Great people . I've needed a couple tows and Big Valley was fast to show up both times. Elvis was the best and delivered my car with great care. I appreciate the haste, who wants to be stranded? They are my go to tow company from now on.

Top notch! I was in an unfortunate situation. Two blown tires way out in the desert. Ashley (dispatcher) was friendly, helpful, and kind. She made me feel that I was in good hands from the first phone call. Patrick (tow truck driver) was quick, friendly, and efficient. Great service and great people!

First & foremost, Sherwin is absolutely incredible!! Big Valley Towing is hands down my go to tow truck company to use from now on. Thank you guys for taking care of me & my car!!! Highly recommend to anyone in Las Vegas!!!

Elvis made my tow experience so much easier with his kind words and knowledge of his craft. He turned what would have normally been a terrible night into something I could walk away smiling from. Worst experience ever. Got into an accident. Hwy patrol had my car towed. Went to get my personal belongings and sign the release form for insurance and the heavy set lady in the office had the nastiest attitude. Extremely rude. She kept asking for my registration which was IN THE CAR. Said they couldn t get it out the car so I had to go pay for a duplicate registration for a totaled car. Overall I can see why this company is not doing well. Their customer service is terrible and they have no sense of urgency.Service: Car towing

Elvis was so nice, so nice! And he was very careful with our truck, he explained the process, made it as seamless as possible. I cannot even put into words how touched I was by his sincerity and helpfulness. E.g. when we changed our drop off location he acknowledged the extra $700 we would have paid for the initial drop off was a good chunk (worth it of course, but he didn't gloss over it as if that was nothing).The Big Valley Towing dispatcher was genuinely helpful. Like, it's actual humans working there, not script reading AI.

I don't know what to say. It's my fault waited to the lost minute to buy gas... but this company make me wait 3& half hours. I'll Never used AAA AGAIN. OR RUNS Low on FUEL. Every day will learned something. The driver he was fine. BUT I'M LIKE THAT I HAVE Experience about towing. When he Hooked up my vehicle if I didn't say anything my break Line will be damaged by one of he's hook....Taken pictures for the car is good to save yourself from any damage but also damage could happen by the way you tow. Becarefu next time.Thank you

From the initial AAA call it took Big Valley 48 hours to tow my RV. I had to wait roadside in freezing temps all day, then find a hotel because they didn't come out the day of the call. Their dispatch lady, Carla, is very condescending and lacks respectful communication skills. She cuts you off mid sentence, doesn't listen to concerns, and doesn't follow through on what she says she will do. Working with this company was incredibly frustrating. Please call a different tow company if you can. This experience was a nightmare.

Had a tire blow out on the I-15 on my way out of vegas today. Driver picked me up was polite, professional and went over the top helping me try to track down a tire that would fit.I have never had to consider this before. He went over the top for me today and it made all the difference. Thank you Josh!

I pray Carla finds happiness in her life. I pick up cars at all the impound lots, and she by far, has the most hate in her heart P.S. takes about an hour to pull a car out.

Incredible service! Our car broke down outside of Primm and they called multiple times with updates on the drivers ETA. Service was top notch, great driver and super nice and understanding about how stressed we were. We been stranded in Primm NV waiting for this company to pick us up since 11am this morning, it's now 6:53pm!!! I finally called AAA again asking what happened to our tow and the dispatch stated Big Valley Towing canceled our service call...WTH!!!! No call, Nothing they cancelled it and didn't tell us nor did AAA. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We have our 2 little dogs with us and now at 7:pm on a Sunday night, we have to figure out how to get our vehicle towed to Southern California.. we finally spoke to someone directly with this company and they told us it would be $1320 for each 100 miles..... $3,960!!! Really !!! I can't believe anyone would use this company.. Shamefull this company takes advantage of people when they are in bad situation ..

Negative stars if it were possible. They quoted me one price then charged me another. They put a hole in my vehicle s transmission oil pan upon delivery. I ve left several messages for Jose to remedy the problem with zero response. Driver of the tow vehicle didn t even happen to mention that he busted my transmission pan. He took the time to put cat litter all over the transmission fluid he spilt however. It s going to cost me more to fix the transmission pan than I paid in towing fees. Dispatcher Catherine or Kate or whatever her name is, is extremely rude and should work for a pawnshop instead.If using these thieves, good luck.Services: Special vehicle towing, Long distance hauling

We broke down in Death Valley Junction, 80 miles from the nearest garage. Big Valley Towing was able to send out a flatbed tow truck from Las Vegas and rescue us. Our driver, Kamryn, could not have been better - very professional and courteous. If you need a tow anywhere within 100 miles of Vegas, this is definitely the place to call!!Service: Car towing

I had a blowout way out in Mt Charleston, after 4 hours of tow trucks cancelling on me, and all kinds of drama with other tow companies, Elvis from Big Valley Towing swooped in to save me! He was friendly, professional, pleasant, and arrived promptly as promised! We were very pleased with the professional service we received! Elvis is a fantastic driver and was so courteous and professional. Highly recommended! Thank you, Elvis!

Fast, professional and friendly. The dispatcher I spoke with today was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Our driver Brandon was quick to get our trike loaded, friendly and efficient. We were stuck off of valley of fire exit 75 north on the 15 & it wasnt too far for them to tow us back to vegas. Great experience.

If your a good decent person please I beg you avoid this place. Save yourself time and money. Zero star would be more appropriate. They are holding my semi trailer ransom without reason. Bill is paid but they have every excuse in the book as to why they can't release it. Will be filing in court for lost wages.

Honestly, I would have been happy if my bumper had not been partially pulled off. I was told that they would get someone to me as quickly as possible and that who they were sending does this all the time. I understand that I was in the middle of nowhere and in a ditch, so I can accept the pricing. I could have looked past the drivers inaccurate sexual innuendos about why my boyfriend and I were there, and rudeness. However, he attempted to back his truck up to my car and lift it. He pulled the left driver side of my bumper off and wound up finally pulling us backwards with the winch and having us back all the way down a makeshift road. I would not recommend them. I have to say my favorite comment was probably either "I'm going to take my time because I already get to charge you for 2 hours" or "Aww, I was hoping for a challenge." Please don't say things like that and then damage someone's car.

Horrible company! They towed my loaded trailer from private property (which I agree, driver was at fault). I talked to the dispatch department who simply asked for registration and a letter releasing trailer to driver, all in one email, I even included payment for release!!!!!I then had to fight with Carla for nearly 5 hours to have my trailer released. She accused my driver of being a thief, even after I forwarded a written release, registration, and drivers license of driver. Not to mention, driver was in our company tractor with our name posted on the side!!!! They also forced me to get the letter of release notarized as the validity of my company was being questioned. WHAT A JOKE! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

This compNy will over charge you on miles always double check they will get over on you they charged me for 22 miles instead of 10 @ $8.50 a mile increasing my bill by $102 they thought I wouldn t notice . I eventually got the refund ! Carla the office manager is rude and unhelpful . Do not tow with them voluntarily and if in an accident request anybody but them.They half fill out paperwork and are untrustworthy!If there was a zero star they would get that but one is the lowest !

After having such a bad day the night of my needed tow from las vegas to newberry springs CA (NOT because of big valley towing, but because of AAA)The driver that responded to my call, wes, came out and waited for 2 hours for AAA and his company to get their end of it situated.! After those 2 hours and not hearing anything wes went back to his shop and the company allowed me to come back to CA with my ride and leave my car in vegas at a family members house. The next morning after no one came to get my car i called big valley tow and spoke to toni, and she was so professional, and helpful.! I had to call AAA and cancel my request from the night prior and put in another. And within 30 minutes toni had sent a wes to pick up my car. And she called me to tell me he was being dispatched to my car and wes called me to notify me he had the car loaded and was heading out to CA. Wes then called to let me know he was just down the road. Over all they were so perfessional, timey, friendly, over all amazing people.! If every god forbidden i have to have a tow out of vegas I would use big valley tow again and again.!

Terrible service. Dangerous to rely on when stuck out of state. Left me, my wife and my 2 children stranded on the side of the road with no tow and no transportation options to help us out. Was told we would be 1st in line for a tow in the morning. When the morning came they could not tow us still and could give us no update as to when they were able to help us. Was told it could be days or longer before they had a truck and driver available. It's a shame this cracker jack tow company would be allowed to advertise the AAA log on there trucks. They should be permanently removed from the available options when calling AAA. I Had to fix my truck by myself while out of state on the side of the road.

First these guys are incredibly rude and obnoxious. !!!!! Second their driver could not back up with a small truck hooked up. Third the driver roared out of our yard with the customers unit still hooked up. Fourth the driver attempted to leave the customers unit 1000 feet up the street on the side of the road.These guys are the worst tow company I ve ever used in 42 years of repairing Heavy diesel trucks.I won t ever call big valley towing ever again. !!!!!!!!!

VERY HORRIBLE SERVICE, Guy came out and wouldn t tow my car was very rude and disrespectful. Flipped off me and my finance and said he could not help us at all because of registration but the car WAS registered! Had to call again for someone else to come out and GUESS WHAT ! We got the car towed never settle for less !
