Everyone is friendly kind & willing to help u with whatever u need if they are able too but that one manger the older black guy he's an a hole he's rude I would stay away from him I wouldn't want him to help me with nothing at all, but everyone else especially the store manager & the younger manger & the guy that wears glasses they are awesome I love the energy in that store.....

Shout out to the 3 determined/patient night shift workers on 9/16 I came in needing a headlight and they went above and beyond to help, so thanks guys! It was appreciated more than you know! I m too chicken to drive around with a missing headlight lol! All the best to you guys and your families! Be safe, think positive as much as possible, do something different to get different results, strive to be the best version of yourself, trust God always, forgive and grow. Couldn t tip y all .so I ll leave a review, thanks!

Even though they did not have the part I was looking for the staff were helpful. They lose 1 star for the lack of sufficient parts on the shelves and the messy interior and 1 star for the people outside changing oil and making a mess of the front entrance area.

Very rude. Older man was watching the game on his phone and round his eyes when I said I needed a battery. Maded the young man do it. Kid was very respectful helping me. When it came time to check out the old man made a big deal about checking my warranty when it had all ready been checked. Made a comment that some people like to rip them off. And looked at me when he said it.I was shocked. Kid seemed very uncomfortable and said he needed to step away. We both were. Old man checked me out without another word. He must have notice how passed I was.I've never been so remind I'm white. I know what part of town I was in but I've never been treated like that anywhere else in this area.

0 help what so ever.Claimed they didn't have right batteries for our vehicle so I ended up googling the correct batteries and finding them by myself.

I don t know what it is about this exact location. They all seem very unhappy with their jobs. Stacy the manager always has an attitude. They send me to stores saying this store has a part yet they never call other stores to verify they have the part. I ve gotten parts when it says zero in stock from other stores and have left empty handed when it says two in stock.I refuse to go to this owens location here anymore.I go to the hub, 4930 vegas drive where everyone is so polite, happy and ready to help customers WITH A SMILE.

Poor inventory, this time I went there I was long for radiator stop leak, nothing on shelf I go to the counter and two employees were helping o e customer and I wanted and finally a gentleman came out from the office and asked me if I needed help, I told him I was looking for radiator stop leak and I didn't see any on the shelf he said follow me, we walked back and he started looking, apparently not knowing the exact location, so I asked where it normally is on the shelf, he gave me a blank look, and I new he didn't know and he was the manager.Very empty shelves, must not do cycle counts, definitely the store has changed for the worst. When I pulled up I thought they were busy all parking spaces in front were taken, but there was only one customer in the store, employees parking in front, I am disabled and I dont think that is appropriate for employees to park in front of store

All the employees were very helpful and very patient with me. I am 66 years old and I ride a bike. I had left my bike lock at home they allowed me to bring my bike in and put it where it wasn't in anybody's way. As far as finding the things I needed they were very helpful in finding those things and very knowledgeable. At this time I would like to thank them in writing for making my experience so nice!Ronnie USMC

Horrible customer service.The ugly black lady with the braids/braided wig that looks like a crackhead should to be fired.Her attitude stinks and she's very unprofessional

I'm not sure if I felt more assaulted by the current price of the battery I had to purchase or by the disgruntled young man that was demonstrating his displeasure regarding an unsuccessful attempt to return used parts other than which he had purchased. The throwing of items, knocking over registers and threatening the workers, while physically going behind the counter to threaten them might be typical at this location but I found it to be unsettling. The three stars are for the gentleman that kept his composure and professionalism, despite having to address the previous customers' complaints, and was very helpful in assisting me in purchasing the proper battery for my vehicle. He deserves some recognition, provided he's alive and well...

This store have to update the business hours they closed at 8:30 or so because this is the second time I'll go 8:45 pm and the store is closed. Please if you schedule says 9 close at 9pm

Super helpful staff new exactly what I needed swift service WOW! Owner responded to my review within 1 day especially during these times we are in now it is amazing to see someone being professional and over the top with paying attn to there business and customer service I will now go to that store for.any future needs I have.

Horrible. Went in for a battery and the lady working was very rude. I tried giving her my account info on my key ring to pull up my car and profile and she was very rude kept telling me to hold on hold on but if she would have just scanned my card she would have been able to help me faster and been able to see my exact car and what part I was looking for. I then asked if they can install the battery I wanted and she said NO....THEY DONT HAVE TOOLS.. An autozone with no tools to change a CAR battery..... Dont even waste your time coming. They are always rude and the manager at night doesnt do anything. Super unprofessional.

I Love going to the AutoZone in the West.... Well let's say the one off of Owen's Ave. The Manager there always makes you feel welcome and wanting to return to that establishment. She's Very knowledgeable of the parts needed, does not discriminate, and Usually has a smile on her face. I think anyone that goes there for their auto parts will want to return for the same experience I receive every time I've gone there. Now? That's the ONLY AutoZone I will go to.

08/01/2020Called the Auto Zone store , area code 89106.Cross St.Owens / H. StFemales service agent answered the phone. Asked me, would I mind being put on hold !I said no .Waited on hold 15 minutes.Before service agent came back on the phone.I made a comment about 15 minutes waiting.And she got were unprofessional, talking to me.I then said, wait wait.I said Good Morning I m a registered customer professionalism is a must with me.I then told her , I was inquiring about cabin filter for my vehicle.After that I asked her name Asiata or something and asked if she had a employee #, she responded no.I told her I would contact corporate office to tell them about my experience with one of their store s.Need customer service training.Leonard M

The employees r just ridiculous, except 4 1 young lady that actually went above n beyond 4me. I really wish I could remember her name. She deserves a raise & a promotion (no joke)!!!

Wonderful customer service the girls are really friendly half the time the parts I need I have to go to another AutoZone to pick up. But that up the street to Vegas drive but wonderful customer service. I get a kick out of those guys.

Terrible customer service. Everytime I call, which has been numerous times, I am put on hold for over 10 minutes. I just hung up after waiting 15 minutes. All I wanted to know was the availability of an item, I should not have to wait 15 minutes for simply that!

My car couldn't start and when I finally got it started I went to this auto zone and the gentleman was very nice and helped me out on finding out what is wrong with my car. And also knowledgeable in having me get a portable charger for the time being until I can get my car fixed.

They helped so much, the lady behind the counter went out of her way to help and put the code reader on the truck to let us know just we needed to do to get home and make it to our mechanic....so much appreciated to not get stuck

I purchased new windshield wipers from autozone and thought they would install them for me. Unforgenately the Lady at Autozone told me she couldn't do it. Not sure why she told me that but if u advertise u should be able to do it. I am very disappointed and will not go back

Came in with a bolt for air injection pump and they matched it perfectly.Also bought a few misc items too. Great staff.

I was so dang thirst this day but all that they had to drink was diet coke and monster. They staff was pretty chill and fast.
