I had a very bad experience from the start. I spoke with a sales person. I don't even remember his name, he had an accent. We told him what car we were looking for and he was browsing the computer and every time he had a car up on his screen we had to ask every time to see the vehicle he pulled up. We came across a vehicle we were possibly looking to purchase, 2013 Honda civic. Had some sun damage and was sitting in the lot for almost a year. My husband took it out for a test drive and he found some problems with the vehicle. Suspensions and shocks were shot, Motor mounts were vibrating really bad. It also had a nasty take off pull. I can only imagine what problems the engine or motor could possibly have. They wanted $14900 for the vehicle which was too much for the problems the car was having. We offered $1200. The sales person was horrible at answering questions and kept saying I don't know to everything we asked. We spoke with the manager and informed him of our concerns with the car and he mentioned he could have it fixed if we were to purchase. I told him that the car had been sitting for almost a year and that if he wanted to fix it, it should have been fixed a while ago. He rejected my $1200 offer. We thanked them for their time and were walking out when Kelvin Pimentel approached us and asked what vehicle we were looking for. At this point I was already just wanting to leave but I gave him a chance to help us and we sat with him. He was very thorough with the process. He was very friendly and funny. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted and was pleased with. He went as far as taking us to one of their other locations and surprised us with a vehicle that I actually was interested in. We brought the vehicle back to the original location we were at and talked numbers. Kelvin made everything so easy and fast from start to finish and I walked out with a 2015 Camry. I HIGHLY recommend speaking with Kelvin. He knows his stuff and will get you the right car your looking for. I Would definitely come back after our experience with Kelvin.

TLDR; We bought a Jeep, they agreed to replace the top, did it wrong, the top came off while we were on the highway. We had to use zip ties to make it home. We missed my grandma in laws funeral, and now they will not respond to any of my calls or text.1. We purchased an 08 Wrangler after agreeing with the sales team that they would completely replace the soft top that was damaged.2. The service team ordered the wrong soft top, so we had to wait an additional week to get our car.3. After two weeks of waiting and no real pick up date for our car, I told my sales person I was frustrated from waiting and that I was coming to get my car to just finish the work myself. My wife s grandmother was dying, and we needed the car to make it out there to see her one last time.Magically after two weeks of waiting the car is done the same day I was trying to reach management.4. I had the car for a day and a half before heading to California, it sat parked I had to work so I didn t get to drive the car much. But we were assured it was good to go. That Friday we left on our trip, as soon as a bad gust of wind hit us, the top flew back began to come off while we are on the INTERSTATE. (Mind you our 2yr old is in the back seat.5. We drove over 90 miles holding the top down ourselves, driving 40 mph until we got to Barstow, we then bought zip ties and were able to get the top to stay down. It turns out, that they only partially replaced the soft top. Key structural pieces around the doors to keep it on were NOT REPLACED AND ARE MISSING. this caused our top to come off while driving!6. After telling my sales rep this, he sets me up to head to Newport Motors so they can fix it. I get there, the guy has no clue why I am even there. I explain everything, send him a link to the part that is needed to put this problem to rest. The service guy assured me they would order it, said he was going on PTO and would update me next week when he is back.7. I text him the next week, he says he is still on PTO. Ok that s fine, I ll follow up on Monday. I text my old sales rep, and I get no response from him. I allowed until the following Tuesday to reach out to service, and I get nothing. No one ever answers the phone either.8. Now I have to purchase an additional $300 piece that was supposed to be fixed, I am driving around with zip ties holding down my top, and these guys just totally forgot about us. And worst of all? My wife missed her grandmas funeral last week. The winds were so bad on the interstate that the top was going to come off, so we had to turn back and regretfully miss the funeral.Don t buy anything from these guys. It s crazy that their service team doesn t understand a simple Jeep Wrangler and and somehow everyone including the GM are always on PTO or out of the office.

Baja Auto Sales provided me with excellent service. My family and I had been dealing with different dealers all day. We came in with very little hope and we were able to buy an amazing car thanks to them! Customer service was top tier. Eddie and Marcos were super helpful. Will be recommending this dealership to family & friends.

So I recently wife and I went looking for a car and we're met with Marcos the sales rep who assisted in looking for a car. My Wife and I had particular models we were looking for and Marcos was fixated on showing us a car that he thought suited us, and was not knowledgeable and did not have any answers to the questions I was asking.. all he kept saying is Idk, and going back and forth with the manager asking the questions we asked him about the car and the situation with the car a 2013 Honda Civic. We ended up speaking with the manager and trying to negotiate a price than what the were asking which was 14,900 and we're trying to reduce it due to Paint damage in the whole top of the roof and paint scratches, when i took it for a test drive I noticed the motor mounts were in need of change. The suspensions and the shocks were shot and when I asked him about he said idk it drives right. After speaking with the manager saying he can't do the 12,500 we asked to drop he stated no and were on our way out Another Sales man by the name Kelvin Pimentel got our attention and asked us about the models we asked earlier he had already had some in my mind and also had the answers to our questions and also gave more detailed information into the process of the whole first time buyers. He took us to another dealership showed us a car took us on a test drive came back me both and my wife liking the car, we got it and thankfully for the experience we had with Kelvin at Baja. If you want the right sales man who knows and understands what you want it's him .

Very great dealership experience and would recommend to anyone. Felipe the salesman was super kind and understanding. Eddie was caring and laid out everything super clear. These are the nicest people I ve ever seen at any dealership. Because of them we fortunately were able to buy a car at a very reasonable price. Thank you guys!

Had a great experience at Baja Auto sales! Was able to get my dream car (Convertible Camaro). I was quoted a payment that was pretty good, but then Eddie went to work and got us a better rate and a lower payment!! I really appreciate the extra mile and great customer service we received. And, it was the fastest process I ve ever experienced and I ve bought several vehicles in my life! Highly recommend this dealership if you re in the market for a car/truck!!

I came in to this car lot because my girlfriend and I were in need of an SUV for our newborn. The car I own was from this place so I suggested to her we look for a car here. As soon as we came in, we were greeted with a warm welcome from the staff, and generally Eddie, the finance manager made sure we were informed well with the deal on our new Chevy Equinox. Not to mention their general manager Sam being so helpful and just making sure our experience was great. It was a success! My girlfriend was happy with her new SUV and we definitely suggest to anyone looking for a car to come in and hope you have the same experience that my girlfriend and I did. Thank you guys!

Came in just looking around shopping dealerships trying to find the perfect car Marcos and Eddie took great care of me and will help anyone they are understanding and not like most other dealers that just care about selling cars and not keeping the customer happy when I decide to get another vehicle I will definitely be returning to Baja ask for Marcos he s a great guy even likes to crack jokes while doing paperwork so time at the dealer isn t biting Eddie gave me a vip tour he saw my love for old classic cars and allowed me to sit in everyone of them

100 percent recommended super friendly great customer service I was able to meet with Marcos once I told him my situation getting pay cash I was able to meet Eddie! Great person to work with I was able to leave the lot with a 2016 infinity SUB he was able to work with me and my situation he was able to finance me with a bank and got me approve with not having paystubs got me a great deal and was able to get me low monthly payments I recommend to visit BAJA AUTO SALE @ 3333 Fremont st Las Vegas Nv ask for Eddie thank you Eddie for your help and deal Yanci Cedano !

I bought a car from them and it was in the shop the 1st week. I brought the car back and they said it was the rack pinions. They took my car for a week gave it back same issue. Then the owner said, he not going to fix it. It was in the shop 3 times.,I had only had my car 1 full week since I purchased it. I WOULD NOT buy here. The owner said, it was no lemon law. I said so you sells broke cars he said, I do it all the time. He would not compensate me nor fix the issue.

The sales rep was too worried about his doordash order to even pay attention to me. He didn t even attempt to help after I said I wanted to trade in my 2017 VW he said oh we really don t like those cars nothing German he could ve at least been less focused on feeding his face and took a look at the car. Go down to drive time 4 minutes away friendly helpful people there** reply to owner I was able to get approved else where no issue it was the fact your representative didn t even give me a chance he rather eat lunch then do work shady business

Adrian and Eddie are amazing!!! If you need a car come see them. They helped me when no one else would I appreciate them so much!!!! Really took their time and helped me out.Update!!! It hasn t even been a full 2 weeks since I bought my car and already having problems. Took it to get serviced because of the check engine light on and kept my car a full 8 hrs and one day later it was back on. I texted the mechanic guy Felix and he didn t even fix the part that day as he said he would. Buying a new car should not come with these issues. When I said I would just return the vehicle and be done Eddie told me it s yours now and that I cannot return it, which is false.

Basic bait and switch. Let the deal roll before financing complete . Yo yo deal. Be honest and say deals not final until bank approved or you will have to bring vehicle back. SMH.
