Beyond thankful for the guys at BBD. My husband and I were traveling from CA to TX (pulling our camper) and we started having issues with our truck. (Blown turbo, etc ) We called around and no one would take us/call us back. THANKFULLY, I came across these guys, and they literally messaged my husband back right away. I really wish I would ve found Battle Born first, because they went above & beyond to help us out. I can t say enough good things about Corey & Curtis. Even with a full shop, they found a way to squeeze us in. They were really good about communicating with my husband and keeping him updated throughout the entire process. It s obvious these guys are super knowledgeable and know what they re doing. Seriously, this was thebest customer service we have ever received. We got our truck back, and it runs better than it did when my husband first bought it! If you re looking for someone to work on your diesel in the area, go here. They do an an excellent job, and you would be supporting some really great people. I can t recommend them enough. They really made a stressful situation a lot more bearable. I rarely leave reviews and waited 30 days to put this review, out of caution to not mislead or influence someone if I had any issues. First of all, the communication with me was the best I've experienced. I had a CP4 conversion on a LML Duramax. I haven't had any issues, and the truck runs just like its supposed too. While getting the repair completed, I received communication on where they were in the process and updated completion time. Upon competition I even received a follow up phone call a week later to confirm there are no issues. Any vehicle related problems I may have in the future, I will only take it to BBD.

Spent $3k getting my 7.3l fixed at another shop in Sin City, all they did was shotgun parts at the fix costing me WAY more than I ever needed to. Had I brought it to Battle Born we would have been about 1/3 that price.Corey is a great troubleshooter, and his shop will fix your vehicle with all necessary routes considered.Seriously, bring you diesel vehicle here! You will not regret it!

This will be a long review, but worth it. While my wife and I were traveling back home across the country, we had major truck problems outside of Las Vegas. We managed to limp the truck to town on a Wednesday night, but were in a bad need of a diesel specialist. Early Thursday morning I was trying to reach out to anyone willing to look at my truck. We managed to find Battle Born Diesel and saw that they had great reviews (I now know why). We messaged them on Facebook and Corey got back to us very quickly saying that they would call us as soon as they got to the shop. This was at least 2 or 2.5 hours before they opened. Curtis called before they even opened the shop and got all of the details about my truck issues. Corey and Curtis took my truck in immediately and were so willing to help us get back on the road as soon as possible. I had my turbo replaced with a fleece cheetah 63mm, a S&S Cp4 to Cp3 conversion, and also had an edge insight cts3 monitor installed to help keep an eye on everything under the hood. Through such a stressful situation with basically being stranded , Corey and Curtis kept me updated throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough how great the crew at Battle Born Diesel is and how they go above and beyond to ensure an ultimate customer service experience. My truck is back now and running better than it ever has. We are forever grateful for what these guys did for us. If anyone has any diesel needs whatsoever, do not hesitate to bring your vehicle to this place! 10 out of 10 will always recommend!

I brought my lifted f350 into Battle Born Diesel and I am very grateful to find a trustworthy shop. Curtis and Corey got my truck completed before the time I was quoted and done right! They kept in communication and updated me more than any shop I've ever delt with. They were honest about what was really wrong with my truck and only fixed what was needed. Great shop! If I lived in the area I would recommend anyone I knew. Curtis and his team really helped my boyfriend and I get back on the road after an issue while traveling cross-country. They were quick, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. We didn t know the area but we were so happy to have found them!

This all starts in October. Took my dodge 2500 4x4 in to battel born as the transmission was running hot on a recent trip. They took for a test drive ,said transmission was fine. Then inspected. Estimate turbo,ball joints, so had them do a complete fluid and filters service for transmission, diff.service oil change etc. Added electric side steps. Nov.11. Pick up truck. Driving home truck hard shifting and banging. Got home called Curtis told me to bring it back.a week later took transmission pan off only to find metal in the pan and the transmission filter and sump pump was not installed properly . Was told they were not aligned and needed a billit clamp. ( total bull after market off road racing part). 2 weeks can't find part.ok, so they can't fix. Shipped to baccas transmission November 15.baccas told me needs rebuild transmission. December 15th pick up truck 6200.00. Call Curtis ask what we going to do about this mess. His response we didn't mess up your truck .so battel born diesel do not warranty their work, has no integrity, will mess up your truck deni their liability. Mike at baccas transmission in the best thank you so much for repairing battel born diesel s total @$#% up!!!!.Looks like most all battel born diesel positive post are stranded here have no choice$ $$ Curtis put you self in you customer s shoe's . 6200.00 to rebuild transmission. After a simple BATTEL BORN DIESEL transmission service 429.00.first time I ever paid some one to mess up my truck.You Have my info. The response is to funny to believe. Owning a busy off road shop in Las Vegas, I'm pretty particular on who has been allowed to work on my truck as we depend on it daily to facilitate operations for our business. I will mention that our truck has been trusted with other shops and the let down of poor workmanship has been consistent and abundant. When I met with Corey and Battle Born Diesel, we could tell in minutes the passion, work ethic, and knowledge were both abundant and impressive. Needless to say the promises made were the promises delivered. Our truck has never ran so perfect, upgrades installed flawlessly, torque specs right on, everything double and triple checked as well as other areas inspected for future concerns. If quality matters and you are looking for a trustworthy diesel shop that can exceed your expectations, look no further. Awesome experience. The estimate was through and accurate, Service advisor provided timely updates and kept me in the information loop throughout the entire process. Truck was perfect, absolutely no complaints...Its what a home town shop should be...Maybe dealerships could take notice of how customers should be treated and valued. Dont hesitate for repairs... BEST SERVICE IN VEGAS..Were new here and glad we found this shop. Wouldn't take our work truck anywhere else... Corey and his guys are honestly the best. Reasonably priced. Our truck broke down and had to stop every 5 mins (due to overheating) so we showed up 30 mins after closing. They waited for us to evaluate our truck and kept it so we could go on our planned holiday weekend. It was ready on the following Tuesday with extra service items we wanted completed. 5500 dodge truck is back in service honest reasonable and extremely customer service based.

I called broken down in the middle of nowhere outside las vegas with a trailer hauling a tractor. These guys walked me through a temporary fix for the cold air charge pipe and gave me a part number so I could get myself to vegas for a permanent solution. So helpful to take the time to walk me through it even though they had nothing to gain my doing so.

This is the only garage you need in Vegas, especially if you own a diesel. They were all so personable I felt like I had known them for years. The best customer service in Vegas, bar none, hands down. They were 100% honest and extremely fair. (LADIES, you know what I'm talking about. Just got my 2003 E-450 back from the boys at Battle Born Diesel. They went right to the problem and fixed them. Very honest and knowledgeable about 7.3 motors. Truck is running great.

I have used Battle Born several times. The have solved problems that the Chevy dealer couldn't. If you have a diesel truck this is THE place to go. I wouldn't consider anyplace else.

Curtis and Cory helped me and my family with a presale inspection on a 2014 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 with 115k miles. They run a busy shop, but found a spot in the schedule for me. The inspection was the most thorough I've ever had done and was just what I needed to make a decision on a vehicle I intend to put a lot of miles on. They are professional, friendly, honest, and they clearly care about their customers. I scheduled additional maintenance on the truck with them and they'll be my first call in Vegas for mechanic from here on. I don't write many reviews and this is not a paid advertisement. If you drive a diesel this is the place to take it! Corey & Curtis are knowledgeable, honest & friendly. I've had my 7.3 here twice, once for a coolant leak, and a second time after a break down due to some bad injectors (which they warned me about, should've listened!). They don't cut corners where it matters, but also won't do anything that's unnecessary. My truck is running better than ever, well worth every penny spent here! This shop is a gem, now that I've found these guys I won't take my truck anywhere else!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Curtis and Corey are your guys for any diesel repair. Came in to get my steering looked at on my duramax. They were honest and reasonable when it came to working with me from parts to recommendations and not pushy if they recommended something. I can t recommend this shop enough. This will be my new go to shop for any repairs I need from now on and will be sending friends and family with diesels here. They re customer service is nothing short of excellent. What is hard to find in Las Vegas is honesty, great work at a good price. Corey is a very honest guy, and amazing at the work that he and his team produces. Curtis is usually in the office but always returns calls and customer service is top notch. I have now used this shop 4 times and customer service, quality work has been consistant 100% of the time. Corey and team will recommend options to you but will NOT try to have you fix something that doesn't need it. My husband and I are so grateful to have finally found a team of mechanics that not only are highly skilled and meticulous but also fair, honest, and dedicated to integrity. Cory and Curtis have been able to help us get our 2001 F250 taken care of in so many details that no other team of mechanics in all of Southern Nevada and Reno could or would. Las Vegas is really lucky to have this shop serving the diesel community. They are the only team to trust with your diesel vehicle. We can't say enough good things about them. My experiences with Battle Born Diesel has been nothing but great, professional and informative. Needed a timing belt and water pump service done and they ve done nothing less than an awesome job. Turn around was quick and I easily got my vehicle back the next day, they even picked up and delivered back to me to my house! Had some small bumps in the road working on it but nothing that they couldn t handle. Had some business done as well back in the past on suspension upgrades and just like that, they were done and I was outta there. If you re reading this, don t second guess, that d be your first mistake. 5/5 would recommend. Support small businesses
