really recommend this place to anyone. You will be blown away.Thank you Mark and your service team. Truly 5 star.

I have to start with my first visit to the Las Vegas BMW dealer in June of last year It was not pleasant at all. I was looking to trade in my vehicle and the manager there at that time was absolutely rude. He basically told me to take it back to the original dealer which is in California. I then left and later on I returned due to a Message on my dashboard about my drive train and my brakes (Frank assisted me ) one of many assistant service manager , he did try to give advice but bottom line was to return to original dealer ( in California) . I went to California to have services done on my vehicle again the managers over there said it was normal (drive train ) . Came back to Vegas and hit a pothole right in front of the BMW dealer so I had to drop it off on New Year s Day. I then spoke to Joe another (assistant service manager), who basically told me he didn t care about what I went through with BMW. Of course I m beyond frustrated and he didn t take the time to actually listen to my frustrations, but insisted I do an alignment on my car ($200) with a new tire ($457) . Another time I went and spoke to Dave (another assistant service manager ) He must have been having a horrible day because it was reflecting on his service . He wanted to keep my car all day and no loaner ! Like really ! I m not understanding why this location is always so rude . I shouldn t have to take it to the original dealer if I bought my car in Alaska I m required to take it to Alaska that s just ridiculous to me so the treatment overall that I ve gotten in Las Vegas location on Sahara up until this last point has been horrible and I would never recommend it however, again with the advice of the BMW Corporate I was advised to take it back over there I did and I got Lexis and hands-down she s absolutely the best not just because she s a female, but because she actually takes the time to listen address the concerns and has customers satisfaction down ! Without her I wouldn t be going back to BMW on Sahara so with her she makes that location l what it is in my opinion I m sure there s a lot of higher-ups, but she takes the time whereas she s predominantly dominated by men and you can tell that they run things with their chauvinist approach in my opinion again ! Shout out to Lexis Thank you so much for taking care of me. I appreciate you and you were definitely my point of contact from this point on.! As for Frank , Jose( Joe) and Dave they definitely should take a step back and remember why they got into the car service industry! It s a Customer Satisfaction JOB !

EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Joe and the BMW team! I had car fixed in December, had coolant add warning come on and took in to see the issue. The figured it out, repaired and charged ME ZERO! Who does that anymore? Honest, reliable service is why i will always return to Las Vegas BMW, and drive a distance just to go back there!

Over priced service and overpriced parts. Charged full price for a diagnostic charge that took the mechanic 10 seconds to diagnose. Then was quoted $585 plus tax and the part is being sold for $119 plus tax for a part that has a MSRP of $52. I did the work and it took me 10 minutes from start to finish. This is a shame because had I known that my warranty wouldn t pay for this repair I would not have taken it to BMW of Las Vegas. It is a shame that I had to pay $241 for a diagnosis that I knew was the problem. I would have appreciated a discounted cost because the tech did send me a 20 second video of the issue again that I already knew, but to charge me the $241 was just greed. Sad because I ve purchased 6 BMW s from this dealership. But that relationship is now over I will no longer use this dealership for repairs nor purchases. Hope the $241 was worth loosing a customer!!

Brought my vehicle to BMW of Las Vegas to inspect possible tire damage as i thought there may be a possible puncture from a screw. Service tech immediately decided to replace tire without even looking at or inspecting tire. I had been driving car for three days without any indications of leaks and wanted to be sure there was no damage. When i asked to see the actual damage i.e. was it a screw or nail, was told tire had already been picked up for recycle. I believe the tire was fine, the Service tech lied to me and just wanted to get that $501 dollar charge. Beware; honesty and integrity in all areas of life these days even in reputable companies like BMW.

Worked with Tyler G. here at BMW Las Vegas and he was fantastic. I brought the car in for a full inspection before all the travel for the holidays and Tyler was honest, friendly, and professional. He advised me against a service that we both agreed was a waste of money, and guided me to choose the services that best fit my needs. We will continue to bring our car to Tyler each and every time it needs service.

Service center is nice, comfortable setting that got lots of space and complimentary quality coffee but the star of the show was Mark D. he was nice, knowledgeable, straight forward and I could tell he loved what he does. Thanks Mark for a good experience

My Service Advisor was very detailed and provided great information. He was very nice and accommodating in the beginning, but even more so after hearing what I d just experienced. This really made my day better.
