You're not going to find a more honest mechanic in Las Vegas. Monte is like having a mechanic in our family. We've gone to him for years and his company has always serviced/fixed our cars.

Monty on the shop floor, Angelina at the counter, father and daughter has you covered. Great service, fair prices. Monty takes pictures of the process and texts them to me. I've taken my personal vehicles to him since 2008. My company has taken their 4-wheel drive work trucks to him even longer. Quick turn around.

Wow! Talk about a professional experience. Mine disavowed my problem in about 5 minutes and estimated almost to the penny. Went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Dropped me off at home and vane and picked me up. Everyone was so polite and professional. I felt like they really valued their customers.When I went and picked up the car, Monte's daughter checked me out. So nice. So professional. She was a bit surprised that I told her about all of the good reviews. Don't think she had read them but I am sure all of them are deserved.I have been searching for a competent and honest mechanic and I believe I just found them. So pleased.Great job and thanks for taking care of my car. You all did a fantastic job.

Fair prices, I compared to other shops. I like the fact that everything is explained to me and not like in some shops where they tell me just what I have to do vs. what the cause is and treat me as if I wouldn't understand (girl).Monte and his daughter are nice and knowledgeable.

I had an excellent experience at Best Value Automotive. My vehicle has been prone to overheat, and Monte did a free estimate and gave me a step-by-step outline of the work I may need to do. Taking a cost-effective and systematic approach, he recommended I do step 1 to see if it fixed my overheating before moving to the primary tune-up I need.The cost was affordable, and Monte is on top of his game and highly knowledgeable. After my free inspection, I returned the next day, and he already had my thermostat ready despite me never telling him I would return the next day. Marco also found an additional hose that had a leak and replaced it for free! I was uber impressed with the service, hospitality, and pricing I received. The complex's parking lot is tiny and jam-packed, so customers may have to call Marco to find a spot. He guided me into his garage when I was driving around the full parking lot.I highly recommend this place for your automotive needs!

My truck had a problem when I started it one day and I took it to Monte to have it checked and he said my catalytic converter had been stolen so I had them fix it, cost $1000. but when I checked months later it wasn't stolen because it had a shield and the thieves only tried to steal it but Monte charged me $1000. without telling me it was just a simple welding repair. Here's a picture proving the original is still in place.

You know the old saying, A good mechanic is hard to find. But...once you ve found one, you ve struck gold my friend! Everybody in this shop, from Monte the owner, his right hand manager, daughter Angelina, super mechanic Jose and the entire staff are all top rate. Monte treats everyone, customers and employees alike, like family. You can feel that everyone values your business and it shows on their excellent service and repairs. Look no further if you want to have that comfortable feeling that your vehicle is in good hands and the job will be done well at a fair price...plus service with warm smiles all around! Go here!

This is beyond a doubt the Very Best Shop in Las Vegas!!! Excellent work for exceptional pricing!! They are HONEST, FRIENDLY, DO INCREDIBLE WORK AND ARE WILLING TO HELP YOU OUT WITH PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS! I will NEVER TAKE MY CAR ANYWHERE ELSE!! I have lived here since 1994, and have looked for a repair shop and honest, friendly people for years and years. FINALLY I FOUND IT!! The Ultimate Best!

I have been taking my cars to Monte for 6 years. I can say he is the most honest mechanic that I have ever met. The problems on my vehicles were fixed promptly, correctly, and with confidence. Two repairs were major and other places would have overcharged and lied about what was needed. Thank you Monte for everything you have done to keep me on the road!

Someone recommended me to Monte. I brought in my BMW 330i and Monti and his boys checked my car, asked a few questions, and told me what I needed to do. What he told me was the exact same as the auto shop at BMW. (I had taken it to the BMW dealership only for a check up. I didn't feel like paying their high prices so that's why I took it to Monte's.) It didn't take that long to service my car. About 2.5 hours. They did a tune up and they fixed the belt tensioner. I'm def recommend this place to my friend and family and this is now my go-to place! Thx fellas. -Ozzy

No need for a long paragraph- I just want to say I have had many many cars and I've dealt with many mechanics. But this guy-Monte is the absolute most honest and friendly mechanic out there. I would never ever go to anyone but him! Ever again !! He is awesome!

Did the job...couldn't find the problem before...drove my 2008 Ford edge from Detroit to Vegas. Needed some change to adjust to new climate, weather, and handle...they did the job! Good price and that's coming from a Detroiter! Service desk girl was daughter of shop owner...family...is always good! I

brought my car for oil leak I was charge $3,000 for the repair when i got the car backwas still leaking oil I brought the car back I was told to bring it back in a week when I took it back again I was told the leak was from another part said to take it to BMW automotive I would not recommend to bring in your BMW for oil leak repair they charge a lot didn t do the repair

The best hospitality I ve ever experience with car service. Everyone was extremely nice, they bought us food while waiting, and was able to finish the work on the car in a decent amount of time. When ever I need work done Again, I ll forsure be back .

Horrible!! Didn't FIX anything, just a bunch (4500$) guesses and actually came out worse than it went in. To top it off just went to a real mechanic and he "thinks someone altered the distributor to make check engine light come on". They also broke my glove box trying to fix ac and just rigged it up not even telling me!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Angelina is the best, this company has compassion, i just got into a car accident on i15 and this company waited for me and took my car in to get it assessed for the insurance companies to take over... very trustworthy highly recommend...

The owner of the shop is very family-orientated and went straight and got my car straight in repaired my problem and I was very happy with it I really appreciate it doing business with him he treated me like I was family and very good service

Tried to tell me the transmission was no good. Second opinion and a new wheel bearing fixed the problem for less than a fifth of the cost. Wow
