Everyone at best auto buy was welcoming to an assisted me through the buying process. I purchased a 2015 pro master ram cargo van for my laundry service company . Great experience overall. Not pushy and super friendly. I had a minor issue with my car's window motor but as soon as I reached out they sent me somewhere to get it fixed (that place was also very nice, btw). New motor has been ordered and BestAutoBuy is taking care of it. Would recommend to anyone! Best car buying experience hands down.

God answered our prayers! Nick underhandedly sold the vehicle I put a deposit on, and he had the title to my trade-in. God knows best. I will NOT be purchasing from them and definitely do not recommend anyone go to them.

Needed a car I could rely on for a reasonable price. Nick and Ana really helped make me feel comfortable with the whole process and I was happy with the car I got from them. They are very nice, honest people, and I will recommend anyone I know who is looking for a car to them

I bought a car from here 2 years ago. I was told everything worked on the car. However I quickly realized the AC was out. My mechanic said the problem is the CCRM. They didn't give me any discounts on the car I asked. It broke down a few months after I bought it. The fix was $600 dollars on a $2500 dollar car I bought that didn't come with AC. The axel broke or something like that. Anyways it was a 1999 Ford Escort. I haven't tried fixing the AC yet becauce my mechanic said he would charge me another $400 on top of the $600 but it is irritating to say the least. The cars only worth 1 or 2k if im lucky. Ive already put $3500 into it. I would just say be careful and don't take thier word for it. They were friendly but I was in a hurry to buy a car and didn't want to walk back home in the summer heat. So it was an easy process for them and me. Sucks just wish it had AC and I did not have to pay to fix it. And business owners and employees shouldnt lie unintentionally or not its thier responsibility to know whats wrong with the car and to be honest about. Or else thier not competent for 35 years of business apparently. Could be better. Thats what I get for buying a used car in a desperate situation. They have decent cars I think just be careful. Thats all. The car sucks with no AC or heat. I would rather have not bought if I new it had that issue. I hate driving in it. Not because it's old because it's not what I thought I was paying for. I only wrote this because I dont want anyone to make the same mistake I did. Just look for the little things. Some of these guys are selling cars with bad motors and transmissions. These guys are not that terrible. I don't think.

We went to look at a vehicle we saw on CarGurus. That vehicle didn't work out, we ended up purchasing another from their lot. Very friendly folks and we felt they were very honest. They let us know what was wrong with the first vehicle and suggested better options within our budget. Our daughter is elated and we are very happy with our purchase. They didn't try to price gouge us, they put the customer first.

What a pleasant surprise..! The office. is nice and clean.. full of professional , honest people..going out of their ways to help us...Manager Nick..and Ania ( sorry if misspeled) made our day. No nonsense. Fair prices for older cars compared to most other dealers. No pressure, rushing or underhanded tactics either. Good place to take your time checking out and test driving a good variety and stock of vehicles til you find the one best for you without them pushing one on you like everywhere else. Cars are higher milage so be prepared to have to spend a bit on new parts but you still save a bundle because their prices are better out the door.

Very misleading description of vehicle condition.I was interested in a specific model, tear and color of car and found it online. I am an out of state shopper so I was a serious buyer and put a deposit on a car before flying to Las Vegas to purchase this car. The pictures showed the car to have normal wear and tear of a 2009 vehicle and the ad described "exterior is clean" and "interior.....is in good condition". When I arrived the car was FAR from what I was lead to believe.All paint was severely faded and clear coat was flaking off in many places. The front bumper showed signs of a collision and it was mended by melting the plastic back together and no longer lined up properly with the passenger side fender, paint cracked from the collision. The front grille chrome is bubbling up and will be flaking off. Rear bumper was repainted very poorly probably from another accident. Rear driver side fender also has a vertical line shaped dent that was also poorly concealed. Sunroof has 4 cracks in the glass that may leak. Headlight plastic was very cloudy. Deep scratches and dents all over the vehicle. Leather seats seemed to have some very weird texture that was hard like some leather repair putty was applied to the entire seating surface. The switch that indicates the drivers door is open was replaced with a wad of duct tape. Holes on the dash were filled with putty. Center console was stained by black, greasy substance. Cup holders missing. Engine cover missing. Duct tape holding washer fluid cap on. Power steering fluid leak found in engine bay but did not seem to be leaking on the day I tested it. TPMS light on. Overall the amount of neglect that this car has seen is incredible. It is way beyondAttached are some of the photos that somehow made this car look 100x better than it does in real life. You judge for yourself if they are honest or not.

This review is from a few years back but I can't say enough about how positive this car buying experience was. I was taken care of by Nick and his son (who may also have been named Nick; I can't recall exactly I just remember the Greek was strong with this family, Respect). They were terrific, no pressure, accommodating, and ultimately sold me the exact vehicle I was looking for at price I was extremely happy with! They were more than willing to let me bring in a mechanic to double examine it and transparent and easy to contact the entire time! Thanks again!

I bought a 2009 Volkswagen about two months ago and it was an amazing experience. The staff here is honest and does not have an aggressive attitude when making sales. Owner of the lot did everything he could to make sure I left happy! I appreciated that so much. I ll be visiting the lot in the near future because I need a second vehicle. Thank you for everything!

This place is over charging, you'd have to be a complete idiot to purchase a car from them. They have a 1999 BMW there selling for $11,000. Go to KBB and check out the actual value of this car in excellent condition its $1500 to 6000

I bought a Toyota Camry from Nick at Best Buy several years back and recently had the opportunity to talk with him again and want to give a shout out to Nick and Best Buy.My Camry was the best quality car I've ever had. Nick steered my to this car when I had my eye on another that was flashier. Best move I ever made.The service was amazing, was able to finance easily with a small down....seamless.Sadly, my car was totaled yesterday. I'm so sad to see it go. Maybe there's another purchase from Nick in my future!Thanks Nick and everyone at Best Buy Auto.

The people at Best Auto Buy are some of the best people to work with. I bought a used van from them a few months ago--the description of the van was accurate and I am happy with my purchase. Nick is who helped me out and I couldn't be happier with my interactions with him. He is so kind and went out of his way multiple times to help me out. There have been a couple of bumps in the purchasing process but Nick was very attentive to helping me as much as he could. Overall, I would highly recommend this company!

I have been without a car for a year until I was finally able to get approved for an auto loan. I found a cute, Smart Car online at BestAutoBuy and called about it. They told me where to get financing with the best rate. The car is adorable and there is nothing wrong with it, mechanically. I talked to Chris and met his wife who works in the office on the paperwork. Chris's brother, Anthony is the one I actually met when seeing the car and taking her for a test drive. It is a Family Business! I recommend BestBuyAuto if you are looking for a decent, used, car!
