I went to autozone to have my check engine light read. The associate who helped me was Sevie. He took his time and explained everything thoroughly from the codes, to the parts needed and how to fix issues without spending too much money. His knowledge and assistance was truly appreciated.

I needed a battery fast to meet an appointment time and there was a young man there that helped us fast. Not only did he ring us up but, he took the old battery out and put the new battery in and secured it. Completely awesome and very thankful to him.

Jordan was a very knowledgeable and helpful employee. He went above and beyond to assist me in finding the correct wiper blades for my truck and was willing to help replace my old blades. I really appreciate the service that I got at this specific autozone location. Thanks Jordan!

This autozone has always been great and helpful, but if you re lucky you ll get Peter!!!!! Peter is the most kind and helpful gentleman! He went out of his way too help my mom n I with our car and showed us where everything goes and put in a tricky battery for us! Thank you so much Peter!

This auto zone and another one is close to me, both locations the people are friendly but this has excellent customer service. They will take you to an item you are looking for so you can see the options or they will bring it to you while you wait at the register. If the representative is not sure of something they look into it to help you figure it out, but if a manager is near the manager is on top of it. Get help immediately and I have had both night and morning managers help.

Wow, where do I begin... My mom and I were struggling with a battery problem on her Nissan Maxima 2013 and one of their employees named Alfredo was incredibly helpful. He didn't flinch at the task for one second to help us. He was kind, respectful, efficient, and fast helping us with everything we asked for. Honestly he was the best experience we had ever had at an AutoZone. His wonderful personality, and hard work ethic made him such a gentleman. Thank you Alfredo you were a lifesaver!

I really appreciate stores that are open late. Just finished working late at night and multiple lights came on while driving home and luckily AutoZone was still open. The employees were knowledgeable and gave me choices on what I needed to buy. I was happy with my purchase and my car is happy too!

As a guy who won't call a mechanic unless absolutely necessary, the staff here is phenomenal! They're always ready to help and if they're not, someone in the back usually is.

I called ahead to make sure they carried a product before I drove over there in the rain. I arrive and they do not have the product I called to confirm they had. Fantastic.

Helpful and friendly staff. Changed my battery out for free. Showed me all the options in the system so I could choose what battery was best for me (1 year warranty, 2 yr, 3 yr).

I'm being cashed out and the kid walks away, 15 minutes, gone.... and there's 4 people in line behind me. Then when he comes back he's trying to see me input my pin, I had to ask him to step BACK...The women manager is always outside smoking, never waits on anyone. She comes back in and ignored all the customers, the place is a joke.

Shout out to Derek for exemplary service on Saturday, Aug. 25. Not only did he come outside in the Vegas heat to check if my headlamps were easily accessible, he also installed them. He was courteous and kind and he even said I could do this myself next time. Nah, not when you did a great job. I'll see you next time. ;) Thank you again!

My heater core started leaking on the way to Las Vegas from Southern California, so I stopped at Autozone and purchased a $5 bypass kit and installed it in the parking lot. I borrowed the tools from Autozone as well. Great customer service

I ve been coming to this location for years as a neighborhood customer and have always had a great experience as far as help and assistance and best of knowledge from each individual from this location , Until today I came across employer lady Named Crystal ! Absolutely raged kept my cool with this women but do to her poor lack of customer service Im here to acknowledge her service was so upsetting rude as far as attitude towards me not knowing what exact sensor I needed for my vehicle she was no help and did not care to give no help and proceeded on to do other things as I took a step back to research and figure out what exact sensor I needed for my vehicle.I went to another employer for help & she then proceeded to state out loud He doesn t even know what part he needs at the end of the day a good portion of your customers don t know exactly what part is needed for there vehicle that s why we go to auto zone for any help or questions that is needed from any vehicle .Any feedback should be given to her to improve her customer service. And thank you to the other employer who I do not know he s name is who exceeded my customer service experience that usually always have and getting the part I needed .

My escalade had a battery issue and it's difficult to take the old battery out so I asked for help from autozone. I was amazed by the quality of service , the dedication and help of Mr. Shane Fabian he's knowledgeable and professional he deserve a promotion and a pay raise.

This store has real customer service I appreciate everything the whole team did for me I m from cali and broke down I was towed there with my husband I myself work for autozone this is the type of team every store should have thank you crystal!!! You guy s where awesome btw we where able to fix our car and go on our way . Thank you again !!!

Always a great place to go get auto parts from I used to be loyal to Pep Boys but of course they don't carry parts anymore so this is my new go to and has been for the past couple years and amazing place with a great selection and the prices are pretty decent some stuff is obviously a little higher then I would like but it's still not bad overall really good auto parts store and I would go here over any other right now

Every Autozone in the country is helpful except for these guys thankfully, there was an O Reilly s right down the road and they took care of me won t be using this AutoZone anymore

I went for a quick consultation here. Peter, Sales person was really warm and greeted. Was able to patiently listen and check into the issue in my car. Able to really help me out. As a new comer to city, I feel good to meet such kind of people.Thank you

Went today, 4/8 to have my battery checked as I was thinking I may need a new one. Derek and Xhris were honest of the level and said not needed yet. Honest service is one of the most valuable assets a business can have. I will return to this location for any car needs and recommend everyone do the same.

This store is always pleasant. James here is fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. I needed to get a tail light for my vehicle that suddenly blew and I quickly discovered it same night. Immediately went here to purchase and James helped me, even offered to come and install it and replace my other tail light. This store is always pleasant and on top of everything. I highly recommend coming here for all your Auto needs.
