Came in because there was a nail in one of my tires, was hoping it was fixable. They said it wasn t. But they were able to get me in and out in about 30 minutes with a brand new hire that only cost about $130 out the door. Considering the speed of their service I would definitely recommend these guys.

The website system isn t great but the guys at this shop are awesome. When the web system failed to get my tires in on time, Joe found a suitable replacement and had 3 guys work on my car at once to get me out the door quickly, I would definitely come back here. Would skip the website though and just call the shop directly.

Great experience here. I had an almost flat tire that I needed fixed quickly. Joe and his team assisted me right away and fixed the tire in 20 minutes. Friendly, efficient, and professional service all the way around. I highly recommend!

The team at this location was informative and patient with all my questions. Would definitely recommend this location. Joe and Brandon answered all my questions and sold me a set of tires at great price. Service was super fast, sorry didn't get his name. This team is professional with outstanding customer service. I brought my father's old car into this place and I can tell you that they did a truthfully honest, great professional oil change throughout the rotation. I will definitely recommend coming back to this location specifically as well as the excellent customer service. A+++++

Had tires put on here a few months ago, started a small leak so I called to make an appointment to get it looked at. Show up on time and was told it s gonna be awhile , well why tell me to come then?I m in the middle of work, if I make an appointment in would assume for you guys to expect me then?Really sucks, they had a life customer until today.

This review is specifically for the manager/owner Joe. He has been nothing but AMAZING! He offers excellent service and treats the customers with the utmost respect and friendliness! I purchased a set of 285 Falkans for my 2019 4Runner and is completely satisfied from the point of sales to installation and all the warranty information he shared with me which I'm forced to use soon due to all the construction that is going on...I'm stuck with a nail and is leaking air on my brand new tire. I hope i'm able to bring it there and have it repaired, but i'm sure Joe and the crew will take care of it without any issues. I don't doubt it. Thank you guys!

I have odd sized tires and they were able to get them in next day.Seemless checkin, less than 1.5 hours for full set of tires changed and alignment and seamless checkout.The guys in this shop are all really friendly.

They wer terrific. I went online in the a.m. and ordered tires and made an appointment to put them on same day. Then I realized I had ordered the wrong tires so I called back and they made sure to get them in that same day as well and put them on for me before I had to leave town. It was so fast and everyone there was truly nice.

Brandon Did not know I worked in the car industry. He tried to add many unnecessary items to the quote (like an oil change which i did thats same day already). He tried to look up parts for diesel version of my car, attempted to add services & quotes I did not ask for.. He attempted all kinds of pettry tricks because I called him out, & it hurt his ego because I am a female he couldnt trick. DO NOT GO HERE. I just asked fot a simple quote and it took him almost 40 minutes. I just wanted a quote for a timing chain, and a serpentine belt...they just unnecessarily lost a customer because Brandon wanted to be petty & unprofessional. He kept saying hes really busy & got a lot of calls. Not sure why he felt the need to reiiterate this.

Joe and his team are amazing!! They saved me from getting ripped off from Pep Boys. I had some loose wires and Joe got it fixed properly and in a timely manner at that! I did not feel taken advantage of. Definitely recommend this place! Thank you guys!

Amazing customer service. There were some issues with the Labor Day sale but Joe still made it right when the deal expired. My Jeep rides so smooth now with the new tires and alignment done by the team. Thank you Joe, Tori, and all who assisted in taking care of my Jeep. You just earned yourself a life customer

I have used a lot of pair companies through my years of life never have I ever been treated as well as I was by this company. They did everything they could to assist me. They gave me a good price. They got me in and out immediately so I could make it to a baby shower and they were the only ones that were willing to find me a tire right away so I didn t have to stay at three extra days in Vegas. He got me the tire within 24 hours and it s to find. Kudos to the girl at the front desk. She was amazing she got tell me the tires she got me in and got me done fast and she was very helpful. I watch with other people also. Don t use anybody else only use this company he will be so happy

Worst costumer service I ve ever experienced. I ve never written a review ever but the lady who helped me was straight up so horrible. Came in for new tires and she knew exactly who I was when I walked in and tells me she doesn t have the tires I wanted. She still let me come in to waste my time and she had my number and email. Then she goes even if I had them I wouldn t have the time today then why not email me or message me? Why let me come in? Extremely unprofessional and she had her kid running around too.

I called around checking on prices to purchase 4 new tires and after calling 4 others for quotes I was given the best price from Big Brand. A couple days later I had my new tires installed in about an hour and I was very happy. All the employees were very efficient and pleasant, especially Joe at the desk. Thanks to you all.

Easy to spot from the street and clean!!! Excellent services, on time, tells you really what your car problem not a money grabbing business. They told me to comeback after 2hrs to fix my car break, they finished it early and call me.

I had radiator coolant leaking from my Audi 3 years ago. Thankfully, the dealership was overbooked, so I was referred to Christensen Automotive. They worked on Foreign and European cars. They identified the leak as coming from the back-up water pump. They ordered all of the replacement parts and the job was done in four hours. Great Job guys! Thank You Joe and Brandon! You're the best! That's the one on S. Decatur! Happy with the quality of the repair and the customer service!UPDATE : 03/2024 - They have been under a new name, Big Brand Tire & Service, but Joe is still the manager and he and his crew continue to give the Best and Most Honest services that I have seen in years!!! In addition to the Water Pump that Brandon replaced on my initial visit, I've had a new Battery installed last year and Twice I've had nails in my tire from all the never-ending roadwork, once on Decatur Blvd and once from that deep ditch on Tenaya Way at Prosperity, brought my car in and of course the guys took care of me!! The Quality of their work has stood the test of time!! Thanks again guys!!!

The oil change itself was perfectly quick and easy, but they didn't skimp on checking out the rest of my car so I ended up sticking around for some quotes. Miss Tori up front was great. I'm glad my friend recommended this place.

I love going here, they were fast and had very nice workers. Though they were busy, I was in and out of that place quick. The front receptionist lady was extremely nice and even gave my a discount on my oil change! Great service would definitely recommend you go here!
