Needed my car serviced as was having issues with my headlights and tire pressure monitors. Called Charles at the shop and he was able to get me in with relatively short notice. Services were performed quickly and efficiently and price was very reasonable. Very nice people to deal with highly recommend them. Charles is exceptionally personable and quite knowledgable on vehicles. On top of that he went above and beyond to get the parts for the car for me right away. Just excellent service

Purchased a car from Carmax roughly a month and a half ago and noticed a check engine light on dashboard.Brought it in to be checked and their tech inspected it, wrote up a report of issues and informed me that I had a warranty under Carmax who would cover the cost of repairs with no expense to me.This what all done in a timely and efficient manner and staff was very respectful and polite, especially the woman at the front desk. Highly recommend and will be returning to this shop for future auto repairs and maintenance after my Carmax warranty goes out.

Did not have a good experience here. Christian and his staff not knowledgeable in vehicles. Just wanted the alternator replaced on my Chevy and they messed up my hood latch leaving me stranded. Stripped my battery terminal bolt. Battery light came on after repairs and they diagnosed it as an ECM next then had his close buddy technician who works at a Porsche dealership diagnose it as no problem found. Put original ECM back in and said the battery light is normal. They had my truck for an entire week for that! Took my vehicle took it to the dealership and they diagnosed it as an internal short with the new alternator.

I did not have an appointment and they still got me in and out of a fairly quick time. Knowledgeable staff and friendly. I happen to see a very difficult customer come in and was shocked how calm they remained and handled the customer very well.

Very unprofessional shop. Told me one thing to get my business and then when I arrived the front desk couldn't honor what I was told. Then the tech left my rims filthy and lost my tire air valve covers. They also did not top off my fluids.

I had a great experience with this company. Prompt, competent and their customer service is impeccable. I worked with Christian who couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family and be back as a customer myself!

The guys there are all so very nice and they tend to your needs at once. Charles the service consultant is so very helpful friendly. Charles is so very straight forward he helped me decide to get rid of my old car and get a better car, which I did and I thank him so much for. I will be bring my new car to him for my oil changes.Thank again Charles

Went to the Warm Springs/Eastern location for the FREE oil change deal and they were awesome! Quick service, no upsell at all and Charles the Service advisor was a really good guy. Straight forward, honest and just a great dude.If you re sitting there questioning whether to give them a try - do it. Definitely worth it. Will recommend anyone and everyone to these guys!

Showed up for my appointment @ 8am on June 3, 2023. I was quickly welcomed by the gentleman at the front desk who got me checked in and advise me with the free oil change, Tire Rotation & Alignment check my total will be $12.34 since my car does take Full Synthetic oil and the free oil change coupon only covers up to $89. I m like hey u can t beat a $12.34 oil change. After signing a paper the same gentleman said his guys are running late but he will get my car into the bay to get started. Just give them at least an hour for everything. As I waited I was pretty much the only customer. Around 8:32 I was brought out to the service bay and was shown my Driver Rear wheel Stud. There was one bolt completely chewed from someone who carelessly over tighten and broke my wheel stud from another mechanic so I was forced to allow these guys replace the chewed bolt. By this time my total jumped to $159.00. By 9:22am I was advise my alignment was slightly out so I ended up getting a 3 year Alignment warranty which now brought my total out to $376.64. The guy working the front counter helped me set up Acima since I didn t qualify for the Big Brand Tire Credit Card. All I had to pay today was $10 and then make monthly payments for 24 months or pay off all at once. My car was ready to go at 10am. I really did appreciate the guys here at Big Brand Tire & Service on Warm Springs Rd. Big Brand is my new go to mechanic for everything. Thanks again!!!!!!

Had an issue with a tire. I stopped into Big Brand to see if they could help.They got me right in and had me taken care of in a very short period of time. I am in awe at how efficient they were and how fast they worked.Adam, Charles and Manny are AMAZING!My new go-to shop for automotive needs.Thanks again guys. You rock!

Needed quick service as we we traveling from Southern Cal to Colorado and were on a schedule. They worked me in immediately, diagnosed the problem, worked with Carmax for warranty and got me on the road in about 4 hours. Very professional.

Big shout out to Christian (Store Manager) and Charles (Mechanic) for going above and beyond. Christian went out of his way to retrieve the part I needed right b4 closing and Charles stayed and worked overtime to fix the issue with my car. I highly recommend coming to these guys if you need your car serviceed

Fast, friendly, efficient and helpful. Really clean rest room and lobby area. Car was taken on time and returned early. I found them thru a google search and their ad promised a free oil change upto $95. My oil change would have cost $89. but it was completely free using their coupon. Will definately use them again.

I took my car to couple different garages and never got the problem fixed I was having with the vehicle. I called Christensen Automotive and they told me to bring it down and they would find what was wrong and get me back on the highway. And that's exactly what they did,the mechanics went above and Beyond to fix my car. Adam and Tommy made me feel like family was working on my car,I have never had better service at any Garage ever. And to top it off,when the car was ready they informed me the price was a few hundred dollars cheaper than the price we agreed on already. Wow!!! Great service, honest, fare prices and good work. I highly recommend this shop, I will be taking every car we have to Christensen Automotive and you should too.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection
