CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TOP-NOTCH!As a young woman who does not know much about cars, it s hard to find mechanics who are reliable and honest. However, this branch has the best and kindest people ever!I went in to get all my tires replaced and SCOTT together with his team treated me with respect and patience. I had some questions regarding the service that I m getting and they did a really good job explaining to me what I m buying.After fixing and checking my car, they also explained to me what needs to be done in the future. Now this is what you call great customer service! Definitely coming back and recommending them to my people!BELIEVE ALL THE 5 STARS REVIEWS. SCOTT AND HIS TEAM WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN!

Just moved to Las Vegas. I have never had so many options for tire and/or repair shops. After calling around to multiple shops, I came across this location on Craig. I took advantage of the leap year tire sale. Not only was I blown away by the awesome price, but the customer service was excellent! Thanks again guys!

The best there is in all the whole area. I shopped around and this company is the best. I felt I am valued and respected. They are honest and very affordable. Please allow this to be your first stop to get your vehicle needs meet. Excellent work as well

I stopped at Big Brand Tire & Service (Craig/Losee) because my brake light came on and I was near that location. I walked in an explained my situation and they could not have been more accommodating. The brake job service was quick, fast, professional, and efficient. You won t go wrong by stopping at this location for your car needs. Thanks guys!

Wow! I wish I found this place sooner! Honest, friendly, and all around great service!So I had my TPMS light on for about a month or two at most (tire pressure something sensor lol), and the shop I first took it to told me I had a sensor out but they couldn t figure out which one it was, so I should probably replace all 4, and it d cost me around $300. I pulled up here at Big Brand Tire & Service since they re close to home, and was helped by a super nice guy named Brandon. Brandon not only narrowed down that it was only 2 of 4 sensors, but also helped me with my oil, without charging me an arm, foot and a leg. I spent $120, and for the first time in a long time, have faith that there are still trust worthy shops out here, not in it to bamboozle people.Although Brandon said this isn t his normal location, I ll likely come back here. Big Brand Tire should encourage other employees to be like him, with kindness and integrity! Thank you Brandon, and Big Brand Tire & Service!

Scott I think his name is, he was from Hawaii. The office was about to close, and he took me in and let me know they could take care of it the next day and they did. I had to replace all four of my tires, but worth it. Thank you so much for everything.

I when there today for the first time, to see what was wrong with my tire they solve the problem. Most important they was super super nice to me I will recommend anyone to go there very high standard

Very quick and reasonable. Only problems were the tire I reserved was not actually in stock, the out the door price was suppose to be only three dollars more once I received a call of another tire; I ended up paying 30 dollars more, and the oil change is not free if you use a certain of oil plus disposal fees. But a 20 + tax and fee full synthetic oil change was still a good catch. Oh and may want to take off your valve stem cap. This is the second place to not replace it on my vehicle after tire service.

Brand new management. Kind, patient, affordable service. These workers genuinely cared about my experience, and despite not having a large base knowledge about cars, they walked me through their entire process and the functionality of the vehicle. They were even seeing other customers to correct issues created by other mechanics. It can be difficult to find honest people in this industry that won t talk down to you because of your gender. Grateful to be treated just like everyone else. Will definitely be taking my car back for future service.

Everyone was great and friendly!! Came alone and being female it s always scary to get oil changes since they always try to upsell you and tell you everything is wrong with your car they were classy and professional !! Recommending to all my friends who are girls if you know yk!!!

These guys are awesome. I just bought a new truck and both break calipers main bolt came out and ruined the caliper, pad and had to flush break fluid. I was from out of town and they moved me to the front of the line and fixed it for me in 2 hours. They saved my trip and from having to stay over night to have it fixed. I highly recommend these guys and would give them a shot if I were you. They will go above and beyond to make sure you re satisfied. Thanks guys you rockJoe

Was referred by a friend. Mostly interacted with Tomas. Needed a tire looked at that was losing air, oil and filter change and general inspection prior to a long trip. A couple of weeks later, attempted to have a grille guard installed on my truck. Unable to install due to details beyond their control but throughout the attempted install and the communication was awesome. I was impressed by the speed of being able to get an appointment, the detailed communication and the overall work itself. I HIGHLY recommend this location for auto work...Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I just came in for an Uber inspection. Mind you, these inspections are VERY fast. They usually last for ONLY 30-40 minutes and the pricing is usually between $20-$30. The manager tried to charge me $150 for it. At first, I thought he was joking until he RUDELY gave me an ultimatum telling to go somewhere cheaper. The manager is an unethical and disrespectful individual who shouldn't be in the position to manage ANY COMPANY. I'm going to call corporate real soon and bring this incident to their attention. I've been here before and NEVER received bad service like this. This will be my last time coming to this place.

Comfortable lounge area with a bathroom for customers. Good fair prices. Will be getting my oil changed here more often. The customer service agent Nathan was nice and respectful. I was able to get $5 off my oil change for this review on the same day!

These are my go to mechanics, they always keep it honest with me. They are efficient, reliable, professional , and knowledgeable. They have worked on both of my vehicles and if I need anything or have any questions, they are always open to lending their hands. I greatly recommend these fellas! you wont be disappointed, they will get you up and RUNNING!

Update November 2021:So my mechanic asked them about why they did a wheel alignment and recommended work that I should've had done BEFORE the wheel alignment could be done, their response? They didn't charge me because they didn't do the wheel alignment. Originally they told me they had comped me for it. Either way no money wasted, just time. So if you didn't do my wheel alignment why did you have my car for so long? If I can't trust you I can't do business with you.Previous post:Had my mechanic put on new tires then he told me I needed a wheel alignment, he recommended value auto. I went there and the guy at the front desk was really good to me. We had a nice conversation and we talked about vehicles. He was very knowledgeable and I learned some things from him. They did tell me my vehicle had a leak and gave me a recommendation list with estimates. Even still the wheel alignment was done amazingly and I can feel the difference. Unfortunately, I'm very cautious about who touches my vehicle so I will keep my business with my mechanic but for wheel alignments and anything my mechanic don't do I'll go to value auto.Service: Wheel alignment

Wow! I am so happy to have found this place and Brad! We had an overheating issue and needed coolant but wasn t aware. We were lucky to be a mile away. The moment we got in Brad greeted us and checked it out. Since we just needed coolant and nothing needed to be repaired, he filled us up! After a test drive and aggressive gas giving in the lot and our own test drive WE WERE GOOD TO GO!!!!We tried to pay for their time and help but Brad wouldn t let us since it just needed to be looked at and not fixed. Brad was a really good guy and so happy to have met him on our travels. Come here and nowhere else and their pricing is good too!
