I wanted to take a moment to write a "Thank-you" because your company has demonstrated its willingness to do things the "right way", and in a manner that keeps the consideration of the customer in mind. Life is good when you have people you can trust to do good work and treat you fairly. Honest & dependable, that's what Nicholas Greene is at Big O Tires. They have taken great care of my vehicle every time I have needed repair. When I hear friends talk about their car troubles, I always recommend Big O Tires with confidence.

Very experienced and knowledgeable staff. They were able to repair my tire and also take care of a frozen lug nut without breaking the lug. They did not charge me extra for this. Very pleased with their service. Highly recommend.

Took care of me fast, though one of the tires blew up on a speed bump within one month. Tires are below standard and I came in to fix a flat weeks before and took 6 hours. Also was charged 50 dollars to replace their defective tire. Stay away, they don't care.

Don t waste your time here. Called to ask how much a tire plug would cost they told me $45.00. Found another place more than half of that price. They will never get my business.

On a recent Sunday, my car had a nail in the middle of the rear tire. I took the car there at 4pm. The shop had no customer's cars in the repair shop. 3 technicians were chatting on a table in the repair area. I went inside to the counter. The tall, slim, black, young person came out. I told him please help me to get the tire repaired so I could go to work the next day safely. He said: " We are closing soon (5pm). You have to make appointment and come back." This service kind is very careless. 3 guys doing nothing and he was watching football on tv. What if i drove to work with a flat tire, accidence might happen to the tire. I had no choice. I came back early the next morning 9am before heading out to work. They said:" It is not repairable. But we have the same tire in the shop right now. It won't take long to install it, about 25 min ." If the guy from the night before told me that, I would agree to have it done instantly. I just disappointed. I took the car to Discount Tires. They removed the nail and patched the hole. The tech here told me that the nail was in the middle of the tire so it was repairable. The tire has been good since. What can I say about Big O tires? I had been to this place for the last 6 years. They are not the same. Sad. They want to sell things to you.

Went in for new tires. They didn't have any available at the moment. The manager Mike was able to deliver them over within the hour from another nearby shop. All four tires replaced just like I needed. I will definitely be back.

Disheartening Experience at a Big O tires or "BIG-O Rip off" would be more accurate.On 10/22/2023, I visited Big-O tires at 10127 W Charleston Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89135 shop with high hopes of receiving a professional alignment for my beloved C6 Corvette. However, my experience turned out to be quite disappointing, filled with exorbitant charges, questionable practices, and a damaged component. Here's the events that unfolded during my visit, shedding light on the lack of professionalism and integrity demonstrated by the repair shop.In the beginning, my primary concern arose when I began doubting whether the shop had actually performed the alignment on my vehicle. The lack of clear evidence or results provided left me feeling skeptical about their workmanship. This was compounded by their desire to charge nearly one thousand dollars for what they claimed to be a necessary replacement of both front Tierods.Seeking a clearer understanding of their pricing, I inquired about supplying my own parts, as I found them significantly cheaper at alternative sources like AutoZone. However, the shop staunchly refused, insisting that they would not warranty any work if I did not utilize their inflated prices. Furthermore, they quoted an exorbitant hourly labor fee, manipulating customers to pay additional amounts for parts that may not have been needed in the first place.This encounter with the heavy-set individual at the shop shed light on their ulterior motives. Their explicit intention to upsell unnecessary parts and services to make a profit tarnished their credibility as legitimate professionals. It was disheartening to realize that their interest lay not in providing honest and reliable service but rather in exploiting unsuspecting customers.Upon retrieving my vehicle, I discovered that the seat had been adjusted to its farthest position, inconveniencing me greatly. While driving home on the freeway, another problem emerged as I had to brake suddenly, causing a piece of plastic to forcefully detach from under my seat. It soon became evident that this plastic fragment was the hood latch cover, which had been broken off during the mechanic's time within the vehicle. Their negligence and inability to properly fit within the car can be inferred as the cause of this unfortunate incident.Convinced of their untrustworthiness, I sought a second opinion from an ASE certified professional, who evaluated the alleged damage to the Tyrods. To my surprise, he reassessed and concluded that while they were not in perfect condition, their replacement was not urgently required. This stark contrast in assessments further validated my skepticism regarding the repair shop's practices.Moreover, the repair shop attempted to convince me that my tires were completely worn out, despite the fact that one of them had been recently replaced due to a sidewall puncture. The inconsistency in their assessment and the evidence of my recent tire purchase raised questions about their credibility and integrity.

Went for a tire installation, it took them about an hour and a half, something that could've been done way faster. I thought the service included a tire balancing service, had to find out it wasn't while I was speeding up on the freeway.Definitely took me out of the worry of having a flat tire, but pretty standard service overall, no wow factor or outstanding qualities.

Great experience at Big O! Have been looking for a new garage to take care of my vehicles and think I found it! Had service done on my F-150, great job, reasonable prices, right on time estimate! Even told me I DIDN'T need a service the last place I tried had recommended! All staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Bryce who took great care of me from check in to check out! So found my new garage!!!! And BIG bonus for me, it's only about a mile from my home! Yay me!!

Poor experience with this guys. Was needed tire rotation/balancing and wheel alignment. I was watching from outside what tech was doing. Guy literally took of all 4 wheels looked at them and put them back on. Nothing ever been done. Then he put car on alignment stand and with tools in his hand he makes a look like he s doing something there. Guys wanted around 300 for that and I complained, told to redo . They said they did. However nothing changed, vehicle drives same. I returned, again they said all done now, nothing was done . Never go there, they just making up prices and most likely not even doing many services for real.

I ve been doing business here for over 10 years, but I will not be returning.Several days prior I walked in and made an appointment with Joe for oil change and tire rotation. At that time office seemed to be in disarray. When I returned for my appointment it had not been scheduled but they did fit me in. A young woman behind the counter seemed to be the only one who knew what was going on.The mechanic told me I needed several fluids flushed and replaced. Nearly $900 later when I got in my car to leave I saw that they had failed to put down floor protectors and the beige carpet floor mats were covered with black footprints and dirt. They also failed to put a sticker on door or window indicating when car was due for next service.After reading another review pointing out problems with service I m keeping my fingers crossed that everything will remain intact.

We were traveling through, had a blowout so we needed 4 new tires. Started out as great service, they had the tires in stock. After mounting the tires, they threw the jack in the back, after we asked them to put it away and they left the spare tire in their shop. Luckily, we ended up staying overnight. When we put the jack away we noticed our spare was not there. We had to go back to get our spare. We shouldn t have to make a trip back to get our spare. If they re that forgetful, did they forget to tighten the lug nuts?

I went to the store on March 20th of this year got a quote came back today which is March 28th to put a deposit down on two tires for my and when I got to the store they didn't seem to know what I was talkin about I have the invoice they tried to raise the price on me double the amount for just two tires and I do not recommend this door they're not honest and they're not trustworthy. I'm very unhappy with

Took my vehicle in a month ago (Literally almost to the day) for a routine oil change and filter replacement.Picked it up then immediately had to take it back because they didn t reset the check engine light after the service.Fast forward to now, there s a rattling noise coming from my engine. I take it in to my mechanic after seeing oil leaking from the underside.No O ring seal was placed on the filter cap from the service at Big O, so the oil was low and instead was completely covering the underside of my car.Now I m out labor, ANOTHER oil change, ANOTHER filter, and then cleaning my engine..Called Big O to see what could be done or if I could get some sort of refund or service voucher for their negligence and they said the best they could do was an oil change after the mechanic was done. Why would I bring it back if you didn t do it right the first time??Big O asked for pictures but I think they were just being skeptical instead of actually wanting proof for them to do anything about it? Only reason I say that is because the shop my car was at is literally ONE SHOP OVER in the SAME BUSINESS PLAZA and the mechanic said anyone from Big O could literally walk over to see for themselves what they found but Big O refused twice. You could walk out the front door of Big O and see my car on a lift less than 20 yards away. It s that close.Yeah an oil change and filter replacement is cheap here but make sure it s done right.Thanks a lot.

Went in for a simple tire patch with no appointment. Asked how long and they said about an hour or so. No problem. 2 other people after me came in one with the same issue as me. Both had no appointment. Almost 2 hrs in. The guy who came in after me had his vehicle pulled into the bay. I was asking why did he go ahead of me. They apologized and said I'm next. Then the guy after him car was pulled in. I asked for my car back and left. I went to Tire Works. Had my car within an hour and no charge. Big O wanted to charge 27 dollars. Lesson learned.

Told me my tire was not repairable. When I asked them to put it back on, they guy said it was flat. I pointed out it was a slow leak and it was at 32psi when I came in. He just hung his head. Once it was on and aired back up, I took it to another place that fixed it. Less than a week later, I am already getting SPAM marketing emails.

Got my brakes done here and will never go back. They are still squeaking and making a grinding sound. I went in 2 times to get them looked at. They changed the brake pads and said it was fine. It is not. I should have got a full refund. I filed a claim and everything, but finally gave up on trying to work with this particular store.

Twice this place has given me a bad experience. First was when they wanted me to leave my vehicle overnight to get a flat tire fixed, it was nowhere near closing time, I was appalled and went across the parking lot to Midas and was done within 20 minutes. Second, was given a price quote for tpms install, after driving all the way over there they want to almost double the price. The yellow tire shop down the road, 20$, less than half of Big O. After all, it's just popping the bead and screwing it in. Seriously folks.

Thanks for the inquiry. Stopped by today requesting to fix a punctured tire noticed a pretty big nail in it. Mechanic inspected my tire and stated they can't repair a 2016 tire, my husband asked why? Mechanic said because he noticed the year on my tires, it's policy (I forgot to mention I only have 45K miles on my jeep. It sits at home most of the time) he recommended Amigos will be able to fix it. We went there and they took us right away. Fixed the puncture in less than 10min for $20 thanks Big O for the recommendation!

I truly cannot begin to express my level of frustration with this place. While I cannot blame them for the poor quality of the Pirelli tires they sell (have needed to replace 3 of the 4 in a 2 year time period!!!), the service has to be the ABSOLUTE worst. Brandon was cool and did his best to help out, however the rest are a serious joke...and that's putting it mildly. I would definitely recommend buying your tires from any other dealer or, at the very least, avoid the West Charleston location; it's not worth the time, effort or sanity checks needed to deal with them. I cannot begin to tell you how many people, as I waited over an hour to have the replacement tire I ordered put on, came in with same story wondering why they are being told 2 hours but waiting 4+; dare I fail.to mention that I ordered my tire almost 2 weeks ago and was never told by the manager that the tire had come in??? When I called to inquire I received a "OH, the tire has been here...". Who does that??? If this novel was not enough to steer you in the right direction, I wish you all the best with Big O...FYI - Response received but invalid email address...

Kind of panicked today when my tire light went on, new to the area, and Carlos couldn't have been more helpful. Even though they were busy, he checked my air pressure, filled the tires and sent me away with a smile! Great customer service from him, Ill be back to Big O!

I truly had such a positive experience here. Phil was so personable, helpful and kind. If he trains his employees anything like how he acts I can't imagine anyone ever having a bad experience. You can go to any tire store and get the service done but I don't believe you can go to any tire store and get great customer service. Here you get both. Thank you so much for all of your help, professionalism and kindness.
