I had a great experience. I had low tire pressure on a Sunday. I dropped in a they were happy to put air in my tire. The tech noticed a screw in the tire. Sure enough the next day the tire was low again. I went back and they patched it. It's been fine since. Total was $30.50.They lose one star for having FOX news on their TV in the waiting room.

Saw a special on oil change for $49.99, and called to confirm, asking if that was all inclusive...Yes. then when in the store pretty sure I asked the same thing...Yes. They had to destroy the oil cap to get it off and charged me for the replacement. That $49.99 . ballooned to $118.15 and took over 2.5 hours. Enough said.

Big O just tried to rip off my daughter. When she came in for a repair, they told her she had a screw in the side of the tire and it would have to be replaced rather than repaired. See photo. Screw is clearly in the tread not the side. So lame. Watch out ladies in Las Vegas! Big O on Rock Springs Drive thinks we are stupid!!!

Associates are always friendly and helpful. My recently purchased set of tires picked up a huge nail that left that tire audibly hissing out air. Bog O got me fixed up and on my way at no charge.

Got exactly what I wanted ! Needed 4 new tires, wanted to get them staggered.Got the look I wanted with a price I could not beat.Shout out to Z and the technician that helped explain everything in detail. Good job!

I have previously used the Nellis location and was happy until they basically held me hostage with the repair that they caused.This location has Extremely Great customer service. They were quick and efficient. Friendly and accommodating. I have found a new and better Big O location.

Very bad costumer service. I had a flat tire and was told that I had to wait 45 minutes before they could tell me if it could be repaired. I was surprised since the shop was totally empty of costumers. One employee told me that his back hurt so he could not look and the other said he already knew my tire could not be fixed. Very Unprofessional and unfriendly. I then went to the Firestone across the street. They immediately looked at my tire, even though they were very busy, told me it could be fixed. I would strongly advise you to the Firestone next door if you want to be professionally helped.

Awesome customer service by Andy he gave me a great deal on my 2 tires I purchased on Thur Jan 5th 2023. He suggested that I put the brand new tires in the back of my Toyota instead of the front due to safety measures & explained the importance of it! I actually needed 3 but wasn t able too at this time. My car was done in a timely manner just in time for me to make it to work. Love this location & the service I receive whenever I visit which is awesome! Thank you Andy & the tire agent for helping me with my car needs. Enjoy your weekend!

Hi i called big ol at 2061 rock sorings las vegas i was told the tires I bought last sunday was the correct one afterwards the tire light went off. So i went to honda the next day they looked at it and said it was because of the tires that they put in. So I went to big o they said it was a honda computer issue so i went back to honda and they said because the tires that were put in were different. I went to the store and i talked to the manager Zoraida Lorona and she was already rude to begin with, but anthony was nice. They said it was a honda issue again. Ive been back and forth already they finally are giving me the correct tires but are charging me again for the labor waste disposal ans supplies when it was their fault initially. I was made to believe when I called the big ol in fort apache and here at rock springs that the tires were the same as continental. I do not know anything about cars but the way the manager treated me and how their customer service is. This is not great for this company. I have never been frustrated before to the point I was crying in the lobby and I work in the emergency room. Pls fix your customer service or change the manager, the mechanice and Anthony were very accomodating but your upper management is rather unpleasant and rude.

Ok where do I start in this fiasco of incompetence.1. I called beforehand and an African American lady quoted me 35.00 per tire. When i got there Brice said it was 54 per tire but since ive been a loyal customer they'd do it for 39.00 per tire . 16.00 more then i was originally quoted. But ok it's only 16.00. Just go ahead .2. I had to unload my own tires and wheels and place them in the bay.3. After 2 hours I called to see If my car was ready, because my ride had to go to work . They said that it was and to come down and pick it up . When I got there, no tires had been installed on my car whatsoever. Mind you I needed to pick my kids up from school at 2:15.4. Now that i'm there, they informed me that the lug nuts that came off of my original wheels would not fit on the wheels they were putting on And that I needed to purchase them from Big O Tire for a 120.00. I wasn't going for that since they were $38 at autozone . After complaining and complaining they called autozone and had them deliver a some and charge me $55 when they were 38.00 not to mention they were Chrome instead of black like my wheels. When I mentioned that to Mike, he said. Oh, you can just buy another pair or paint the ones that we we mistakenly purchased. Nope not happening. I'm not paying twice because you screwed up.5. They lost my keys because a technician took them with him when he took lunch. And to top it all off they lost my center cap . A waste of4 hours. They did give 100 off but it will cost me 100 just to get 4 center caps , since there not sold individually.6.The woman in front of me who got her oil changed left, then came back and had to ask for a oil change sticker so she'd know when to change her oil again. WHAT DO THEY DO RIGHT ???? I've ben going to this place for at least 7 years and u can bet your bottom dollar that I'll Never give them my business again . I understand a lil slip up, here and there but this entire thing was screwed from start alm the way to the sub par finnish !!! I call the District Mgr. A Mr. Turner. We'll see if he makes it right .I hate I have to find another tire shop since their right around the corner. But Damn , the incompetence here is top shelf !!!

Came in around 7:50 am for a slow leak in one of my tires. Excellent customer service. Had one customer in front of me and I was still out of there by 9:05 am. Great price for the tire repair. Would highly recommend!!!

I had made a post earlier. About how great this place was period I went back in to get a warranty alignment and have found everybody in there had changed. It was not the same people and not the same pride that they took in their work. I was very disappointed. When they finished, the girl handed me. The information said it's all done I asked if everything was all right and she said it's all done then I got to my car and found out that there was oil smudged on the inside of my car so I asked the manager to come out and wipe it off. And he did, he did explain that they had changed? Hands definitely will not be back there again.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this place!!!Took our jeep here in Jan for repair of overheating and a sound of the fan working overtime. Quoted $3400.00, we paid for repairs.Same problem started again in March went back and told it needed another $1400 in repairs, paid for repairs.Today we have made an appointment with a Jeep specialist because the problem is back.It s a shame you intrust what you re being told by these professionals when ultimately they DO NOT know the bottom line problem.EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED.

Ive been to many mechanic shops but this place is the BEST!!!Amazing place, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ANDY & RIVER ARE THE BEST!! I was on my way to the store when my tire completely deflated. I did not have a lot of money to buy a new one and the closest tire shop was BIG O TIRES.I asked ANDY and River if they would be willing to put on my spare tire since my funds were low. They said Yes! I was relieved.As it turns out my spare tire was too small for my car....I am not shocked because the used car shop I got the car from didn't seem completely above board... That's another story for another day...Anyway they allowed me to go get the cheapest tire I could and still installed it. FOR FREE!!!I truly thank them for such kindness because I really could not afford much that day. I will pay it forward

I've never had a problem here, always professional. My front end was having problems, everyone else wanted astronomical amounts of money but Big O was the most affordable.Will definitely keep coming back and we'll update my review if anything changes.Also, when you read reviews on here of people waiting, the best thing to do is always drop your car off if you can. But whenever you're getting your car worked on it's going to take some time. I dropped our car off and they were actually done within an hour and a half so I have no complaints in that department.

they had no tv..I waited over 4 1/2 hours.....in dead silence....no coffee....it doesn't cost alot to make the waiting room more customer friendly.

I wanted to give a huge shout out and thank you to Nick and his team for helping me and my daughter out was driving on the 95. It was pretty windy a lot of debris all over the freeway it seem that I ran over something and I knew I had to get off the freeway because of the noise I was hearing from under my car I get off the freeway didn't even pull up to their store. I tried getting what was stuck under my car out from underneath, when was getting nowhere, walked into his store, told him what was going on without hesitation he asked me for my keys so they can help us out I was worried about any damage that I may have caused. They checked everything out and I was back on the road. They will definitely have my businessThank you guys again

If I could rate a zero I would! Went to get a oil change they said they didn't have the kind my Mercedes needed but they have one that works just as well. Changed my oil the person who changed my oil parked on top of the cement stoppers as to when I pulled out, the bottom of my car scrubbed and all he could say was sorry!! So I have scratches under my car bumper from that, then when I start driving it, it starts smoking! Took it back they couldn't find why, had to go to another to mechanic for them to tell me the oil was leaking and that oil wasn't supposed to be in there in the first place. Took it back up there for them to tell me oh I see where it's coming from now, that's not covered but I can give you a good price to fix it!!! They messed my bumper up and caused my car to start smoking but you're going give me a good price smh..I would never recommend!!!!! Bryce, Nick and the Mexican oil changer guy that scrubbed the paint off of my bumper, zero stars!!!!! Updates. They give you this email to respond to and still no reply. After paying to get it fixed. To find out Big Oput recycled oil in my car and then all the bolts were loose smh so I would never do business with this business again!!

Had a blow out on I15 and needed to replace tires on a Sunday. Really the only place that was open and had tires for my car. Bought a set of 4 and paid for a wheel alignment. When I left, my steering wheel was off center. Had to get on with my trip, so went to a Big in LA 2 days later. The car was completely out of alignment. The tech said he didn't think the other store even did an alignment on my car. Buyer beware.

I went over to get air put in my tires and three guys were there working on cars. One guy kept walking around doing I don t know what, but all theee guys saw me sitting there waiting patiently. After about 15-20 minutes of just sitting and not being acknowledged by anyone, I called out to the blond guy to see if he could fill my tires quickly. He yelled out at me we are busy and your aren t a priority. I said it will only take 5 minutes out of your time. He said again, you re not a priority these people came first and you have to wait. So I waited another five minutes and one of the guys decided to help me, thank God.Well I have purchased tires from them but now I will take my business elsewhere.

I called the day before I told Bryce I needed to be done by 9:30 he told me I would be done so I scheduled an oil change for 8am. When I arrived at 7:50 I told the counter clerk that I needed to be done by 9:30 she assured me I would be done. She also told me that service tech would be there soon she didn t bother telling me he would get there at 8:35am. So I wait patiently at 9:30 I ask them how much longer bc I was told it I would be done at 9:30 so then they tell me it will be around 20 min more. About 9:40 they come and tell me ummm it s going to take longer than that would I like them to bring my car out so I can leave. So I wasted 2 hours and still never got my oil changed! Worse company I ve dealt with don t go here!

I got a full set of new Toyo tires and a service. It was over $700 just to find out that they had a deal on buying four tires the following week to get it for almost half price. I paid almost $50 for a new set of windshield wiper blades that were put on wrong and scratched my windshield. After the service I went in three separate times to have them put wiper fluid in because they forgot. One time they told me they didn't have any, then another they could put in dish soap and water but that's all they could do. The last time, when I had the manager fixed my wiper blades, I asked him to make sure they would put wiper fluid in it. He said he would and then didn't seconds later. Most of the time when I go there I have to stand at the desk for almost half an hour before anyone addresses me. I'm obviously not going back but had to at least try to get what I paid for.

(Previous review) Absolutely great service. Jasmin (possibly spelled wrong) and Dave were absolutely great. There was a mechanic in the back that made sure to let me know i have certain things i have to do and gave me a time frame to do it. Absolutely cool people. My Mustang thanks you.This is a year late but thought i would update. They charged me 3.5k to fix a good amount of things. Car started running like trash, i took it back and the manager refused to check my vehicle and said i had a bad catalytic converter without even looking at the car. Took it to a Big O Tires north of them to check their work and the issues were insane. They didn't tighten my tie rods when they aligned. They left my exhaust on the axle, instead of attached and hanging on the rubber it belongs on, the charged me for axles but according to a third big o tires they never replaced my old front right axle. The mechanic who worked on my car got fired 2 weeks later.

Today I got a set of tires and an alignment. I was grateful to get an appointment so quickly. They said it would be about 2 hours because there were a couple people ahead of me. I was pleasantly surprised that it was just over an hour. After leaving, I realized the tires made a wobble sound and the steering wheel was shaking. I also noticed the door handle was jacked up. I went right back. They took a look and said there was a loose tire, but it was now good to go. As far as the handle goes, well, the guy said... it still works...(shrug) Even though I am happy with the tires and alignment I'll think twice about going back there. At least own up to screwing up someone's door handle. I left very disappointed.

Pricing just didnt make sense to me at alltheres was this buy 3 get 1 free deal the tires i wanted were 163 dollars each.. with everything the total cane out to 1140... i can get 4 tires at 174 each without a buy 3 get 1 deal with everything included for 854 at discount tire...the math aint mathing at this place.. we'll see how my oil change went if my car breaks down..

Do not go here. To this specific location. I went in for an oil change and to fix my power steering pump. They managed to destroy my motor mounts and over tightened my oil bolt. do not recommend. and I paid almost $1000 for the services I got.

My husband recently brought our car in because a tire kept leaking air. I guess they couldn't find the leak to repair so he paid for a new tire and installation. Now our tire monitoring system needs to be serviced even though there was nothing wrong with it before the car was brought in (that's how we knew the tire was leaking, the monitoring system). The bill also shows that he was charged for both a flat repair and the new tire. He was also there in uniform and didn't get the military discount but that's neither here nor there. I called and was told to bring the car in and they'd check it and refund for the flat repair. I asked if I should make an appointment and they said no just come in.Today I get there and wait very patiently for about half an hour as two customers drop their cars off. I'm told the tool they use to check monitoring systems is broken and I can't get a refund for the flat repair because the manager isn't there. "I can't make the drawer short $22." I don't really care, sir, considering it was a fraudulent charge. Apparently the guy who rung up my husband doesn't even work there anymore and it was only a week ago. So it's a tire place who can't check my tire. Really? He (no name tag, middle aged Asian man) said I can take it to another location but it's not like another location who didn't make their mistakes is going to fix what they broke for free, let alone give me the refund for the service we didn't even receive.I have never been so dissatisfied with a car service in my life. Insult to injury, I don't think we even needed a new tire.
