I was referred to this shop through a friend, they did a very nice job on my baby. When I pulled up I didn't even recognize my own car. I love the customer service Mike was very nice and respectful. Thank you to him and his team for doing a very nice job, awesome job. I will make sure I refer others to deal with this company thank you again.

My truck slid this winter and swiped a pole while my hubby was driving and I am so happy I picked Best Choice Collision to fix it!! They made sure to get everything taken care of with my insurance even when my insurance didn t want to cover some stuff! They made it happen and got it done for a very affordable price in my opinion and in a very timely manner! Every time I stop by about a question or anything they are always ready to help me or put my badge on haha I wish I had a photo of the work right after it was done but my phone lost that photo . They did a great job in a timely manner where always nice and warranty all their work they did as well!Thanks again guys for a great experience!! Sorry I took so long to tell ya!! I took my jeep there about a month ago and met with Mike. I was astounded when he took out my scratches on my front side for free, buffed it out and just saved me a couple of hundred dollars. Very Honest and ethical man, If I could give this 20 stars, I would! Very satisfied customer.

Amazing work and great customer service from everyone I spoke and interacted with.I feared my car may never look good again but these guys blew me away with their quality and the work they put into their craft. Hard to give anything else than 5 stars after my experience and hope you may look at them for their services.

Best Collision Center ever. Always very professional, give your vehicle back when they promise, and the final results when I got my vehicle back are Amazing. Really recommend their service.

They are amazing! We were so blessed to find this company; they washed and cleaned our car after fixing it to look brand new, and the customer service there was excellent! They also gave us the lowest estimate to repair it out of all the other body shops we went to in Vegas.

Great body shop! My 2016 CR-V had minor rear bumper damage, so I decided to have it fixed. Since I just moved to LV a few moths ago, I had no idea where to take my CR-V. So, what did I do? Like any brilliant person... I consulted Yelp! After finding so many good reviews (also great gOOgle reviews), I stopped by one day with my CR-V. I had a quick appraisal of my bumper, Mike gave me an estimate, and I called a few days later to set up the appointment. I only paid half up front, he ordered the parts, and I dropped it off on a Tuesday. It was supposed to be ready by Thursday, but.... he called the next day (Wed.) and said it was ready! Granted it was a small job, but I was still surprised how fast it was finished. And it looked great too. All in all, a great body shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my Lexus there to get an estimate on repairing some scratches. Mike pulled my car in while I sat in the waiting room. About 20 minutes later, he pulled my car out front and said I was all set. He removed the scratches free of charge. I was speechless with disbelief. If I could give 10 stars I would and will recommend this shop to all my friends and family.Service: Painting

Had some minor damage to my new car, then found Best Choice on Google and gave them a call. They asked for a few pictures and description of the damage which I sent in immediately. I had a detailed quote within an hour. The price seemed good and the reviews were stellar so I went ahead and dropped it off for repair about a week later. They turned it around in two days and I was stunned at how good it looked. I honestly could not tell a repair had taken place. They are very friendly, prompt in their responses and most importantly their work is top notch. I would absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was recently rear ended and my insurance company referred me to two other places but as is my usual habit, I did some checking of their reviews and wasn't too keen on going. Then I found Best Choice - which truly turned out to be exactly as their name implies! INCREDIBLE courteous and prompt service. I drove over on a Saturday to show them the damage and pestered my insurance company to give me the green light to go there. My insurance company cautioned me they could not guarantee work done by any other body shop than the two they recommended. Nevertheless, I went with my gut and so glad I did. Not only did they do a STELLAR job (my car's back end looks better than it did the day I bought it), but they turned it around in 4 days, made the call for Enterprise Rental Car to come out and pick me up and on the day I picked my car up, they allowed me to leave the rental car at the shop for Enterprise to come and get. Finally, they washed the car better than my usual car wash ever has! Mike handled it all for me, was extremely professional and courteous and they guarantee their work for as long as you own your car! I cannot recommend enough! I'll be coming back to them for any paint touch ups for cosmetic reasons in the future. Thank you Best Choice - you truly are the best!Service: Body & Trim

A week after I bought my Jeep, something hit the left passenger door and left a small ding with a couple of deep scratches! I was so upset. My husband referred me to Best Choice Collision- I'm really glad he did! I spoke to Mike Minasyan. He was very professional and very helpful. He saw that I was upset and reassured me that they'd be able to make the repairs as if nothing ever happened. He also gave me an awesome quote! Very reasonable!After three days- I went to get my JeepAnd it REALLY looked as if it was never damaged. I looked at every angle.I also got a lifetime warranty. The job was amazing! The customer service was amazing! How do I give more than 5 stars??Great experience over all- I hope nothing else happens to my Jeep but if I need body work done I would DEFINITELY go back to Best Choice Collision!Thanks Mike! It s in the name! They took great care of my car and it looked better than when I got it. I had an unfortunate accident on the highway and Best choice worked with my car insurance company to get my car back on the road better than ever. The car was completed within the time frame they gave me and even earlier to be honest. Again thankful for their attention to detail and getting my family vehicle back on the road.

Had some damage to my car from gate scraping it. My daughter told me to check out Best Choice Collision. They had repaired damage on her car at a very reasonable price. Mike looked at the damage and said it s paint transfer. He buffed it out and made it look new.Very honest service. They had great service is the 1st thing I need to say. Secondly the people I was working with at the shop we're extremely professional and accommodating. I 100 percent recommend these guys for any body work needed on your vehicle. If I ever need to get work done on my truck again I know exactly where to go.

We shopped several auto body companies for quotes. Found many great reviews for Best Choice so we thought we would get a quote for our damaged fender. Could not believe it! Best Choice was HALF the price of several shops! The quality and workmanship is impressive! The work was beautifully done, no signs of any damage. Our car looks brand new again. We highly recommend Best Choice for quality, price and great customer service provided by Mitchell!

I must say I'm extremely impressed with the high quality of work and professionalism from both Mike and Haik. They communicated everything with me every step of the way, I had a crack on my front bumper and had some cosmetic scratches on the back bumper of my 335i BMW. The body and paint jobs are absolutely flawless, they even cleaned the inside of the car and waxed the exterior, when I went to pick up my car, I thought they had just bought me a new one it was so perfect, I highly recommend this collision center to anyone wanting a professional and quality service, thanks again to the staff at Best Choice Collision Center, you guys are the best.Service: Body & Trim

I called & spoke with Mike. He was super friendly, professional & reassuring that all would be well. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with courtesy & professionalsim. My car got some mayor scratches and both bumpers paint were peeling off.They did a fantastic, excellent amazing job, I could not believed that was my car.The car looks brand new again and it is a 2013 model. The best price and work.I totally recommend Best Choice Collision Center to everyone.Thanks Best Choice I love my car again.

Before I ended up at Best Choice, I had either called or stoped at 7 other shops trying to find a shop that wanted to take on the challenge of making repairs to my Sprinter. Some of the parts needed were discontinued and the job in itself was pretty much a pain in the butt to do. Every shop told me no thank you and pushed me out the door. Then I called and spoke with Hike, without hesitation he said he would for sure take on the work. I figured I might have just got lucky with a small shop that needed the work. But when I pulled in, it s actually a huge shop with a lot of stuff going on. The girls in the office were super nice, they got me with Hike and he walked outside with me to check out the mess I brought for him to fix. He gave it a once over and asked for a day or two to look at it. A couple days later I get a call and a quote to make the repairs. (Which was way less than I was expecting to pay) the following day I was able to pick up my sprinter. I would love to say it was like new, but this is the oldest vehicle in my fleet and it s a complete disaster. But what I brought it in for was working perfectly! When I get some more free time that I can go Sprinter free for a few days I m bringing it back for a few more repairs. Thanks again Hike & nice office ladies.

I normally don t leave reviews but I have to say the team here is awesome. I had a minor bumper issue with my car and they provided a solution and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. A couple other places only quoted to replace/paint the bumper. I would highly recommend to my friends and family.Thank you.

This place is the best place in town! They took car of my car after an accident, twice. and both times I had a wonderful experience. They are super understanding and easy to work with, plus they are professional and reliable! They are 10 out of 10!

Outstanding job! !! We own a 43 foot motorhome that had a tear in the rear side of the fiberglass along with deep scratches and dents on both sides of the back. We also have a Cadillac Escalade with deep scratches on the side door. All of the problems were fixed and an outstanding job was done restoring our motor home and Cadillac to a brand new state. Haik is the very pleasant owner and he along with his excellent staff did an outstanding job delivering our vehicles in a week. We will be using their services again.
