Very fast service took around 45 minutes to get 4 new tires and a alignment done on my car. Came in after work and was back on the road quickly these tires are awesome I picked out the sumitomo tires and really love them so far. Recommend

Highly experience, customer service and one of the high-tech mechanics team that dealt with my car made my car look to perfection. Everything was broken down into details. The mechanics were skill from a to z. Very authentic mechanics and knew what they're doing. They make every car run like a work of art. They're the most highly trained people.I have ever met and their customer service is out Of this world.I'm more extremely happy.This is the elite five star #1

Big O Tires on Rainbow they're service is amazing. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and their service was great!!! Everything was explained in terms I could understand and the employees make you feel very comfortable since they are super friendly and have excellent customer service. I recommend coming here.

The technician Mark Aponte was amazing from the moment I pulled up and asked for help with replacing two tires and getting an alignment. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to show me the actual work I needed done in detail without any pressure to buy or get any services. The work was done in a timely manner and I received great communication throughout the entire process.

The employees are super nice and respectful. You do have to be patient and wait for someone to help you sometimes because they have a lot of cars they are working on in the garage, but the service doesn't take too long to get done. I've been there a couple of times and had to wait at least an hour for them to finish up with my car.

Replaced 2 front tires and came back for rebalance and left with both wheels lose, almost killed myself! Everyone effin around, nobody wants to work here, been watching couple guys waiting for hrs to get an oil change. Stay away! I'm sure they remember my BMW... this place needs new management or closed for good!!!

I highly recommend Big O Tires and this location specifically for the helpful service Brett Rayhill and the mechanic Stevie Marenko, not only tire service but all of your mechanic needs. Their service was friendly, thorough and reliable. Nice to find a mechanic you feel you can rely on for all your auto needs.

Had a leak in a tire valve stem. They were closing but were able to get me in right away. Everyone was friendly. Got it done in 15 minutes

I could go on and on and gush, but I m not that good at thumb typing. I ll just say that I had the best experience at the Big O Tires on S Rainbow that I have EVER had getting my oil changed, tires rotated, and everything else checked out.The manager, Mark A., was, simply, the best! There were many customers there in the day I went, but because of the professionalism and work ethic of the whole crew, the time passed quickly and pleasantly. And there were no gottchas with me or any of the other customers there at the same time.

Employee does not know how to listen. Brought my girlfriend son in to get brake done and other engine repair I told him to only take 500 from my credit card. The rest was to be taken from my sister in card. Instead this incompetent person took the whole 1900 out of my card. This has caused a lot of inconvenience for me. I hope they do better engine repair then there customer service.

More safety failures. Paid close to $60 for just a tire rotation, no balance. They didn't adjust the tire pressure from front to rear. This was on a near 5 ton vehicle so tire pressure really matters. I had to inflate the tires on my own on my morning commute the next day.

Is it possible to rate 0 stars?Came in on Saturday to replace a single tire. Called ahead to verify tire was in stock. Arrived for install @ 330pm. Sat in office for over 2 hours waiting, only to be told that the tire originally quoted was not in inventory. Waited til closing to install what tire they did have (expensive), only to find out that that tire was also not in stock.Manager promised to have the correct tire for me by noon on Tuesday. Spoke with him Tuesday morning verifying the tire was ordered and would be there by afternoon. I arrived at the shop to pick up my tire, only to discover the manager ordered the wrong tire at double the price.I m currently at a loss for words. I now need to extend my rental. I m at my mental limit. Not sure I can keep my composure when I finally go back after they correct their situation.

7145 S Rainbow location turned out to be a nightmare. New store manager as of Jan 2019 worked with me. Came in July 4 at 7am first client in to replace a damaged tire that had Warranty (purchased 4 new Dec 2018). Mike and team determined it couldn't be fixed and the new one will be delivered next day. No call back the following Fri, Sat, or Sun July 5-7. I initiated the call to inquire spoke to associated who claimed Mike was off, he saw my tire but it was wrong size and would leave detailed note with mike for Monday July 8th. July 8th no call from Mike I had to call again afternoon where he admitted he never placed a replacement order for my tire after 3pm and he would place it then. Five days after Mike never did his job I awaited the call that my tire had arrived July 9th and no I received none. I had to call AGAIN and spoke to Dustin who claimed it was there and he claimed Mike called me once and said my phone was not in service (theme here of not being accountable).For a job that was supposed to be finished July 5th my tire that I paid warranty for was not replaced unit July 10th. Mike Turner would not provided me franchise owner information. Did everything he could do to not be accountable by blaming having other customers as to why he didn't service me the first customer in the building July 4th. The workers there were kind but Mike Turner the absolute worst manager of a business I have ever seen. He has cost the business my trust in doing future work with them as I long as I see him there. He is a liar and has no accountability for his mistakes.The customer waiting area is filled with oversize posters to block the customer from seeing there vehicles being work on which is another con.I would not encourage anyone to do business with them unless a change is made. The only thing that will keep me coming back is the fact I have warranty other than that seek another business

Today I had an appointment at 11:00 for an oil change. New location for me since I moved, my first time here. Horrible first impression. I walked in about 5 min till 11, an older man (employee) was standing behind the counter swiping something with his finger on the phone, it looked from my angle like face book or tic tock, bunch of posts. Anyways, I stood in front of him for a few seconds and he never stopped swiping, never looked up at me. I eventually said good morning! , he looked at me, then looked at his phone again and asked how can I help you? and continued swiping. I did not say anything, waited till he will get off of his phone, but he never did. He kept swiping his finger on his phone and asked me again without even looking at me this time so what is that you need? I continued waiting till he will get off of his phone and it took him another goo 10-15 seconds till he looked at me again, looked at his phone again and finaly got off of his phone. I thought we finally can do business now, and told him I am here for an oil change & I have an appointment at 11. Well, full synthetic oil change is advertised as $49.99, after adding 2 more quarts to original 5 or 6 they provide for that price, my price got doubled and a guy told me it s almost $99. I stayed, said ok, fine. Even if I did not feel it was fine. I asked how long it s gonna take to change oil and he said it will be about an our or a bit over an hour job. I told him I ll be waiting in there. Their waiting are is horrible, few broken & ripped chairs, a tv and soda machine where you have to pay for drinks. Well, as I was driving up to that place for my appointment I saw it s not busy, there was only 1 vehicle inside the shop. Anyways 30 min later my vehicle was still sitting in front of the shop where I left it. I eventually called it off, told them just to give me my keys back and I left. Went to another place, different business

I've been a customer for this Big O Tires location for over 8 years. It has been nothing but good service until this past year. I believe it's because they have new management - specifically a new manager by the name of Ferdinand Nera. We initially came in to get ONE tire repaired by Ferdinand and his guys Eric and Cameron. They let us know if you replace one tire you should really replace two. So we went for the two, got our car back the same day, $225 out the door. Seems fair. Unfortunately his team ended up replacing two new tires on the back instead of the tire in need of repair. Ferdinand would not admit the fault of his nor his team and would not offer any reasonable option to fix this issue. We ended up having to pay an additional $204 for two additional tires. Complete scam. The bald employee pictured below even admitted to me upon checkout that if it were up to him he would have replaced the bad one for free because they were at fault.

I scheduled an 8:30 am oil change appointment but my car was not ready until 11 am. On top of the long wait, there was an issue with my card payment not showing up as paid on the store s end. After the tech called two other people, they did see that it had been paid. I asked for the receipt to be emailed to me because I could not wait any longer. I am still waiting on that receipt.I have been to this location several times without any issues, but I will not be going back.

I had a positive experience here. I did research on pricing and theirs was fair. I got 4 new tires. I left my truck there for the day of my scheduled appointment and got it back at the end of the day. It went fine, and I was happy with the warranty I got with the tires. I would for sure shop here again

Went to change my brake then 3 days after I hear my car is squeaking on and off went back to big o tire to check again and ask them IWhy is hear some squeaking after they change. My brake. They checked and say that nothing is wrong but until now I still hear the squeaking of my car, I am not satisfied of their work.

Really great service! My wife and I were driving down to Arizona when we noticed some squeaking from our left rear tire. We brought our car in and they got it in right away. Robert took really good care of us and our car and quickly identified the problem. Really recommend this location, especially with such great mechanics!

Bought new tires, service was relatively fast, and done well. Would have given 5 stars, but service man forgot to put cap stems on, and had to clean my seat and inside door handle where service tech out his dirty hand and clothes in seat.

Walked in at 7:45 am for a simple tire rotation, that should take 15 minutes. I was told that that I had to wait 40 minutes. 3 and 1/2 hours later the job was completed. "Well done" Big o tires!

Relatives got a flat in Primm. Had to trek all the way back to Las Vegas for tires and Big O was there to help. Only company with the tire size they needed. In and out at the end of the day in an hour. Bravo!

READ THIS FIRST!This is typical mechanics trying to upsell and misrepresenting their promotions. Run from this place.I paid $69.91 for a synthetic oil change when he said it was $45.99, because the promotion didn t include ALL of the oil that was needed, labor, or a filter.The quote time was 1 hour and 15 minutes for the oil change and free alignment test, it took 2.5 hours. Then I get an alignment printout (attached) and I ask them what it means and how to read it because it doesn t make sense to me and the guy responds, I don t know how to read it, I ll go ask someone. He comes back a couple minutes later and tells me it needs to be fixed. I followed up with how bad is it, is this an emergency or can I wait? He responds Well, I ve seen worse, but you should just fix it. Unbelievable incompetence.He then hands me an estimate for $385 and states we recommend you change all your fluids, they re dirty, we looked. I replied I just had all of those things done at the dealership 8,000 miles ago for the 40K Mile Package. Isn t it unusual for all of those fluids to only last 8,000 miles? He responds Yeah, I don t know, seems strange, they should last a lot longer. If I had time, I d file a BBB complaint, this place is auto scamming at its finest.
