Back to the road auto parts are truly a legit parts replacement company. I was lucky to find them on the web. I had purchased numerous abs modules from Amazon to replace my original module. All had failed. The manufacturers prices were really way out of hand. So this was a little higher than Amazon but an easy choice to make because of their guarantee to work. So I took a chance, purchased it and like magic it worked. Thanks Neel for being so trustworthy!

I ordered a Ford ABS Pump Assembly BV6Z-2C405-Eand they quote me fast, arrange UPS next day and send me the correct part, I was affreid because the part number required and receeived was different by 1 letter but this works fine as they said me , Excellent service thanks Eduardo

This company is a complete fraud. I ordered a used transmission from Danny who first quoted me $1,410 for an 83,000 mile transmission from Wyoming but switched to one from Wisconsin with 110 000 miles without consulting me for the same price. At the time of the order I gave Danny the vin number for my vehicle. Because I bought the Van (2001 Chrysler Town & Country)used I was unaware the difference between front wheel drive and 4x4x. I googled the vehicle and it said it was front wheel drive for that year. However printed on my purchase order is plainadvertising language which states that their Team of Experts cross check to get you the Right Part to fit your vehicle. That s the reason for choosing them. When shipment arrived my mechanic told me it would not fit. When reported to Danny he said we don t check every vehicle, we go on what you tell us. Then he said I could have modified my car although they didn t check with me to see. The only way they would take back the transmission was to charge me shipping fees.So I end up paying $325 for nothing. They said for $2000 they would send me the right part. No Thanks! I ended up ordering another transmission for $925. With less mileage on it. Their advertising is a scam and their prices are much higher than their competitors. I strongly recommend you don t patronize these shysters! The fact that they claim that I was so sure about what kind of vehicle I had to cover the false advertising and negligence and even put the entire blame on the customer instead of following through with their claims is despicable. Yes they are frauds and yes they are crooks. No language is too harsh. They have no integrity nor honor. Thanks for nothing!

My part was an ABS module and not available from manufacturer for at least one year! Part was delivered in the timeframe given and staff were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Part was installed and works as promised. I will use this company for any future needs.L. M. PageBack on the road!

Looking for outdated parts is a hassle in it self especially trying to find exactly what you need for your car.When I came across" Backtoroad" auto parts they took care of me and was very thorough in getting the exact part I needed for my old car, it was great to find a company that really care and had exactly what I needed!I highly recommend if you need a part and you just can't find it anywhere else try Back to road auto parts.

I purchased a used ABS controller for my Ram 1500. This is apparently a high failure-rate part that is destined to be redesigned and assigned to a new manufacturer, so I was reluctant to drop $1,200 into a new replacement that might again need to be replaced. My BackToRoad agent/counselor/guru Neel Jackson gave me all the pertinent information, which checked out 100% w/other sources. Ordered the used part, received prompt delivery of a well packed item, had it installed and saved a bundle! There are a few odd performance quirks, but this is due to the part lacking the ability to have the VIN number revised so it can interface/interact properly with the other components, BUT the used part got me back on the road in good working order. I heartily recommend BackToRoad for all your automotive needs -- including good, professional advice if you're like me, a guy lacking a background in auto repairs. Give them a try if you just need a part or find yourself in a tough spot!

I needed an air bag module for my 95 Toyota Tacoma. A mechanic told me that he only found one in Japan and that it cost $3000.I did my own research online and found BackToRoad Auto Parts. They found one for me for $300. I took out the one that didn t work and put in the one I bought from BackToRoad. It s been working for months!

I purchased ABS Assembly for my 2011 Cadillac SRX from BacktoRoad Auto Parts. This was a hard to find part. New OEM no longer available from GM. The part came as ordered, timely, and has worked since installed in early December. Would use BTR Auto again in the future.

The odometer reset is broken on the speedometer cluster so therefore it won t track mileage. Very disappointing in a guaranteed to work and has been checked $300 plus purchase.

The part was a perfect match that dodge couldn t give better than a 6mth- 1 year (maybe) estimate to be able to get and was giving the run around and a complete 6mth headache that started to dramatically effect the safety and performance of my vehicle. And BTR went out of the way to make sure it came from the exact same Vehicle which made it completely resolve the issue without even having to pay to have the ABS module reprogrammed. There was a shipping delay because of UPS but BTR kept up with it and kept me informed and refunded the shipping fee for the delay. If I need any parts in the future they will be my go to. Should have called them sooner would have saved 6month of frustration.

As the auto industry, more than ever has decided to obsolete anything over 10 years old, & if electronics are involved you're REALLY screwed. This was my first experience in dealing with an on-line used parts dealer. I guess the web site's simplicity, & the decent price put me here. After filling in the info, then "clicking", I got an immediate call back from Neel. His theroughness of verbally checking everything was assuring. The ABS module got here in about a week. It was installed/programmed by my mechanic - it was BAD! I notified customer service (Danny) - nothing but friendly apologies, & assurrance that a replacement would soon be on the way, & It was. The part worked fine this time. There were some exchanges by email & phone along the way to check if everything was OK. In this age of indifference to customer's concerns, & too much incompetence when dealing with too many "weasel" companies, BackToRoad has been the rare exception. Hats off to Neel, & Danny, & thanks for superior service. Ron.

Ford no longer carried ABS Assembly for my 2009 Flex. Neel was extremely informative, knowledgeable and helpful in getting me the parts I needed. Will use them from now on. Cannot stress enough how great the service was. Delivery of parts was wicked fast.

Great service, quick shipping and most importantly, they had the part I needed when most others didn t. My Jeep dealership was unable (or unwilling) to reprogram the ABS module, but an independent mechanic had absolutely no problem.

Neal was helpful in locating an ABS module for a 2003 VW Passat. Received the part in timely fashion. Unit was installed and promptly shorted out, not syncing to the computer and rendering the unit useless. Decided to disconnect the unit and now no ABS, but have brakes, so I'm back where I was at the beginning, now out $375. In order to return the part I will have to pay to remove it and return it. At this point, the aggravation of waiting on the car for six weeks outweighs the cost of going thru all the drama again, given all I have is a melted mess of an ABS unit. I was assured the part was tested and working. I have no idea what or who the culprit was and not interested in blaming anyone. Lesson learned about ordering parts online I guess.

Called and spoke with Doug. He had the part and made sure it was tested before shipping out. They had just got it 12 days prior and it had not been tested. Once approved he called and the transaction was done quickly. Great customer service on his behalf.

BackTo Road Auto Parts was a life saver for me. I have a 21 year old Acura that is in excellent shape, but needed some suspension work. Unfortunately, the parts I needed are no longer manufactured. I was running out of options and made a last gasp Google search in the used auto parts market. BackToRoad Auto Parts popped up and amazingly, seemed to have the parts I needed. I called them and they were super helpful on the phone. They indeed had the parts I needed and shipped them to me in short order.I'm happy to say that my Acura got the suspension work it needed and drives wonderfully again. If not for BackToRoad, my Acura wouldn't have made it "back to the road". Their parts are inspected and certified as functional good parts. They don't sell repurposed junk. You can trust these people.

These guys had the part I needed. Shipped fast. First item was damaged by the carrier but they made it good and sent a replacement! Solved my ABS issues.
