They lie, lie, lie. Haven t even picked up my truck yet. Turned a five hour job into 7 days and truck is still not fixed. We have gotten completely different stories from Audrey the manager and Eric the Assistant manager. Going to pick up my truck now and take it straight to another mechanic so we can get an honest evaluation of the damage that Big O has caused. I will definitely update this review and explain as much as I can since google review has a character limit I doubt I can fit all of Audrey s lies into how many characters I m allowed to type. Do yourself a favor and don t let these lying hacks touch your vehicle. Just look at all the other 1 star reviews if you don t believe me.Edit: truck drives worse than ever. Audrey (manager)hid initial mechanic estimate and only told us some things that needed to be fixed. Had the truck for 4 days (since original 3 days) and have done nothing to it but lied everyday saying they were. Have called corporate and will be going to the BBB tomorrow. We have conflicting paperwork and conflicting statements from Audrey and her assistant manager Eric. They definitely do not value honesty, respect, or other peoples hard earned money. Her and her team messed up our truck and refuse to admit or work towards actually repairing our truck. People like her have got to be stopped!! Beware, Beware, Beware. Until we speak to corporate we will shout about her incompetence from the rooftops of every app and social media platform we can. Tired of these companies getting away with treating people this way and I m really tired of the people like Audrey who do their dirty work for them! Providing before and after pics. The before pic has 0 oil leaks and the after has a few puddles (after 24 hours of it sitting)Edit: one of the regional managers(can t remember if he said regional or not but a bigger manager than Audrey) called first thing this morning. He calmly listened to what I had to say and then he tells me he watched the video of the store from when we picked up our truck the last time and that he would listen to all of the phone calls because they record them all (best news I ve ever heard) and since it was over so many days he will pull the tapes of the other times my wife was in the store. We are ecstatic that he will hear the lies we were told by Audrey herself on the recordings. Now it s up to him to decide if that s the kind of business they will continue to do or if Audrey does not represent the kind of business they want to run. It s hard to imagine any company condoning lie after lie after lie. Meanwhile, he said it would take him a week (I said, please take your time and meant it because I know this is a lot) but that still leaves us without a safe vehicle to drive for at least another week. I own a tile business and now will lose more money because I am unable to use my truck to get tools to the jobsite, my wife (retired nurse) can t drive to California to care for her mother like she was supposed to 2 weeks ago, and we have to Uber anytime we need store items and we can t take two of our rescue animals to the vet and they really need to go so Audrey and her management style have managed to turn a 5 hour truck repair into at least 2 weeks of us having no truck because it doesn t drive well. So us dropping $2400 for repairs and tires with them will turn into about $8000 in lost revenue and payouts for food deliveries and Ubers. If this sounds fun then take your car to Audrey

After seeing how Audrey the manager treats customers who have older vehicles. I will never use this place again! Happy the people who she jerked around for 7 days on a 5-7 hour repair came in and confronted her or I would have never known. I heard Audrey s story change many times until the end when she literally made fun of them because she didn t tell them everything that was wrong with their vehicle from the beginning. She had stated she didn t know when they first got there and by the end she was shaking a paper in their face saying I did know because I saw the original mechanic work estimate . So she clearly went from denying to showboating. She also made fun of them for having oil caked on the bottom of their vehicle when they brought it in for a leak diagnosis. Audrey said there was too much oil to see if there was a leak and it would have had to be washed to properly diagnose. Isn t that what they brought it there for? After she denied being able to see the leak because of all the oil and they called her in competent. She then shakes a paper in their face and tells them they are not incompetent because they knew the leak was there (after telling them many times they didn t) and they would know that if they had seen the original work estimate given to her by the mechanic! So glad they ruffled her feathers enough and made her admit to lying to them the entire time. I guess Audrey forgot there were witnesses at this point! I was horrified at Audrey s behavior and denial of responsibility. Enter Big O on Centennial at your own risk. Luckily, I was there for something simple but I will have another mechanic take a look just to be sure.

Great team. I had an issue with my rims and they identified the issue immediately when I had been trying to figure it out for days. It was outside their services but they immediately got me set up with the right place for my needs and made sure I could safely get there. Will definitely be returning when I need something

Here is your daily reminder not to trust Audrey the manager or anyone in her crew from Big O. They will destroy your vehicle and if you don t believe me .. click newest under their review section and you will see all of Audrey s glowing reviews!! She is allergic to the truth and she will make you pay for her allergy! She is rude, dishonest, and has no clue of how to handle customers she has screwed over. Responsibility is a dirty word to this lady. Her lies will start from the initial estimate and they won t stop until you pick up your car which and no matter how well it drove there it won t drive well after Audrey gets her hands on it! After, you finally confront her she will blame your car troubles on anything other than herself or her crew. If she thinks you are a woman with no husband or partner her lies will only get bigger and her denials will only get weaker. She will lie and tell you to shove off and then her crew won t even look you in the eye when you leave because they know their incompetence ruined your vehicle. If you re one of those who thinks I only take my car there for oil changes and tire rotations so I m safe , I promise you are not! If she s willing to cheat another woman out of thousands then she won t bat an eye cheating you out of $200. Bad business is bad business no matter how large or small! If you value your vehicle at all then do not take it to the Centennial location of Big O tires! Audrey, the manager is the most dishonest person you will ever meet! She will totally ignore what the mechanic says needs to be fixed and charge you for a bunch of stuff the mechanic didn t say was wrong. To top it off she will neglect to tell you what the mechanic says does need to be fixed so you end up paying for services you don t need instead of the ones you do need. After the continuous lies you will go to pick up your vehicle and it will drive worse than it ever has. When Audrey is questioned she will then tell you it s nothing that they did so it must be because your vehicle is old. Not only does she hate the truth she s also not a fan of taking responsibility. You will then have to call corporate and that s where we re at right now. Then your vehicle will have to be towed to a real mechanic so corporate can even make sense of what Audrey and crew did and didn t do! It s a fact that Audrey and her crew have the distinction of being the worst gamble you can take in Las Vegas! I would give a negative 100 stars if I could!

From start to finish Audrey the manager of the Centennial center location was amazing, I went in for an oil change and the guy Nick that was working on my car came out and told Audrey that I needed my tires rotated and one of my tires had a nail that I didn t even know about (good catch Nick) . He also said that my coolant was a little discolored, Audrey quoted me for both fixes which I thought was a fair price so I agreed to do the coolant flush and of course fix my tire she also did not charge me to rotate my tires . I absolutely will refer all of my friends and family to the Big O Tires on Centennial Center . Thank you to my new service team that I trust at Big O Tires.

I got a completely flat tire on my way home from work. I didn't notice it until I was almost home when the light inside my car came on with a low tire pressure. Then it started thumping pretty bad. I was just up the road from Big O on Centennial Hills and Jeff Bosley and the service man got me right in and I bought a new tire and it was replaced and paid for in less than 30 minutes! Awesome customer service and exceedingly fast service. Thank you gentlemen. Cathy B.

Do not trust Audrey (store manager) and her team at this location if you care at all about your vehicle or your safety!!!! Took my truck to this location to have some repairs done and get a full set of tires as well. Even though I could go on and on about all of the lies I was told by Audrey and staff, and botching of the repair job, etc, for now I will talk about the fact that Audrey DID NOT INFORM ME THAT MY BRAKES WERE BAD and THAT THEY SHOULD BE REPLACED!!!!! (Found that info only on an inspection form that I was given only after I demanded it!!! ) I have no clue why Audrey would keep that information from a fellow human much less a paying customer! Audrey clearly does not show care for her customers or the company she works for!!!!! According to a couple of other reviews, they do a great job finding nails in tires and topping off fluids but when it comes to safety and life saving issues like brakes or diagnosing any real problem- Audrey and crew are completely incompetent and negligent!!! I am grateful that I demanded to see the 22 point inspection form that was initially filled out on the day I came in for the estimate or I might not be here to write this warning to you. I will be sure to let every person I know and don t know to avoid Audrey and this big o location bc any one that goes there is at risk. I guess anyone on the road with someone that did go there is also at risk!!!!Thanks Audrey for being that understanding woman that knows how it is .

Went to the shop, before even I saw anything, saw this lady waiting for 2 and half hours for an oil change. Didn t listen to her, asked guy named Bryan for wheel alignment; told him that my wheel alignment was already out of balance.He said we should do inspection regardless of the whole vehicle by making me pay 34 bucks. I agreed after he kept on badgering for 15 minutes. They didn t even do any inspection on the vehicle and returned me the vehicle after telling me, yeah your vehicle is out of alignment. I asked them question about rest of the car, he said they never checked and kept on making excuses. All they did was at the end of the day was alignment check which was supposed to be free but they charged me regardless. Don t go here unless you wanna get hassled out of unnecessary money.

(OCT 1) First off, i would like to say that this place is amazing with their customer service! When i first walked in, i was greeted quickly and professionally. I came in to get all my tires replaced with tires i had bought online. After leaving, they called me back after an hr and a half that my car was done. Super happy with the speed, friendliness of this place.The part i'm not happy about, is that they scratched 2 of my wheels. I spoke with Mike, the manager, and nothing could be done. So think twice about coming here, because other tire shops i have gotten tires replaced at, managed to not scratch my wheels. Unfortunately, i will not be coming back, and will be contacting corporate about this. Luckily this is a 2013 Civic, and not any of my other newer cars.EDIT: (Oct 7) I have emailed the owner TWO TIMES, with no reply. And i have called the Regional Manager, TWO TIMES, with no response. On the 2nd phone call, first ring, i was sent to voicemail. Very unprofessional set of people i am having to deal with.

My son is a student and new driver that goes to school near the Centennial big o tires, on his way he noticed the light went on for his tire it was before they actually opened but he saw cars in the parking lot and the manager was there Audrey and within 30 minutes the tire was fixed and he made it to class on time. Thank you for helping him at no charge we will be in for tires soon for our other car.

They posted an online special for an oil change for $29.99. I booked an appointment online and arrived. First the guy told me it was $107 for the oil change. I asked about the $29.99 special, and so he entered the "special" and said the new total was $68 once the "fees" were added. I walked out. They could have had a new tire customer in the future....I'll just stick with Discount Tire.

I was moving from Northern Nevada to Texas, my water pump went out only a few hundred miles into the drive. I called Big O and asked if they could get me in on an emergency. They got my vehicle fixed same day so that I could get back on the road.

This is such a small thing, but I am a senior.I only needed my tire air pressure checked and some air in one tire but I am so grateful to Jevon. He is a nice,polite young man.Refused to take a small tip. I will return when I need new tires.

Big o tires located on centennial did a fantastic job with my tires! The older gentleman that works there behind the desk was very thorough with my tire inspection and noticed that I needed all four tires replaced. The staff were very professional and did everything in a very timely manner.Thanks to them, I was able to drive back safely from Las Vegas, Nevada to Mississippi.

Place is so ridiculous. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They quoted me at $425 no joke. I laughed and walked out. Then went across the street to walmart and got it done for $65. Never go here

My family and I went to this location to get an air check on our tires. We arrived at 6:45pm. After waiting for about 5 minutes at the air check sign they shut the garage door where they do air checks. We counted at least 7 employees that actively stared at our car during that five minute wait as all garage doors were open and workers actively working. Not a one of them said anything or even motioned to us to let us know they are closed. I m not angry I didn t get my tires checked as I understand if you are closed and working overtime now, I would not expect you to complete a free air check. What I do expect is common courtesy and respect for your customers. We have bought tires here and sent friends here to buy tires too, but after tonight s experience, you have lost a loyal customer. Very disappointed that not one worker took the time to say anything to us or motion us away. Two seconds of kindness is all it would have taken to let us know.

Had a 2pm appt and arrived 15 min early. No cars were in the bay at the time. Once checked in I was told it would be about an hour. An hour later my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I finally got everything done 2hrs later only to find out they didn t actually fill my tires with air and they didn t install the hubcaps back on correctly. Even when I took it back for them to fix it was still off. The excuse was the valve gets caught. I m sorry but that is not acceptable service one bit.I will not be coming back for sure!

DON'T BOTHER WITH THE 3 YEAR WARRANTY!!!Biggest issue:They won't honor warranties if they're within about 3 months of expiration or within 6000 miles of tire life expiration.Bought my tires in September of 2021 w/ 161k miles. Got an "unrepairable" flat in July of 2023 with 199k miles (38k miles). The warranty contract states "within 36 months" and "life of the tire," (45k miles) will be repaired or replaced for free. Theye even have the 3 year warranty plastered everywhere in their lobby. It sounded great when originally pitched to me, so I bought it ($110).Unfortunately, my tire was discontinued. But the contract states I would be given a comparable tire for free, I'd just have to pay taxes and mounting. INSTEAD, I was told they weren't going to honor the warranty. After some arguing, they said they'd give me a $60 rebate off of a $150 tire because I have so many miles on them... After taxes and fees, I ended up paying $160.After I paid, the guy had the gull to offer me the same warranty on the new tire! Why not just offer a 2 year warranty, instead? There was also a gouge in the driver rear quarter... Probably happened during the tire rotation.Other issue was about a year ago. Went in for a warranty tire rotation and I sat in an empty lobby for 25 minutes. Another customer walked in, so I stood up and walked to the counter. When an employee finally came out, he started helping me... Mid conversation he walked to another computer and started helping the guy behind me. I then sat around for 25 more minutes until I got angry and left.I'm just going to go back to Pep Boys. Only reason I went to Big O's was because Pep Boys was packed and Big O's had good reviews.

Went to bigO for tires. Tires ran $931 but they wanted $1500 for warranty and mounting. I declined went down the street to discount tire, got the same tires, warranty and mounting the works for $300+ less and Paid only $1161 in total for the 4 tires. BigO rips you off.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!We went in to get our tire replaced as it s had problems. We specifically said which tire needs to be replaced and even had showed one of the associate which tire needs fixed. Guess what! They changed the wrong tire, LIED about having the tires rotated!We went in to get this right and they patched the bad tire, which needed to be replaced originally and told us they won t do anything else. We are now stuck with a bad tire after paying $$$.Take your business elsewhere! Avoid this place!!

The BEST customer service I ve experienced at any shop, ever. Michael, Eric and Nick amazing. I walked in, placed an order for specific tires, when the vendor no longer had them available they found the next best thing for me. Got the tires in shop next day, had an appointment set and all. I had a previous appointment that took longer than expected, when I called big o tires to see if there was another time slot available there wasn t BUT, they told me to bring my car in when I was ready. They had my tires replaced and aligned within 45 min. This experience is one to remember, and this will 100% be my go to shop. Thank you guys! Highly recommend.

This is the only tire location I go to. They ve taken such good care of me and my two travel trailers, are always willing to answer my questions or find a tire that suits my needs. Everyone at this location is kind and doesn t treat me like I m clueless. I highly recommend them, especially Eric who always goes above and beyond. This shop is the best!

It was getting late in the day and I needed some tires unmounted, mounted and balanced. I had low profile tires, so I was weary on where to go. Reading some reviews and getting advice from friends, Big O Tires in Centennial was recommended. I gave them a call and Ray greeted me on the phone. He said they had an open bay ready for me. After driving there, there was one indeed. He then helped me take care of exactly what I needed. Thanks Ray and Big O Tires for helping me with my tire needs. Also, they have a military discount. Thanks for supporting our troops.

This location was recommended to me for my tire needs. The staff were kind and helpful. I felt comfortable in the store during the visit. They do not use scare tactics to upsell, which is a huge plus. I'll be returning for a new set of tires come next spring.

Paid for an oil change, air up the tires, and to balance and rotate the tires. After an hour they gave me the car back. Tires were not touched at all. Took the car back and it took another hour to do the tires.After every was finished, they tried to sell me a bunch of unnecessary maintenance.Edit: Day after I realized that the tires were rotated but still at 26 psi.Also have a check engine light.Stay away from Big O.

The staff at Big O helped me as much as they could with my car, especially considering it was on such short notice. They were transparent about all of the things they checked and exactly what needed to be done, but I wasn't able to stay another day in Vegas (which is how long the fix would take). They were able to get me to my final destination 1,000+ miles away so that I could get to a shop where I live. I appreciated all they did and recommend them!

I absolutely love these guys at this location. I've been coming here for YEARS and every time they are always so helpful. I'm super tight on money so I haven't always been able to do everything they recommended at the time, but I have never had them try and nickel and dime me. They only recommend what's needed and nothing more. As I'm typing this, I'm sitting in their lobby because I drove over a screw last night and need a replacement. They worked with me to get the best deal possible to replace all the tires (because Lord knows they needed it) and were so nice even as I was about to start bawling in front of them I'm going to continue coming here for my car's needs unless they give me a reason not to!!
