Thank you Black diamond Tesla collision center!!! My Tesla was in an accident and we all know as Tesla owners it is very difficult to find good Tesla workshops .Black diamond collision worked with my insurance to get my car completely fixed and covered . Of course they made it look like it never happened. They are extremely polite, professional and respectful. It was such a delight to see my car fully repaired by knowledgeable team. They also included a coolant change which came up as routine maintenance after one month of repairs. I m glad to have found them!!!

Great service. Went in for oil change, and brake change, not only was my car done in a timely manner but they filled up all my other fluids I didn t know needed maintenance. Staff customer service was excellent! Carlos was a big help and made sure both my experiences were fantastic. Would definitely be coming back for future maintenance on my car. 10/10 recommend!

Excellent customer service and beautiful work. Brought my vehicle in since I was rear ended, I spoke to Carlos and he was very professional and attentive to detail. He made sure it came back looking like NEW! Service was way quicker than other shops I ve been to. 10/10 would recommend!

This is the best place in town to get work done on your car! Carlos took really good care of me and made sure he answered any and all questions I had. When I picked up my car it looked like it was in BRAND NEW MINT condition. The front desk staff is really friendly as well. All in all, Black Diamond is the place to go if you want really good service!

These guys are amazing!!!! Got rear ended in my 2019 Model 3 so I called Tesla and few other shops to schedule in for repairs but they were not even taking vehicles in. Tesla referred me to Black Diamond Collision as a certified Tesla shop and these guys were able to take me in.They were able to get the vehicle done in less then 2 weeks. The car looks brand new. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!Thank you Vick!!!!

Car was finished faster than expected, better job than I expected, the guy who walked me through the details and explained everything was friendly. Everything was good except for getting my car with the tank on E and for the back driver side door handle not working anymore (which was working fine as I used that door to get out some belongings with no prior issues) but that could have just happened out of nowhere, still though.While the guys were professional, the woman I spoke with at the beginning was not. Very rude and condescending for seemingly no reason

I brought my Tesla Model S (2020) in for a rear bumper and fender repair. The shop was recommended by Progressive and the only other option was Tesla Repair and Collision which was months behind.Progressive and I were told by Diamond that preexisting damage had been repaired in an unauthorized manner, and that therefore they could not repair the vehicle. This vehicle was purchased new from the dealership, so this was very troubling to hear. Progressive towed it to Tesla Repair and informed them as to Diamond's allegations. Tesla repaired the vehicle and refuted any notion that preexisting damage or any prior repair at all had existed. At this juncture, I (and presumably Progressive) aren't sure who is telling the truth. Nevertheless, the poor service and communication from Diamond is troubling, and there were points when they gave inconsistent explanations and excuses that preponderates they were the ones not telling the truth.

Wow! Wow! Wow! // Back Diamond Body Shop // HIGHLY RECOMMENDMy name is David, I live in Summerlin, and going to the other side of the town was well worth it. A friend of mine insisted that I go to Black Diamond and thank you Gil.This is my 2003 Toyota 4Runner and I love it! I was very worried to take this to any body shop for paint work because I plan on keeping this for the next 20 years and I'm an OCD nut! I'm the 2nd owner of this beauty, bought it from my friend who it the first owner, and I was really worried.Sammy is the owner (great guy) and Vic is the GM (another great guy) and they saw how concerned I was when we first met. They took the time to really listen to my concerns and they did a great job convincing me that they'd take care of my 4Runner as if were their own, and they really did.New paint, new windshield and a few new parts, and I could not be more pleased. This thing looks brand new and I get complements (and offers to buy it) all the time. Vic described exactly how they'd do the job step-by-step (I very much appreciated this), they did everything at an amazing price, on-time (a couple days early actually), and really made me feel good about the whole experience. Layla works in the office too and she's really cool as well.Just look at this 18 year old 4Runner in the photo. I think it's perfect and I highly recommend Black Diamond Collision Repair. The address says Oakley, but you enter right around the corner next to Solid Motorcars on Freemont Street (pull into Solid Motorcars and Black Diamond is on the left driveway. Had some damage and was told it would cost 5 to 6k to fix. I asked for a quote in writing, and they quoted me $1300 because they couldn't see the other damaged but was confident it was there. So I honestly didn't know how much it would cost to fix, and clearly they didn't know either.

I was in vegas when i got rear ended. Was recommended here by a friend of mine and i was really happy with their work. Not everywhere works with Teslas, but they got everything back to normal in a respectable amount of time.

We were rear-ended by another car, so we were sent here by their insurance. The mechanics did a wonderful job with our car. It looks brand new. They even cleaned the inside of our car. The desk associates were wonderful to work with. The process was slow, but it was out of their control. There was some miscommunication, but it was addressed and corrected. Overall, we had a great experience with them.

I was referred to this shop after I was involved in an accident in my recently bought vehicle & I am so glad I was! Carlos & his team made my Honda look BRAND NEW . Even the team at Honda was impressed by the work when I went in for my oil change ! SO GRATEFUL. I would absolutely recommend this shop!

Don't bother bringing your vehicle here for repairs. Tried two separate times to schedule my vehicle to have my catalytic converter replaced, told the receptionist which days I was available to bring the car in, I requested Thursday to avoid missing work. The receptionist repeated back, "Okay, Tuesday." I corrected her, even giving the actual DATE for Thursday. I get told "okay, I got it." I get a call on Tuesday the following week getting attitude from the mechanic as to "You didn't drop your car off!" I explained, because that wasn't the day I scheduled. The next closest day I could get was the following Monday and by this point I was fed up and took it. Turns out it was on Memorial Day and the garage was closed, and I drove my car, without the cat-con on it, over there for nothing.Needless to say, I contacted my insurance, and requested a new garage to take my car to, saying, "if this one can't even figure out how to schedule and appointment, I don't trust them ANYWHERE near my car."

First I want to thank you for the outstanding work on my 2018 Santa Fe.After rear ending a guy in a brand new truck-with a trailer hitch, my Santa Fe was toast. The entire front end sat two inches from my lap.My insurance company referred me to Black Diamond. There are hundreds of body shops in this town. Why this one?The quality of their work is outstanding. They had to literally piece together the body of my car, repair and replace internal organs, and trim.I picked it up and I feel like I am driving a new car.It looks beautiful. It runs better than before the accident. The key for any business is communication. My car was in for almost a month. I spoke with them almost daily. Always knew where we were in the process, what parts we were waiting for and how long this would take. I sure missed my car. Have to say for the 500 dollar deductible I have a brand new 2018 Santa Fe. This is a family owned business, according to their story, that started out in California. What better place to open shop than one of the highest insurance rates in the country!.If you have a choice. Black Diamond receives my recommendation. I can't give you a before and after photo but if you ask them about my 2018 White Santa Fe Sport, I'm sure they have photos.

Please save your frustration and don t take your vehicle here, I brought it in it took over a month to get my car back. No follow up call was ever given ,nothing apart is on back order. No one has called to follow up to see where it is or if there is a ETA anytime soon It s been about another month. People have no type of customer service. They have no common sense to call someone and say hey it s still on back order and don t worry we haven t forgot about you, nothing place is trash

My mazerati was in a rear end accident and I was very concerned about finding a place who could handle it. The staff at Black diamond collision was very fast and professional in the repair process. Damaged my vehicle's hood while fixing the front bumper. Assured me they had pictures proving the the damage was there previously... until I offered to show them pictures proving that it wasn't. They immediately backpedaled and fixed my hood, free of charge.

This place is the absolute worse possible place to bring a vehicle. They have horrible communication skills keep you waiting forever. I went there for an estimate only and they ended up being unable to put my car back together it wasnt necessary to remove the stuff they just wanted the repair for sure which is scummy if you ask me on top of that I go to pick it up and I m waiting to be acknowledged for 19 minutes mean while two tards are talking completely ignoring me. Plus you guys leave the broken grill in my trunk? Horrible place.Service: Body & Trim

Not only did Black Diamond collision fix my car that was where ended in a timely manner, they also went above and beyond in even took away some scratches that had nothing to do with the accident. Ever 2015 Chrysler 200, and my car was returned to me as clean as the day I bought it! I will recommend Diamond Collision to all of my friends and family:)))
