Thankful for the team at this locations Big brand tire! Called to get an alignment done at 9am Jason was very helpful with all my questions and set me up for an appointment. When I got there I was greeted by Kathryn at the front desk who was very welcoming. Greg the mechanic was quick and thorough with servicing my car.After getting my alignment done I heard some noises and notified them. They told me to come back and noticed a bolt from my calipers came loose. This was definitely due to my negligence of not using a torque wrench when I serviced my brakes. Greg fixed it then checked the rest of my work and had me up and running. Glad there was a team of specialists that was here to help me out when I needed it!They also take care of those who served. Big plus to my brothers and sisters in the military.

Amazing staff services reasonably priced and done well! Everything took about an hour for a new tire and pricing was amazing!

Real deal here. Fixed a flat for free. Changed out my battery that I bought and fast and reliable. Great team. Counter dude was very customer friendly. Big Brand all fn day!

Brought in a flat tire for a complimentary free repair picked up a construction sheet metal screw. I drive a 2023 Jeep Cherokee Summit, 20 inch noise reduction tires. I was concerned that most tire repair techs wouldn t have the training or knowledge required to repair this type of tire. I was impressed with the care and knowledge of the techs. In addition to the more technical aspect and extended time to repair the tire, it was at no charge. Staff were very attentive and professional during my entire experience. Would highly recommend this tire service.

I was just helped by the nicest young lady. I believe her name was Kathryn she made me feel so welcome and safe bringing my car to a mechanic .This is definitely a shop you can trust.I would highly recommend this shop very trustworthy & dependable.Thank you so much Kathryn!!Young lady you're one of the best !!

So when I took my car to be serviced, I was told that I had to have my shocks and struts replaced and that I needed to replace all 4 of my tires. Both which turned out to be LIES!!! I was also told that the cost of repairs would total to be 3K. I took it to a better auto shop and I got a much better deal and didn t have to replace my brand new tires. Also they will tell you that replacing all 4 tires would be a cost 900 bucks!!! I highly don t recommend this place. They will definitely try to swindle you out of more money than they should. They also didn t do what I asked which was checking the spark plugs which was the actual problem. Most mechanics will take u out and show the issues, these fools just tell you. This business is nothing but crooks and shysters!!!

This place is fantastic!! The people who work there are great, Kathryn at the front desk is so helpful, making sure you fully understand your options, and the deals they have on tires are amazing. I won't go anywhere else, I totally recommend this shop!!

Staff is patient and thorough. No high pressure sales tactics. Prices are reasonable, I compared to three other shops and mechanics (everyone complains about cost, no matter where you go!). Technicians are willing to physically show you any problems and offer several options to resolve.

I called on January 25th to make a smog test appointment for Monday morning at 10:00 am go there and one of there employees informed me they did not have a technician there today to do the test no one called me to let me know or to reschedule me. Poor service I will never go back to them.

I was Pleasantly surprised I ve never been here before we just moved here and I was looking for someone in the neighborhood to fix my O2 sensors. I was at O rally s across the way and they recommended this auto shop. I m sure glad they did. John and his team were so professional and helpful they got me in and out within 2 hours drove off very happy unfortunately due to a faulty part I purchased from O Raliey I had to come back it was no problem for them. John took my keys and told me they would check it out. Later that day he called me and told me that was it was a defective part so since I was in a rear ended car accident I had to wait until Friday to come in and again they were patient and helpful. John called me Saturday afternoon to let me know they fixed my car and done a Check in since my husband was not home. Fay was able to send someone in my vehicle to pick me up. I got there and was very pleased at the service i received here and will be back in the future and I will also recommend them. Thank you, LaLa

These guys are great..Best of all...they are honest...came in to have 2 tires balanced...they took care of it and said only one was off balanced, so they only charged for one tire . They even tested drive it to make sure it's good...definitely recommend these guys and coming back for all my car stuff.

They're cheap but you get what you pay for. I took my car here for a while and mostly everything was fine but had one really bad experience. I'll pay a little more to go to sun auto from here on out.

came in 10 minutes before 5, they didnt complain once and got me out of there is 10 minutes with a new nozzle installed. incredibly good service.

Always so friendly and helpful. They got me back on the road in 30 minutes after a tire issue. I will keep using this service and have been very happy with all the repairs of my fairly old car (2008).

This place is now open 7 days a week which is a plus, they are so courteous and they do not do any sales pressure. I had a flat tire recently and they're prices are so reasonable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone..

No smog on Sundays, as soon as you walk in it smells like pot I don't care what you do for fun but it should not ve smelling like pot

The quality of work done here is POOR & IN THE MUD! the guy removed/stole parts from my car and acted as if he did not. When I returned with my concerns he said "go to the junk yard and get the parts and I will put them on for you"...after paying $4000+. There were loose nuts and bolts on my vehicle and I had to pay someone else to tighten them afterwards. RUN far away from this place!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE. (AA auto care 7501 w. Both Kathryn at the office & the technician, Greg, were professional & courteous. I was at the shop earlier to patch my flat tire and I was helped right away upon arrival to the shop. Thanks again for your help!
