Does Autozone value Veterans ? Autozone and Autozoners and customers, I apologize for doing what I felt was right, I chased a shoplifter (didn t catch him) and my co-worker chased him also, I had a meeting with the Loss Prevention manager Mike Ferrendelli and store manager Jim Zinn (store 2242 9051 Flamingo Blvd, Las Vegas, NV) and was counsel, suspended and then fired, but the the other autozoner that did the same thing still works for Autozone, how is that possible? Being in the military we are taught and trained to protect property and people, but to get fired, not written up? But yet, managers have stole money from the register and get written up for mishandling of money (I ve never had a register shortage) ? Go figure

Excellent customer service and great store.. I needed a new battery and wipers and they hooked me up and did all the work swapping everything out.. Duralast Gold is a good battery for a good price.. Guys did a great job, thank you!!

This is probably more of a review of AutoZone, period, rather than this specific location. Been an AutoZone customer for as long as they ve existed in the US West (I ve been working on cars for 40+ years); wouldn t have been a customer all these years unless AutoZone has reasonable-or-better parts, prices, and service say solidly 3-star, more like 4-, at least occasionally 5-star. With that said, I picked up several items for a tire repair about a month ago. Today it was convenient to stop and return a couple unneeded small items from that purchase; unfortunately I didn t have my receipt as I m in the middle of a move and it s buried in storage boxes at the moment. But I figured, Small items, and they *presumably* have record because I give my phone number every purchase, or I at least have the card I used which one would think these days would associate the purchase once the card is scanned . No dice on any of that and the tone of voice and facial expression given was as if saying, What are you, stupid? along with saying only store credit is available. Now, granted, that s not an unacceptable policy it s just that, these days, given the competition who are able to do refunds using no-receipt-measures, it s just kind of unreasonable, inconvenient, and unnecessary given the ways a bona fide purchase (and therefore fully refundable, if that s what a good customer wants) can be associated with any item to any customer.

I had a great experience at Autozone with Stephen M. I had a bad battery. He checked it and replaced it within 10 mins. Plus it was free because it was still under warranty. Stephen took great care of us, was professional and got us out of there in no time. Go to Stephen and have him take care of you at the Autozone on Flamingo. Thanks Stephen!!

I went to get new windshield wipers. Can't remember the names of the two gentlemen that helped me. Both of them are what real customer service is all about amazing. Friendly and professional. He even put them on for me. Thank you again.

Ash was super helpful and did a great install on my battery replacement!! Super quick, super friendly!! I know Ash isn't always at this location but man she saved me in a pinch and showed super customer service!! Ash rocks!!

this store has excellent customer service with every customer that was in that day i was in there buying a tool set. Especially Allen who gave me great info about what i needed for my car. He also was outside fixing what i needed for my car. Thanks Allen again for the help and information i needed for my car.

Bought head lights for 2008 Honda CRV, they didn t even want to attempt to install it for me after they looked under the hood and said no room to work with. We did it ourselves, YouTube it and it was replaced and didn t have to remove the front light cover as the workers suggested. I will go back to my favorite AutoZone on Russell and Fort Apache. I know they would at least attempt and try to install it for me.

I was referred to this location by another nearby autozone to get a part for my car, and Gabriel was a great help. I had purchased the same part just wrong model a long time ago and he still was able to get it exchanged for the new one. I appreciate his prompt help and for working with me!

I have been coming to AutoZone since it was Chief Auto Parts. They don't always get it right but always make it right! One person in particular is the reason I keep coming back. Angel is an asset. I stopped at the store on 9051 W Flamingo Rd to get my battery tested. I walked in and Robert said hello and asked if he could help me. The battery did not pass the test at no surprise to me. My battery was 4.5 years old and didn t sound right when I started the car. Robert got a replacement which was the same as the battery I had. He installed it without any issues. He was very professional and polite. 2012 Lexus IS-350.

Nice, knowledgeable staff. The only issue is the way homeless people camp behind the store and steal things from the apartments on the other side of the wall. I wish they would put a flood light or cameras back there to deture them.

Tony was such great help. There was a irritate customer being rude and insulting Tony, and his workers. Everyone stayed so calmed and Tony handled it well and still smiled and apologized for seeing all that. Regardless they found my part and stayed positive. Be nice to workers, we are all humans.

I went in to have my car battery charged. I thought it was covered by my warranty. It turned out it the warranty was for the battery on my previous vehicle. They agreed to charge my battery but I had to remove and reinstall the battery myself. I had to ask for tools they were not offered nor was assistance. I'm not mechanically inclined so removing and putting the recharged battery back in took so real effort on my part. The charging took about an hour. No complaints about that but I feel customer service aspect was lacking. I'm used to a higher level of customer service. That said my battery seems to holding up and my car starts with no lag at all. If I have to replace this battery. I will more than likely purchase it somewhere else. I really don't want to take the battery out myself!

DONT GO HERE!Very incompetent, the I'm guessing, manager(?) If you can even call him that was very rude to a customer while I was waiting for them to find spark plugs they told me they had but then did not and of course rang me up for them before discovering that out. They had me wait now even longer to refund the cards. I also think it was pretty funny he refunded the money I used on a gift card back to the gift card, like I'm going to go back to your store with your very poor service, yeah right, you guys need total revamp if this is how you run your business. That 50 has now gone to waste thanks auto zone

The check engine light came on on my Nissan so I took it in for their free light check. They were very friendly and helped me quickly. He printed out the code info for me so I could give it to the auto repair shop. Would recommend and will go back when I need to.

The customer service was horrible from the store Manager and the acting store Manager. They advertise a product and upon purchasing the product the price is higher than advertised. Use points/credit on file when their system went down and lost my $20 credit. The wanted me to pay full price and call the next day to try and receive my $20 which is poor customer satisfaction and an inconvenience to me as a customer. Acting Managertold me to either come back the next day and hopefully the system would be fix or pay the full price and fix the issue of getting my money on my own time via phone. Worst customer service ever.

The Auto Zone off of Flamingo and El Capitan is always great anytime we needed parts and materials for our vehicles. Alejandro was awesome in helping us with all the things we needed for our truck.
