I used the Yelp Service program to try and find a place to do my alignment and got quotes of mostly around $150.00. Another Big Brand location gave me a better quote , but was on the other side of town in North Las Vegas. I called this location and they did it for $95.00 with a coupon and told me to bring it in right away. They also did it in around an hour and a half. Another shop said it would be 4 hours and I needed to drop it off. I came here and walked to the shopping plaza next door and did a little shopping and had lunch. Came back and it was ready.I had recently had my upper control arms replaced and needed to get the alignment done. It only needed a little adjustment on mostly the left side. They also topped off the fluids and rotated the tires and filled the tires. The service was friendly and great. I will definitely recommend you coming here for service. I would have gotten an oil change too , but they said they use Quaker State and I don't use that in my car , Mobile 1 or Castrol GTX for me.My 2004 Ford Crown Victoria P71 with only 135,000 miles. Ex - LVMPD Undercover Unit.

Just amazing service here! Very honest and so very helpful. I'm very appreciative for the kindness that I was shown. Thanks to James the manager and Gabriel manager in training, and tech that worked on my truck was great! I received a great deal on four new tires and aliment.Anyone can have a flat fixed fast and easy and is a full mechanical shop, it's a one stop shop.Highly recommend this company and location on Flamingo and Rainbow.

James at the counter was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I got the sense from interacting with him and another mechanic that they provide honest and good quality work. I felt they genuinely cared about providing great service and giving useful information that could help me make the right choices in maintaining proper maintenance of my suv. They also worked very quickly, at a reasonable cost, and it did not feel rushed or sloppy. I would absolutely recommend their service to others.

Got a nail in my tire in Las Vegas . I went to well known tire place and was told I had to wait 3-10 days . I saw Big Brand across the street and went in ti see if they had the tire I needed. They didn't have it but was told they can order it and have it in two days. I went back in two days and got it installed within 30 minutes. Very Friendly and helped put my luggage back in the trunk . Was having problems with my equinox. Went to one of your locations was booked even though I had an appointment but I can't leave my only means of transportSo the person at that location can't remember his name called Gabe at your other location he was able to get the job done. Well pleased . Great Team .

Gabriel has a really good customer service. Very nice and polite. He fixed the mistake of the one I talked to cuz they ordered the wrong tire size and offered me a better deal. They changed all my tires looks fresh, and did an oil change. It s all decent price compare to others asking me for $800 for all tires and almost $200 for oil changed. I only paid $581 for everything which is a decent price. They are quick too I thought I m gonna wait for about 2 hours l, good thing didn t even last 1 hour. I will definitely recommend this place.

These guys are the greatest. Driving around Vegas our little family got a flat tire on our Tesla. The manager James and his tech Byron showed some seriously phenomenal customer service and compassion and helped us out even tho that meant they might be staying past closing time. They seriously saved the day (and were so fast and did a high quality job)! I know without a doubt where we will be buying tires from here on out- Big Brand on Flamingo! Thank you again James and Byron!

I recently moved close to the Flamingo location and have been there twice. I got four new tires at a great price and got my car back pretty quick. The manager and Gabriel helped me pick the right tires and service. I went back and got my oil changed today with Gabriel helping me as well. He had great communication when he needed to know if I wanted additional services we talked about. My car was ready in a timely manner and he was/is SO NICE!! My car is the shiz now and I'm so happy! Highly recommend and this is my new spot!

Good service good quality brands of tires. I was treated great at the store I was at flamingo road in Las Vegas Nevada corporate may leave a little bit to be desired they're the ones that set up my order my tire was late getting there is all. I will still be using this store in the future.

I replaced my rotors and my truck threw an ABS light. I got it scanned and the code read ABS speed sensor. After replacing both speed sensors, the codes remained. So I brought it Big Brand to get the ABS system checked. After conversing with the mechanic they took it back and essentially diagnosed a misaligned abs ring. Unfortunately they couldn t do the repair as I brought it in too late in the day. I was able to realign the ring that night and went to pay for the diagnostic fee the following morning. They did not want to accept payment since I finished the repair and I had to convince them to take my card. This was my best experience with a mechanic by far. Experienced staff, great customer service, and overall just good people. If be recommending this location to all friends and family.

Honest + helpful. I got quick service within an hour. They told me the screw I found in my tire didn't puncture it, saving me money. Took them 40mins~ or less to change the bulb on my brake light. I really appreciated it.

Purchase tires online. Was contacted and informed easily and quickly . Once I arrive place was nice quiet and clean waiting area , Job was going to take 1.5 hours and got it back earlier . Place has a fat burger next door too . Quick easy and good price . No rip offs so I m happy ! Thanks guys

James the manager is awesome. I had very delicate rims and everyone was afraid of mounting tires on him but he handled it like a pro. They even helped me haul my old wheels home.

Gabriel is such a sweetheart & displayed the best Customer Service that we yearn for these days. We had some hurdles on the ordering of the tires. Patience comes with great rewards. I was glad that Big Brand Tires had the tires I really wanted Michelin MXM4 18" to replace my original 2016 MXM4's .& that was pushing it as my odometer turned 40k. Love these tires. These I find to be a bit pricey yet worth it but couldn't resist the deal Buy 3 get one free...$1096 total with the deal. Another thing, all tire dates are the same 4123 (good date to have).Original set of tires were not by maker or dealership. They are quiet tires on a 2016 Kia Optima SX Turbo. Just don't drive hard over potholes with these. Be safe since roads here are getting rough. Tax dollars at work They are willing to work with you by penciling you in if feasible. Thank you to the installer for looking out for Bailey. If she hissed at you, I apologize. The team in general appear to work well with one another. Thank you Big Brand Tires.

Brought our tire in to get patched...customer service was stellar. James at the front desk was so nice; and Jared, who did our tire, was awesome. They were so friendly, fast, & efficient! They had it done in like 30 minutes. It was so nice to be treated with kindness and respect. Today, good customer service is getting harder to find. Will definitely be going back.

Very nice on phone when calling for information. Price lower than competitors. Made appt as tires to come from warehouse. Didn't make on first 2 deliveries.. so way past appt time. Made it right by making urgent delivery and offered discount without asking, to make up for inconvenience! Good job!

Went for routine oil change, appointment at noon, out 35 minutes later. Everything went smoothly. Will be back in a few months for same + tire rotation.

My objective with this shop was to find a good, and fast oil change place that won't upsell. Unfortunately, I failed miserably at that. Here's why:1) It took 40 minutes to do an oil change at 8AM opening, no lines. 2) The service manager used bait and switch tactics on me. 3) He used fear tactics to try and get me to do an expensive $1580 repair. 4) This shop didn't really want to honor the $10 oil change coupons they sent out. I would suggest that they try and build trust and loyalty with the community instead of scams. Needless to say, I won't be coming back and I can't wait to own a Tesla so I don't have to deal with shops like these anymore. I'll have to look for another oil change place for my next time. I wished Vegas had honest and quick shops like the OILMEN in Los Angeles where I moved from.Here's the timeline of events that transpired for me: Got there at 8:03. Service manager greeted with a smile. I presented with the $9.99 coupon for oil change. His face changed immediately from welcoming to disappointment. He tried bait and switch, telling me my hybrid requires full synthetic and that I couldn't use the oil on the $10 coupon. I said no, I like the regular stuff. He hesitantly told me to go check in with the clerk, they will use the regular oil as I requested on my car. I checked in. A few minutes later the technician brought the car up on the lift. He began draining the oil. My car was left alone for a while. Then the service manager did his inspection, then came to me and said my suspension shocks were at the end of its life. Replacement was $1580. He used scare tactics, such as your car has high miles with 170k miles, and they were supposed to only last 70k. I refused my car drives just fine. He said I needed new engine air filter for $24.99. I waited a bit before answering, his face was hopeful. He asked if I want it, I said no, then he just walked away with a mad-disappointed face. Sorry, but I can change my own air filters, which I have at home. The technician took another 10 minutes to change the oil filter, and then put in the oil. My car was done. I went into the clerk's office and waited 10 minutes before I was able to pay. Though I won't blame her for the slow service she was on the phone with another customer. All in all, I got there at 8:03AM, I was finally able to get out at 8:45AM. I did stand by my car the whole time to watch them and I inspected my car afterwards. I've seen some bad shop videos on youtube.

Billy went above and beyond by taking the time to explain all of my options and ensure the safety of me and my vehicle. Billy s compassion and honesty led me to visit 3 times and I will be visiting the Big Brand Tire on Flamingo for ALL of my service and repair needs. During my initial visit, Billy and I discussed the Synchrony Credit Card and I was happy to find out that I got approved for most of my repair costs. I have already recommended this location to a few of my family, friends, and colleagues. Thank you again Billy and Team for making this experience better than I could have imagined!

They had a deal goin on for a FREE oil change FREE tire rotation & FREE car inspection & all you needed to pay was the taxes on it. Still may be going until Wednesday 3/15/23. They were quick & Katherine, the receptionist, was very friendly and made sure to let me know about any issues they may have found while doing my car inspection. She didn't try to make it seem like any of my issues were urgent to get money out of me. She kept it honest which I looooove. Thanks again Katherine. I already let me pops know about them he's going tomorrow. Now I'm letting anyone who is reading this know about it too..so hurry up & get your FREE services done before the deal is over

Katherine was cool..& keeps it if you need extra services or don't need anything changed..I like that. The lobby was very clean, with Complimentary coffee. My appointment was on time, I didn't have to wait. I will definitely go back to get my vehicle services again.
