I contacted mike at Big Brand Tires looking for a white walls for my car. I could not find them. He told me let me look see if I can find some for you. Call me back said yes I have Vogue white walls. Very nice tire. I said order them, and I am so pleased With Big Brand Tires That I will recommend all my family and friends. These guys are the best courteous, nice friendly, and do a great job on your vehicle. Go see mike at Big Brand Tires, Desert Inn, Las Vegas, Nevada thank you guys.

I brought in my 2014 Toyota Corolla to have a break inspection done, because I was hearing the front of the car with roaring sound, and upon inspection, Thor the mechanic noticed a rear brake part incorrectly installed by a pervious mechanic from where I bought my car from. I don t know how he noticed such a thing, but he saved my car from future break damage. I want to thank Thor for a flawless job and attention to detail. I also, want to thank the other mechanic Malik for his awesome customer service and attention in explaining some issues I have with another car. I will be bringing in my Toyota Sienna to also get it checked. Thank you Malik and Thor.

Mike and Joseph were great! They got everything situated to get my tires changed and they were even able to work on some additional maintenance the same day! I've been to multiple Big Brands in CA, and this one was just as friendly and great to work with!

Awesome place mike helped me out big time! Had problems with the 02 sensor he changed it but the engine light was still on so he told me to call a dealer to get a computer reprogram. And didn t charge me for anything. Definitely will be going back to mike!

Stop by today. The location is great. The business is very clean. Unlike others. The young man behind the counter. Very nice, very honest doesn't try to sell you anything that you don't need. The price is great. The service is great. I'll be coming back.

I had an issue after getting one bad tire replaced as my old type was no longer available. I spoke with the manager Mike, he was very helpful and gave me a great deal on the other 3 tires that I needed to have a full set. Very good communication too!

I returned home to Vegas after a trip to CHLA with my 5yr old grandaughter this past Tuesday. Had a huge nail in my 5 year old back passenger tire. Needed a oil & scheduled it the morning after we came home. I was an hr early & chose to wait. They got me all done & out the door in like 2 hours! Oil change & four new tires later. Lucky me i caught the sale...buy 2 get 2.Mike & his staff are great. He knows what he's talking about. My Terrain is back & safe tires finally.I will return for under car and other yellow marked maintenance. Just gotta pay my card off lol! Good, honest place! Forgot my card & they called me to advise of it...I missed them so much i went back to get it!

Had to find a new place to start taking our vehicles to , Mike in the office was very knowledgeable, and helped me right away with out an appointment, I like it there , so I think I have found the place for my vehicles and they do everything.

I had a trip coming up so I had them order some tires that they didnt have in stock and they never got back to me I even called them twice supposedly they were going to order them. I ended up going to Discount Tire. They are probably good techs but I don t understand the name Big Brand Tire might as well be Big Brand Repairs Only

Mike and his crew at the Desert Inn & Boulder Highway location in Las Vegas are truly the best. Fair, honest, responsive, everything that a female customer is always looking for and rarely finds when it comes to auto service shops! Mike was even able to save a chunk off the quote he first estimated. I'm so grateful for finding this shop when I had my "check engine" light come on. My only hesitation in posting this review is that y'all will know about this team and they'll be busy but they deserve the praise! Thanks for your great service guys!

Absolutely recommend this place. Mike is very professional, he meant every word he said and it was done as fast as they could. The mechanics listen, and figure it out. I absolutely appreciate this business and will be taking my car back for everything they can fix. Again. Great team and great service. Was cheaper than Walmarts quote too.

The customer service was amazing!! They literally are so helpful! Went as far as showing me stuff that needed to be done just so that I know exactly what they were talking about. Natalie was so great with every single customer that came in as well! Definitely will be back for other needs!

Greatest customer service from the coolest people to do business with! They are always honest and fair and usually, you are in and out. Only once did I have to leave my car overnight, but sometimes, that's just the nature of the repairs you need. I'll never go anywhere else!
