Came in to trade my bike and get a new one. The transition was super easy and quick. Nikki was very helpful and patient with me, answering any questions I had. Would recommend coming here if you re in the market of a bike!

Came in looking at bikes ended up being sold a beautiful 2009 street glide the entire process was amazing had no plan on buying today but shout out to Chris and Nikki because they made the bike irresistible and the entire process amazing couldn t be happier thank you BBV! 5 out of 5 stars. First of all, i called 2 days prior to arriving & i spoke with Nikki who was so polite & kind & when i finally arrived she remembered me & was incredibly friendly. Courtney was also in the front with Nikki & was just as welcoming, they made everything really smooth, swift & had my bike being built within minutes of me entering the building. When the numbers got confusing for everyone, they called their GM Chris who was on his break eating & he immediately dropped what he was doing to come help. overall, outstanding customer service on all their parts & i will definitely be recommending anybody in vegas that needs any kind of powersports to this location! thank you again Nikki, Courtney & Chris!

I very happy I decided to go with BBV to get my first bike! Everyone is awesome, welcoming and will help with any questions you have. Chris did everything he could to make sure I got on my bike and I am very grateful for him and everyone at BBV. I am now the proud owner of a Honda CBR650R and these guys made it an enjoyable process from start to finish. I highly recommend checking this place out, I'll be back for future purchases for sure.

Bought two brand new electric Surron Ultrabees for over $15k cash and they neglected to tell me that they were missing the $500 charger for one of them. They waited to inform me until I had paid and loaded both bikes. Now it s been weeks and even after calling them I still have no charger for my bike. Doesn t take a genius to know that an electric bike is useless without its specialized charger.Also when I was there they kept changing the price on me. They wanted to charge an insane amount to put the bikes together ($500 per bike).I didn t even haggle, just wanted to pay the original quoted price out the door that was given to me initially. Manager with the ponytail and terrible attitude told me he doesn t need my business and that they had already sold 15 bikes that day. Love the salesman mentality, customers flock to that. Said he would sell my two bikes within days if I didn t take them. I called him out on his lie seeing as the two bikes I bought had been listed for months, haha. Bad bad bad business. I worked at a powersports dealer for years and we would have been fired for this kind of stuff. The owner needs to keep a close eye on their employees. Cocky punks don t sell bikes. I still bought the bikes because I had already signed the paperwork but I wish I wouldn t have bought from these clowns. Now I will have to pay $500 and wait three months to get my own charger online. Thanks BBV!

I use to recommend this place due to the friendliness of the employees. They would talk to you and give great customer service. But with my last paid appointment I was just talking to the other girls waiting for my bike to finish the OWNER calls the girls back and yells at them for talking to me!!!! A paying customer and telling them to stop talking or they are fired . Like really ? I m a paying customer talking about motorcycles in a motorcycle shop? Sorry but you lost a customer. And I ll spread the word to my friend as well. I ll never recommend this shop again.

I did a thing (and you should too)! ;)Came in looking at a bike for my husband, he had seen one online a few days prior. Well, Courtney was super nice and attentive. By the time we came in she had already pulled it out so my husband could see it, and of course he loved it!We worked with Courtney and Chris to get everything done, and the whole process was so smooth!So anyway, I m looking around and that s when I see her. MY bike!!! :)I do want to point out they have a pretty cool selection and they can probably fit your budget with some many options available.But back to my baby, I fell in love and Courtney and Chris both were quick to get my purchase situated as well.They are just awesome and the fact that not only they were great to us and super fast but were also great to my son totally made my day!We came for one, left with two and couldn t be more stoked!Totally recommend you pay them a visit if you re in the market for a bike!

Bought my very first bike after my car was totaled. BBV looked to have the best prices and selection around so I came in and was not disappointed. Chris came right up, I told him I had a basic idea of what I was looking for and he showed me right to a great bike for me right in my price range. Courtney answered all my questions and got me a better insurance quote than I got from my current account. The shop has been extremely helpful and made my first motorcycle purchase easier than I ever expected

I found BBV Powersports on Facebook market place while looking for a Harley-Davidson Road King. After seeing a few options of the bike i wanted online i decided to go down and see in person. Upon my arrival i was greated by welcoming professional courteous and knowledgeable staff who showed me the different bikes.I cut right to the chase and told them what i wanted and they made it Happen for me. The model, style, and most of all the price, was right on target. BBV Powersports made purchasing my Harley so easy i couldn't believe it. No stress, no pressure just a smooth transaction.Thank you BBV Powersports for my new Bike, ill be seeing you again for future purchases.

I highly recommend this place. the only downside is that the process for affirm is very long and tedious if your planing on financing one of these bikes don't expect to get it that day. great staff

Motor on my 650 ninja locked up. Bought bike with 14k on it only lasted 3,000 miles. I ll never buy a bike from them again.. on top of motor being locked up I got 2 right side mirrors on my bike. As I tear down, wounding why my intake has excessive amounts of oil in it found air switch valve was completely disconnected.. Yeah im not a motorcycle mechanic but I m a master automotive technician. I will keep updating this post once I tear down motor. I rebuild cars with 4,6,8 cylinders I think I can handle.They beg people to leave reviews after you purchase a bike..2 cylinders*Update*Must of done recent timing job(fresh timing paint marks)Engine bolt spacer missing tools

Just bought my first bike (yamaha VStar 650 custom) from BBV Powersports. Highly highly highly recommend this shop! I have done a TON of research before heading out to buy my first bike after getting my M endorsement, but Eric and the crew down at BBV walked me through a few various options that would work for me. They made the process super fun and easy and they found me a great bike for my budget, style and riding preferences. Being new to the world of motorcycling, I admit I was a little intimidated about this process... but Eric quickly put me at ease. BBV is a 'mom & pop' shop. No pushy sales people stalking you for commission. Eric and the crew at BBV really wanted me to find the right bike FOR ME and not just push something off the showroom floor they needed to move. I sat on probably 5 different bikes before I found the ONE, got all my questions answered and met some great people at the shop..actually going riding with some of the shop guys this weekend with other 'newbie' riders...name another shop that extends that far to make sure your riding experience is all it can be?!?! In short, the guys at BBV made this process a breeze and they gained a customer for life. Can't recommend BBV enough. Whether you're a seasoned vet looking for a new ride or just a shop for maintenance or a newbie like me, you'll find what you're looking for at BBV. For sure give em a look!

Took my bike in to get new tires put on. The tech working on my bike was excellent and found my belt was being burned by the exhaust. I was quoted $560 to repair everything and get me back on the road.Came in to pick up my bike and now my bill is $1000. Service guy says he "forgot" to call me and tell me the updated cost. No discount or explanation offered, just a shrug of the shoulders and pay up. So an additional $440 of unauthorized charges racked up with no recourse.I cannot fault the tech work done on my bike but get everything in writing from the service department or be prepared to get screwed over.

I am now the proud owner of this beauty! 2015 Yamaha Bolt C-Spec! Thanks to BBV Powersports and everyone who helped with the paperwork! A truly awesome group of people! Rest assured that anyone asking me about buying a motorcycle will definitely be sent your way!
