Avoid this location! Go to the one on Azure instead. First, there were not clear signs on the business identifying the building, only 1 sign facing the main road (Rancho) although the entrance behind the store is a big traffic route and both sides of the building are highly visable. Missed opportunity there for sure. Second, they suggested so many additional services I had a hard time not feeling like I was being taken advantage of. They hit me with the "your tires are expired". Never in my life have I heard that. When that didn't work on me, they told me my tires had dry-rot. I just needed an oil change, not drop $2 grand! Finally, when I picked up my car, the windows were rolled down on a very windy day so the entire inside of my recently washed car was covered in dirt, the oil gauge was not reset and my hood was left ajar which I only realised upon arriving at home. Just terrible! Never again!!

I got a screw in my tire and needed a repair. I remember that there are tire shops that do tire repairs for free. I thought one of those places was Big O Tires. There are no Big O Tires in North Las Vegas so I found this one which is 20min from my house. I called before I went because I wasn't sure if Big O Tires still did tire repair for free. I was told by a woman on the phone that there was no charge for the tire repair. When I got there that wasn't true and they wanted to charge me $30.I went and sat down and Googled some more tire shops and just so happened that the tire shop across the street Discount Tires does tire repair at no charge.Before I left I asked to speak to the manager to express my unhappiness that I was told that they have free tire repair when in fact they didn't. When I spoke to the manager she tried to claim that she was standing next to the lady on the phone and she did not tell me there was no charge.For the manager to sit there and call me a liar and my face was beyond disrespectful. Why would I travel 20 minutes and pass multiple tire shops to come pay for a tire repair. I also explained to the manager that I didn't have any money so why would I come to a place where I know they are going to charge me and I have no money. But again she tried to convince me that I didn't hear what I heard.She said they were phone calls are recorded and if they took the time to listen they would hear that their employee was in the wrong and gave misinformation.Well you know what they say one person's loss is another person's gain. Discount Tires just earned a customer thanks to Big O Tires.

I went in and I needed four tires I was quoted $500 plus some change when it was over I ended up spending $1,000. Well I am satisfied after seeing the new tires compared to the old tires. I noticed the sale lady was knowledgeable, considerate ,friendly. I am very satisfied. Thank you!

I went in on the 20th of February for oil change, upon inspection my car needed repairs. I was apprehensive, but Z the front desk cashier was awesome. Yes I spent just over $300. Best money ever spent. My 2000 Nissan Maxima gle @172000 Miles runs great.With all this, you need to spend money, to make money. Big o has my business.

SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHEREWhilst waiting an hour for ONE new tire to be put on. I had witnessed TWO different customers come back in because the staff had messed up.If management does see this and feel obligated to reply.. don t. The only good way to apologize to me and those you ve screwed over would be a full refund.

Just don't take your vehicle here it's not worth it I've been a lifelong customer a big old tires it's the only place I go but this specific location is no good!! They cost more damage than they repaired and wouldn't own up to it you can blame a plastic bushing all you want but plastic against metal see where the fight is plus their mechanic should have caught it if he was a professional

Went in there with a leak in Big O tire. I bought my truck with less than 1000miles with the tires on it from car max. I understand I didn't buy the tires. They said they couldn't fix the tire because the inside tread was a little more worn from mis alignment. The manager was nice and said she would give me discount if I bought 2 tires and got the alignment and it would take about 1/2 hour otherwise they could not do anything. I said yes because I was late for a job. Three hours later they were done and I paid the bill. The charges didn't add up and there was 71 dollar ship supplies. I understand having to pay for mounting and balancing, emp srv ops fee, and tmps reseal kit, but they added 71 dollars in shop supplies and waste disposal fee of 23.99. I was told by the workers waste disposal was 6 dollars a tire. So why did I have to pay for 4 tires when I just had 2 replaced. Does everyone who goes to Big O pay for all 4 tires to be disposed of even if they only get 1 or 2 tires?The manager said all the itemized charges were broken down into categories, but the numbers didn't not add up. She stated there was nothing she could do about it, and would call corporate if 8 I would like.I don't mind paying for service, but don't want to be charged for parts and then again for generic shop supplies which no employee can explain what they are.Also having to wait hours for something I was told would take less then an hour with no explanation, but oops sorry. In fact I heard that a lot oops sorry and I can't explain that but you can call corporate.I think in the future I will go back to Discount where I know what they are charging me for.

What an amazing Human Audrey is very knowledgeable in her role & is an all around great person. Thanks for calming Me down & helping Me thru my situation. Thank you & your team for getting Me back on the road, with a new tire & wheel alignment. Especially afte I was almost ran off the road by another driver. I appreciate all the concern for myself & my car.

Brought in car, back tire flat from a screw. 100% roadside tire replacement but of course hidden fees. My free replacement was over $100.00. Sign not exactly true.

Eric the manager is the GOAT. He goes above and beyond. Explains things clearly. And understands that tires , etc are expensive but will give you all the options and explain the pro s and con s.

Seth was great when booking my appointment and answering any questions i had & was very friendly when I went in for my oil change and a wheel alignment. Larry was also very helpful after he completed my services, he explained everything very thoroughly & did a full diagnostic report on my truck and the service at this location was amazing! I will definitely be back and recommend my friends to this location

We were driving through Vegas on a road trip and had a tire puncture just outside of town. This Big O was one of the few highly-rated shops open on Sunday. Anthony was super helpful in getting us in and looked at quickly. The mechanic was great too in showing us the tire damage we had. We ended up getting two new tires and they had the right size in stock.They have complimentary water, clean bathrooms, candy for the kids and cold AC cranking, so it was a great place to wait. The team really hooked us up and got us back on the road very quickly and affordably. Thank you so much for saving the day!

Audrey was amazing when handling my appointment booking and answering any questions i had & was very friendly when I went in for my oil change and a wheel alignment . Larry was also especially helpful after he completed my services, he explained everything very thoroughly and the service at this location was amazing! Brett was working the counter when I came in to have my tire repaired today. There were several cars ahead of me and Brett let me know I was looking at a 2 hr wait. Instead of wasting my time sitting there I was able to make an appt. and come back. I got the rest of my errands done in the meantime and when I returned for my appt. they fixed my tire right away. Thanks for the great communication Brett!!

We came to this location of Big O Tires for our 2013 Chevy Equinox, as we were dissatisfied with service at another location. Audrey, the service manager was so helpful, personable and friendly. I felt welcomed and important. Braxton, the mechanic was right on the job doing the oil change, checking the blower motor and replacing two tires. Even though they were short-staffed, the only thing that slowed them down was waiting for parts to be delivered. When I got in to drive away I felt good mechanic energy and the car seemed to ride smoother. I highly recommend this location!

4 1/2 stars!! This location on N Rancho always has a caring staff and never fails to give you an honest answer.I have come just just to get my tires filled and I get the same service as if I was buying the most expensive set of tires!I found my air pressure super low and they found a big screw on the inside on the edge.Was not able to purchase a tire today but Phil was kind enough to get me situated with my spare and I asked for quotes for 3 different tires so I can make the best decision for my purchase hopefully over the weekend.Plenty of parking and open till 6 during the week. May be different over the weekend.Only downside is that sometimes doesn't have certain tires in stock. Other then that, great place to get tire service!!

Do not take your car here for anything but tires!! They got me for $700 and couldn t even get the check engine light off! Had me pick up my car and driving home the light was still on! Then wanted $550 more! Shut the front door! Who does that? Anything engine related take your car to an Automotive shop!

Really disappointed with the overall lack of effort, they left my car s grey interior filthy. Couldn t bother to wear gloves or clean or let alone even apologize and say anything just left it absolutely disgusting. Would leave zero stars if I was able. Disgraceful

Big O tires was excellent. We have just moved from Houston to Las Vegas and got a flat. I had been told that Big O was an affiliate of NTB, which is where I went in Houston.The staff was amazing. They found my info, updated it in their system, and repaired the tire in 30-40 mins. There was no cost as I had the warranty from the previous purchase at NTB.

I was here a few days ago getting my car service over the weekend. I like to acknowledge a few employees that did a great job on my car these gentlemen we're very proficient knowledgeable skillful. Mr. Seth the sales manager. Mr. Larry who service my Tires on my pov & mr Braxton who service my brakes. Kudos for their performance they showed great customer service at this facility. Thank you gentlemen well done job I'm pleased with the quality of service I received see you guys soon.

Just brought my car in to do a flat repair this Morning to Big O Tires thinking that they still do free flat repairs like what I always get at other Big O Tires and TireWorks, first thing they told me that it's not free and that's $30 and then when they brought my tires back to repair it they then told me that the tire is 2015 and that it's too old to repair even though it has over 60% thread life and the nail was in the middle of the tires and said it's gonna be $230 to replace the tire. I said no and took it to TireWorks where i got them and the guys here are great said no problem and also let me know that the tires are October 2018 and still looks good and easy to patch up but recommended me to start thinking of new tires if I'm planning to keep this car for a few more years since I'm close to the time frame of the 5 years mark. Can't believe Big O Tires a place I always think lookouts for their customers straight lied to me just to sell me a tire! Will never recommended Big O tires to anyone again!

Audrey made my experience delightful. I was in for a wheel alignment they got me in and out in no time. Price was fair service was better. Will be returning!!!

Ok. I went and got a quote, but they did not complete what they said they was . It s hot outside and they had a whole list of ac things on my list to fix and they just cleaned something from the ac. I could of went elsewhere where they quoted 200 more to get the service done. Then it s like they took my good tires and put the 2 oldest on the back. So I recommend you see some other place after to make sure they did everything on your quote. I ll be doing that Wednesday. And my guy lawyer friend will be there to help me. Take a guy if your a female. They should have asked what I wanted to take off if my quote wasn t going yo cover it :/
