Service was fast! The office person was very nice! Got done my smog check fast. My thought is if they charge a little less for smog check they will do much better business. Saw other places charge only 19.95 for that service

Went to get truck oil changed on the weekend, found out it was leaking. Called to bring it back with no issues from original person whom I spoke to on the phone. Once I brought it in, the front desk guy ( Caucasion with beard) was very rude because I couldn't name the guy who I spoke to earlier. He needs proper training with customers.

Was driving to pick my son up from school, when my tire light came in for the second time today. Came over to Big Brand which is right by my house and with minutes of inspection, they determined I needed a new tire. They had it in stock and within 15 minutes I was back on the road. Great service and extremely efficient.

READ THIS IF YOU WANT TO SAVE TIME AND MONEY. I saw other horrible reviews and couldn't agree more. Michelle Smith, Kenneth Flemming, This company lies and tells you things are a problem that arnt. They charged me over 1000 dollars and over a week of having my vehicle, to send me on the road with the same original problems. Which were serious because the problems put my vehicle into "limp mode," which makes the vehicle inoperable properly. Did uneeded work to (not fix) the problem. I had to bring it back instantly only to be told maybe it's your air filter, "which was a brand new K&N. They obviously didn't inspect the vehicle properly. Also told me the wrench light was my check oil light even though my vehicle had an engine oil light that wasn't on. In the end, the manager told me well it could be some wires over here that are "shredded" only to put the vehicle home to find no wire issues like he said. I eventually found the problem with a loose bracket in a completely different area of the engine compartment that held down a wire connector. I fixed the issue with two zip ties. Was able to take it to California and back with no issues. After putting a complaint in with the BBB, they came back and said they offered me a free oil change for the problems. Complete Trash company. Do not waste time or money here. I would honestly give them no stars

These guys rock, friendly service, great prices, and fast repairs. I've had both my wife and my vehicle worked on here and both times they've been exemplary. Josh and the guys will be the first phone call I make when something ain't sound right.

Excellent and super friendly service at there 6414 Loose Rd location. I'm getting new tires for a great price but I really appreciate the service. Earlier this year I needed a smog check ASAP and I was able to go from the Decatur DMV to Big Brand for a Smog Check. They performed it so quickly I was able to make it back in 30 mins for my appointment. Really appreciate them so a review was long overdue.

The group of folks working here are absolutely wonderful. The first time I came here it was because my husband broke his glove box and we couldn't open it. Turns out it was super easy to open and not only did they show me how, but they didn't even charge me and let me know that they'd install it (Fairly cheaply) if I were to get a new one. Second time I came in (Today) it was to get both our cars smogged. Totally professional, a nice group of people, great prices, and phenomenal service. Super veteran and active duty friendly! Highly recommend and will def take our business here rather than on base where we usually go!

We currently moved to North Las Vegas and we had our battery die in the parking lot at CVS so my husband walked over to Big Brand Tire & Service here on Losee. To my surprise Josh walked from there, jump started our car. We drove over to Big Brand and they immediately put in a new battery and got us back on the road. We have roadside assistance, but we were told they'd get there an hour to an hour and a half and we had groceries in the car. Thank God for Josh and Big Brand Tire & Service; we were done in a short amount of time. They are very professional, friendly and go out of their way to help. We are definitely returning for their other services. We just had our oil changed there also. Thank you Big Brand Tire!!!

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME this is the worst place ever!!!!!!! I spent $95 for an oil change, just for them to not do a oil change at all Staff was rude and didn t care that they stole my money and not add oil to my vehicle ZERO STAR!!!! THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS FOR LACK OF SERVICE AND WASTING PEOPLE TIME!!!!

I have been to a total of 3 Big Brand Tire locations and with each of them I have received nothing less than excellent customer service. I trust the employees at Big Brand and they will always be my first choice when it comes to servicing my vehicle.

Horrible customer service!!! Dalton, who sits at the front desk was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I brought my vehicle in for a smog check and oil change, they told me I failed the smog check due to several things, one being a major oil leak. Knowing there was a major oil leak (according to them) they still proceeded to do an oil change and charge me $130. When I asked Dalton why they still did the oil change he said well you came in and asked for a smog check and oil change didn t you, and that s what you got . When I started asking more questions as to why the oil change was still done if there s an oil leak he walked off and got the attendant who did the oil change, saying to him you talk to him, I m done trying to explain it to him . The individual I spoke to was I guess the manager, he apologized for the treatment I received from Dalton and explained to me why they still proceeded with the oil change which I still didn t understand why but at this point it was a mute point and in my mind it was about them charging me for an oil change that wasn t needed at that time. I do not recommend anyone going to this establishment.

The wait was a LONG time BUT the guy at the front is always so upfront and kind it was easy to wait. This one is a block away from a park behind smiths, so my little had time to play and the location makes it easy to grab food close by. I never feel galgued by the price everything is upfront and feels so honest. I really like them.

Brought in my car for a loose battery terminal, turns out there was a cushion under my battery. Most shops would charge you for this but it was free of charge! VERY TRUSTWORTHY MECHANIC!

I am new in the area and was looking for a new shop to care for my vehicles. Josh, the shop manager, and his crew kept me abreast of my vehicles progress and went above and beyond (in my opinion) to troubleshoot, find and fix the issues I pointed out. Josh even fixed an item that I didn't mention to him.

If I could I would put negative 5 stars . This place is a joke . I called to get a tire rotation they said we are busy but I can make an appointment for you a couple hours later so you can just come in and get it done . I come in on my appointment time and they said it s Going to be 3 to 4 hours because they are busy ? So un professional, this is why they only have 3 stars.

Wish I could give them negative stars. I am not one to even write reviews. But this is crazy!!!! So I go in for a oil change noted my check engine light was on but it comes on from time to time then goes off. They said I needed to replace some part because something was broke showed me something under the car that was leaking a bit of oil said it will cost 300 plus the oil change and they could fix it today I said ok go ahead thinking they were decent people and let them do it. Mind you the whole time me and my daughter were waiting I felt funny because they all gathered around my car and seem as if they were plotting something I mean it was that Obvious. I go out on the shop floor and ask what the problem is they all scramble like they know the Routine. And the half bald one think he s the manager talks a lot kinda heavy set was like oh it s nothing they were just talking. So we go sit down. As I m waiting on my car because they had to order the part some guy pulls up in his work van complaining about work they did they basically argued with him didn t help him told him they didn t know what he was talking about and sent him on his way. So finally they fix my car I pay. Then leave. Since then, CAR RUNS FUNNY OVER HEATS CUTS OUT ETC... took it to another shop they said what they replaced didn t need to be replaced that they most definitely tampered with something they couldn t say exactly what. I have paper work and can post pictures of bills from both shops. I don t get why you re robbing people of there hard earned money. Make and honest living!!!!! Stay away I promise it s not worth it.UPDATE!!!! Be careful they are now making fake accounts and making their own reviews, it s not hard to tell! Just be smart. This guy will do anything to scam you. I feel bad for any person that deals with him. I hope he knows god is always watching dec 12 2020..

Had a screw puncture the top of my tire. They removed it and patched it within minutes will do business with them anytime I need tires.

I came to big brand tire& service and Dalton took care of my request order the tire for me and it came right away and they replace my tire and i was happy for the service. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Customer service agent at Losee/Centennial (Hutch) was very friendly and professional. He was willing to work with anyone regardless of financial situation. The service was completed quickly and done very professional. I would highly recommend Big Brand Tire n Service to anyone in need of automotive service.

The worst service ever. They make up their own pricing and then try to negotiate with you once the work is done. I was at this location today and several people turned away because the guy at the counter was a fraud and a liar. They wouldn't accept the coupons that were out at this location they don't do smog checks even though they have all the signs on the building that they do. The guy said to come back in 2 weeks if you want better service. How about never and I also posted them on all social media platforms that this place is a rip off. Stay far away from this place and all Big Brand Tires and Services locations.

George was da bomb.....I walk in at 743am and my truck was in the rack to be serviced at 750am for an oil change.My truck was returned 30 minutes later and confirmed that I have a very good truck.I WILL BE returning to him to have all of my service done at his location.
